Beautiful grounds and close to ammenities
We stayed in this condo for three months and really enjoyed the proximity to the walking and biking paths which were just outside the gates. Mesquite golf course is also about a two minute drive away. The grocery store is about a half mile away, and downtown which was one of the highlights with all the restaurants, stores and the Thursday evening market is about a mile and a half away. We could see the beautiful sunrise from the living room patio window every morning which we enjoyed a lot. From the bedroom deck we had a view of the two mountain passes albeit a little obstructed but still very nice.
We had an issue with the fridge and the management company sent a service company to find the problem, order the part and install it as quickly as possible. Also the ironing board would not open and close and it was immediately replaced with a new one.
The condo is very bright and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. There is road noise as the complex is on the corner of two main roads. The king sized bed was sagging and could use replacing. There is carpet in the bathroom which should be replaced with a more cleaning friendly surface.
Overall our stay could not have been much better and we are looking forward to staying there next year.
