You will like the practical layout of the villa and tasteful decoration, the privacy of the pool and covered patio and the game room with an 8 foot slate pool table.The villa offers two king master en suite and two regular kids bedrooms with both 2 single beds. Full cable package, free internet wifi and free international calls ( land lines)
10 to 15mn to Disney and less than 2 mn to dining and shopping, huge Walmart less than 2 mn from the Villa. Clean, spotless and perfectly maintained. A fabulous home away for your family vacation or your next golf trip

Férias na Disney

Casa em bom estado de conservação, bem limpa. Toalhas de banho um pouco gastas. Imóvel um pouco distante dos parques, cerca de 40 min da universal.

Perfect place easy to find

We loved our stay here, it was clean and just as described. The fenced in yard was little small but still worked perfectly for our small dog. The property owner was quick to respond to our pre trip and during trip questions. I will definitely be saving this when we decide to come back to disney in a few years. Thank you for having us as your guests, we had a wonderful time.

Great WDW rental for families

We came to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday at Disney. We originally planned to bring my mom but she stayed home. I stayed in the 'blue' master & enjoyed it. My daughter didn't find the twins in the pink room to be comfortable so since my mom didn't come, she stayed in the 'red' master. The yard is tiny but worked well for our 2 service dogs to go out & potty. The pool was the perfect size & had lots of fun toys & floats provided. The lanai was wonderful for early morning coffee & late evening wind down. The game room in the garage was an awesome bonus. We spent the majority of our time at WDW so the house amenities mattered much less than a usual trip, so we did not mention or complain about anything, but if I could comment or change anything, I'd focus on just a few things. On a late-arrival park day, as we were getting ready, the lawn crew came. They entered the outer back yard gate & did the lawn maintenance. Totally fine. I just wish I'd known they were coming ahead of time. The 'red' master stays warmer than the rest of the house. I always bring a table fan from home, it was necessary for me. I wouldn't have been able to sleep in there but my daughter did, she did notice the temp difference though. The garage game room is hot. I may be wrong but the garage door doesn't open & there isn't AC. It was too hot to enjoy without letting the door open for awhile to the kitchen. Again, not a big complaint just plan ahead. It was also VERY HOT when we were visiting.

Nice and Quite Area

Was a quiet area to stay, the pool area was great. We did see lots of dead bugs in the bathroom areas that was missed by the cleaners wen we arrived.

Nice house except...

When we arrived the kitchen counters and floor were dirty. We took picture of what we cleaned off them. The house is nice and the pool. We did enjoyed our stay. We met a Uber driver, who was absolutely wonderful. His name is Russo. Nicest guy, he worked with us everyday. He was very fair in what he charged, especially compared to a cab!!! Look him up! According to the ad, it was 38 minutes from the airport. Do to traffic conditions, it's much longer ride.

Great location

Our stay was very good. Home is well stocked with needed items. The pool was perfect after day at the parks. Its close to many restaurants. Its about 12 miles to Magic Kingdom but an easy drive. The host communicates well. We enjoyed our stay.

Our vacation

We had a fantastic time. The home was perfect for our family and dog. We enjoyed the pool, especially after coming home from the parks all day! The host answered our questions promptly. We will definitely stay again!

This best place to stay when visiting Disney / Universal!

This house was everything and more than expected. I am never sure what to expect when going on line to find a vacation home. This on is exceptional. Location: We were 15 to 20 minutes from Disney depending on traffic. There is a Publix every 2 miles for shopping. There were also plenty of restaurants should you not be in the mood to cook. The neighborhood: Quite, clean and really friendly neighbors. We met a couple when we were out walking puppy. The house: It is a typical 90's house inside BUT who cares? It was exceptionally clean, well furnished - the beds were so comfortable. There were 2 coffee machines. Plenty of clean towels in the rooms. I wish we would have had time to use the bikes in the garage. The pool was the perfect size to sit in after parking it all day long. The only problem we had were the red ants in the yard - my nephew is allergic - but it's Florida you can't avoid the critters just need to be a bit wary of them. I have recommended this house to others and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a place. The price is perfect and the owner is very responsive to any of your questions or needs.

Great size

The house is a good size and having 3baths is great.The house is pretty much out dated. The kitchen needs a restock of pot & pans, no can opener at all. The pool heater did not work, but they refunded our money no problem. There is a problem with the sockets throughout the house, so don't think your charging your electronics. The lighting in the two master bedrooms is terrible, and no ceiling fans. I would still stay here because it is good for the money and size. No air-conditioning in garage/play room.

Great fenced in backyard

Nice comfortable stay. Joy the privacy of the closed in pool. Very close to Walmart and restaurant. Very nice accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again.

Vacation with Family

Property was nice and clean. Contact with owner was excellent and easy. I would recommend this property for a great location for family vacation. Only suggestion is ceiling fans in every room, the temperatures were hard to regulate with AC at 72 and box fans. The game room was not climate controlled and machines were in disrepair.

We had a lovely stay, the house was exactly what we needed (4 adults) and would be perfect for 2 couples with children too. The owners were prompt in replying when we did need to contact them.

1 FRIDGE WILL NOT CLOSE 2 A/C CONTINUES TO RUN SET ON A SETTING TEMP 3 NO CLEANERS TO SANITIZE OR CLEAN ANYTHING 4 NO TP OR EXTRA PAPERTOWLS OR TRASH BAGS...THEY SAY GO TO STORE AND BUY 5 INTERNET KEPT SHUTTING DOWN...NEEDS A NEW ROUTER OR MOTUM 6 BEDS WERE AWFUL...SLOPING TO ONE SIDE 7T ILE FLOOR STILL DIRTY..MY FEET WERE BLACK 8 NOT ENOUGH DISHES OR CUPS OR GLASSES 9 JACK AND JILL BATH SHOWER WAS STILL DIRTY BLOBS OF SOAP OR CONDITIONER OR WHATEVER ALL OVER THE TILE WALLS 10 UNIT STINKS OF BUG SPRAY DEAD ROACHES IN A FEW SPOTS AND 1 IN THE COFFEE POT STILL ALIVE 11DRYER WAS NOT WORKING UNTIL A SWIFT KICK ...ALSO DRYER LINT ALL OVER FLOOR JUST LEFT NOT SWEPT UP 12 YOUR H VAC SYSTEM IS BLACK COMING OUT OF VENTS ON THE WALLS AND CEILING..NEEDS A CLEANING...MY ALLERGIES WERE VERY BAD IN HOUSE 13 CAT OR DOG HAIR IN AREA RUGS....YELK 14 ALL PILLOWS ON SOFA AND BED PILLOWS STINK...BAD 15 SOF AND LOVE SEAT NO SUPPORT...BROKEN DOWN AND STINKS...NEED NEW 16 OVER ALL WOULD NOT RECOMEND A STAY. 17 OVER ALL THE HOUSE IS A GOOD HOUSE TO STAY BUT NOT TILL A MAJOR CLEAN...ALL THINGS ON LIST NEED ADDRESSED. 18 THE BIGGY IS YOUR HOTEL RESTAURANT LICENSES IS EXPIRED BY A YEAR.
