Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: State main floor nice view of the bay however, lots of road noise and a strong sulphur smell every day we were there. Bedroom window shares the walkway for other condos and with no AC the windows are open, which makes quite a bit of noise in the bedroom and not much privacy at all.

We had a lovely time and would highly recommend. The location is beautiful and easy to walk to a variety of restaurants as well as the coconut market. The unit itself is well provisioned. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed. The only thing that was not perfect was the wifi connectivity. It wasn’t an issue for us but if you need it, it’s not great. Also, know that the unit is NOT air conditioned. The bedroom is in the front of the unit, by the front door, so you’ll want to have the windows open to keep it cool…there’s a lot of light outside…so you may want to bring an eye mask! Overall this was a really lovely stay.

Another great trip to Kauai

This is our second stay in this apartment building. Perfect location to visit all parts of Kauai. Great view of the ocean. It’s our default go-to location. Thanks for hosting us!

Nice Place for Two!

This is a nice condo for two - the views great from the lanai for beautiful sunrises. There is a road behind the building but the ocean sounds drowned out street noise. We found the unit very spacious and comfortable. It does not have air conditioning but at this time of year - February - it was not needed. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Location

The condo was in a perfect location to access the whole island. It also had everything we needed as well for the beach which was very helpful. Would def book here and the property manager Mark was so very nice and kept the property so nice.

We loved being right next to the bay and enjoyed the sound of the surf. The location was so convieniant. We enjoyed going up and down the coast, exploring many state parks and reserves along the way. Our only difficulty was the inconsistent WiFi.

The pictures don't give this location justice - it was more beautiful than we could have imagined! We had a truly wonderful time here and will absolutey stay here when we return to Kauai again!

A beautiful site to watch the ocean, surfers, occasional whale sightings and feral chickens just outside our floor level lanai. We have rented several Kauai units, but this one is the best!

Comfortable and fully equipped, the condo allows us Hawaiian living within our budget.

Property was lovely with all the amenities we needed. Property is not right on the beach but accessibility is very close by. Lots of shops, restaurants etc nearby. Beautiful views, loved the deck for morning coffee. Bedroom is at front so if a light sleeper you may be awakened by emergency vehicles on main road. We never used the pool but it looked nice with BBQs onsite. Very happy and would recommend!

Everything you need

Our condo was perfect. It had an absolutely beautiful and direct view of the ocean. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio with the sounds of the crashing waves. The condo itself was clean, updated where it counts (kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer) and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials as was the condo itself with towels and beach items (chairs, mats, etc). The condo’s location was perfect for exploring both the north and south shores, being no more than an hour’s drive in both directions. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend.

The location was great, but the outside patio chairs were very uncomfortable, if you sat in the low chairs you couldn't see anything and if you sat in the higher chairs they were the uncomfortable ones,so you couldn't sit outside for very long. Very happy with everything else.

Perfect location

We loved the location of this condo. It seemed to be in the middle of anywhere we wanted to go. It was nice to listen to the ocean. The beach wasn't usable when we were there due to a recent flood but we went to other beaches. The pool is very nice and the temp was always perfect. Plenty of beach chairs by the pool and loved how close it was to the condo. The condo had plenty of anything you need for a stay. The bedroom closet even had an umbrella for the rainy days and we had lots of rainy days during our stay. The only thing I would suggest is some sort of clothes line that retracts on the deck. It would be nice for drying the wet suits. Would definitely stay at this unit again when we come back to Kauai
