Fletch's Cove is a 2 Bedroom ocean front Villa offering Solitude, Tranquility, & Romance.
Reserve as a 1 Bedroom Villa for 2 Adults or as a 2 Bedroom Villa for 4 Adults.
The rates shown on VRBO are for the 1 Bedroom Villa; an additional fee will apply if the 2nd Bedroom is required.

Inspired by examples of contemporary Mexican architecture, this oceanfront villa has been designed with an eye to breathtaking vistas and comfortable, casual living, both indoors and out. The welcoming decor combines Saltillo & wood grained tile floors with rich colored textured walls, wood beams, Mexican pottery and furnishings, hand crafted, from Asian & South American hardwoods.

Folding doors open the Living & Dining Rooms to the Pool Terrace offering stunning views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Prevailing easterly winds keep interior & exterior spaces cool and comfortable. Enjoy your favorite meal by candlelight in the Dining Room or out on the Pool Terrace under the stars. A fully equipped Kitchen and barbeque grill will accommodate the most discerning chef.

Situated just 60 ft. from a small secluded beach, you are never more than a few steps away from a refreshing dip. A barrier reef, about a mile off shore, protects the area from large waves and creates an eco-system rich in marine life. If surf and sand are not your preference take a swim in the 33 ft. lap pool followed by a tanning session on the Terrace. You'll enjoy a level of peace and privacy not found at most large hotels.

The Primary Bedroom Suite occupies the entire second level with king bed, air conditioning, TV/DVD, and full bathroom with double sink vanity, shower and private toilet. French glass doors open onto a large balcony, with cushioned chaises for lounging, sunbathing or just taking in the amazing views by day and by night.

The Second Bedroom Suite, on the Villaā€™s main level, is accessible from the Cabana just off the Pool Terrace. The room offers a king bed, air conditioning, and French glass doors leading to a large balcony with chaises. Enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains of St. Martin, waves lapping on the shore, and the glistening waters of the Anguilla Channel. The Cabana serves as the full ensuite Bathroom to the Second Bedroom with private toilet room, single sink vanity and separate shower and as a second bathroom for the main house.

Fletch's Cove is a perfect venue for a romantic honeymoon, anniversary or quiet getaway for couples. The unique layout allows Fletchā€™s Cove to be rented as a one or two bedroom villa to suit varied accommodation needs. Located on the south central coast of Anguilla, you will experience fantastic ocean views of St. Martin, be captivated by the romantic private villa setting, and enjoy the convenience of being close to many popular beaches and restaurants. REST, RELAX and REJUEVENATE at Fletchā€™s Cove!

VILLA NOTES:
The Villa is always rented exclusively to one party at a time, so if you choose the One Bedroom option, the Second Bedroom is locked off and it is not rented separately to another guest. You will have the privacy of the Villa and all the amenities for your party only. If a couple wishes to rent the entire villa with both bedrooms the Two Bedroom Rate will be charged.

There are two Primary Bedrooms; one on the upper level and one on the main level.
If renting the villa as a One Bedroom Villa you will be using the upper level King Bedroom with en-suite Bathroom. If renting the Two Bedroom Villa you will also have access to the Second Bedroom located adjacent to the Cabana on the main level just off of the Pool Terrace

The Villa's nightly rate ranges from USD $558 - $1083, depending on group size and season, plus 23% government taxes and service charge.

We have travelled all over the Caribbean --- and our stay at Fletch's Cove was the best experience we've had. Everything was perfect - the house, the little private beach, the beauty of the view, the calm and quiet. There is absolutely no detail Carol has missed in sharing the house. Beautiful property and lovely staff

We had an amazing 5 days at Carolā€™s property! Beverly went out of her way with recommendations and fully stocked the house upon our arrival. Every detail was taken care of including the car rental. Celilia takes wonderful care of the property. We will surely be back!

Absolutely Perfect Villa w/ Stunning Views and Tranquil Vibes

Fletch's Cove is the perfect location for your next Anguilla adventure. Centrally located on the island with short drives to each end was perfect for getting around easy. The villa itself is impeccable, with amazing views of St. Martin across the water. We have stayed here twice now it will be doing so again in the future! Highly recommend.

Outstanding property

Repeating what many have said before, this is a very special property with a magnificent view of the bay and St Marten in the distance. Property is exactly as described and well cared for - and the owner (Carol) and property manager (Beverly) couldn't have been more helpful. They assisted with a rental Jeep (recommended if you want to explore beaches) and airport transfer to the villa along with a lot of info about the island. If you are looking to get away from the "crowds" in a very private setting this is the place.

Fletch's Cove was perfect!

My husband and I travelled to Anguilla for a relaxing vacation. We were looking for a private villa where we could relax and enjoy the view in between beach adventures. Fletch's Cove was the perfect spot! It had an amazing view of St. Martin and we loved listening to the rolling waves while we relaxed by the pool. Carol, Tamieka, and Catherine were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, even setting us up with a chef to come to the villa to cook us dinner one night! We loved it and would recommend it to any couple traveling to Anguilla!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Carol's beautifully architecturally designed home in Anguilla. The views overlooking St. Maarten were stunning and much more preferable to look at during the night than the black on the North side. The house is perfectly arranged and has everything one could ask for. We will return!

Love at First Sight!

When we first began to look at rental properties on Anguilla, Fletch's Cove caught our eye and we never could find another place that even came close. And the photos didn't even do it justice. The view of Saint Martin across the Anguilla Channel never gets old. It is such a beautiful and peaceful getaway. The home is beautiful and comfortable, the grounds are beautifully landscaped and that view! Both Carol, the owner, and Beverly, the property manager, were very responsive and they helped make our stay just perfect.

Stunning view and property. Very private around pool area which was nice. Beautiful tiled floors. Really nice having the the two rooms completely separate from each other. Pool was soooo refreshing to swim in day and night. Air conditioning was top of the line. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location on the island to drive in any direction. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely go back again!

Heaven on Earth

Fletch's Cove surpassed our expectations. Beautifully furnished, stocked with everything you could possibly need (including snorkeling gear) and immaculately maintained and clean, Fletch's Cove was an ideal setting for a peaceful, private vacation. There is even a cabana with daybed and full bathroom. The view from the pool deck and bedroom patio is spectacular. The landscaping was very nice, too. The only thing missing was the ubiquitous Anguillan goat! You definitely need a car to get to the various beaches and restaurants, which are amazing. The owner and staff are quite accommodating, providing all the information and assistance you could possibly need.

Absolutely Wonderful! As advertised!!

Fleth's Cove - more beautiful in person! The view is spectacular, the sound of the waves crashing on the coral reef is so calming and the house is cool and comfortable. Spacious and inviting! We booked as one couple so we had access to just one bedroom, but it was perfect for just the two of us! The bed was very comfortable, the shower & bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well appointed and we cooked in a couple of times which was great! Even the landscaping is beautiful - and well lit, making us feel very safe (not that it's an issue on Anguilla!) Carol was the most responsive owner I have ever worked with! She answered every silly question prior to our arrival, (and even after) and her management team on the island was absolutely fantastic! Beverly went above and beyond for every little (and a couple big) things that we needed. I can't say enough great things about the team and this place. We will be back!

Breathtaking Views - Great Location - Well Maintained!!!

Full disclosure - we are the Owner's of Fletch's Cove and just returned from our fall maintenance trip getting the villa in tip top shape for our 2018/2019 guests. We take great pride in keeping our home in pristine condition with all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Painting, staining, sealing tiles and so much more to ensure you have the best accommodations. We have made MANY updates and improvements over the years and have recently added a second bedroom suite. We have spectacular ocean views from the bedrooms, balconies, pool terrace, dining/living rooms both day and night and our south central location is just perfect. It's an easy drive to get to beaches and restaurants, then return to your our own private oasis. We are looking forward to hosting our guests this year and trust everyone will have a marvelous stay at our home. My wife and I truly enjoyed the magical experience of Fletchā€™s Cove. I honestly saw the house being listed years ago prompting me to want to visit the island years ago, then COVID hit. The communication with Carol was exceptionally great, she walked me though all the logistics- St Martin (EAHS), ferry, car rental, testing, etc. Having rented peopleā€™s residences for 10+ yrs, she is hands down the best owner I have ever worked w/- re. Communication, accuracy of accommodation, cleanliness, safety (like Fort Knox). We had a wonderful time, the warmth of Anguillaā€™s people is tremendous, the service is unparalleled (the rental car was delivered to the house before we arrived , and paperwork completed at our leisure the next day), a taxi was prearranged to meet us at the harbor and deliver us to the house where we met the property manager- all appreciated after a long day of traveling. And again the house- the views from the loungers on the patio (my favorite spot) and on the deck, the fully stocked kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating, well-appointed bedroom, and the grounds- all 10+. My favorite rental by far.

Catherine - thank you for your attention to every detail while we were there. It was service that was far beyond what we expected staying at a villa. We felt as if we had a guardian with us the whole time we were there. It was never too much, as you allowed us our own time, but it was always thoughtful when you checked in with us. Cecile is an incredible and loving human being. We feel so lucky to have met her, and she really made our stay feel like we were part of a family there. She is such an amazing person, and we can't thank you enough for having her take care of us while we were there. I am sure you have heard it a million times before, but it was one of the hardest things to do leaving the island. We felt as if we had found home, and the people were incredible. Beautiful property....a wonderful week

Fletch's Cove is truly a special place. It is just as beautiful as the photos make it look. The part you cannot get from those photos is the feeling of the fresh breeze and sound of the ocean that is so welcome to those of us who are escaping the winter weather up north. Indeed, it was between 76 and 84 degrees during our stay, with occasional brief showers. The owners have done a fantastic job of establishing a property that is ideal for two people. The furnishings and extra touches show a sense of caring for the visitor that is a step higher than similar places we have stayed in the past. Our entire experience was really positive, starting with the initial contact with Carol, the owner. In fact, the attention, advice and support provided by the "Three C's" - Carol, Catherine and Cecile - were beyond our expectations. As for the island itself, two things stand out: The people are really friendly and the beaches are beautiful. This is not a super-wealthy island overall, but it does not feel at all unsafe either. The general feeling is relaxed, informal, laid-back. There are several high-end resorts, worth at least a brief visit or dinner. There are many good restaurants - we especially liked Blanchard's, Veya and DaVida plus the Pump House....as well as the music at the latter two. Overall, it would be pretty hard to do better than our week at Fletch's Cove. Dave and Pam

Beyond Perfect

We rented Fletch's Cove for our honeymoon and were blown away! Carol, the owner was such a delight to work with. She was very responsive, gave us recommendations, and answered all our questions. Her and her husband went out of their way to secure our liquor of choice, had mixers and limes ready for our arrival. When we arrived we were greeted by the property management company and given a tour. She answered all our questions and was very courteous. The property was immaculate! It was spotless, comfortable and the views were to die for. The pictures on the listing doesnt do it justice. Our highlights were starting the day off with coffee and breakfast on the patio and ending with a coctail at night on the bedroom balcony. The views of St. Maarten are amazing. The villa had everything you needed, kitchen and baths were well stocked. They had chairs, umbrella, coolers, snorkel stuff, beach towels, and coolers for your beach adventures. The pool at the villa was private and very clean. You also have your own little beach to walk down too. The upstairs bedroom had cold ac and the bed was very comfortable. The whole property had very good lighting and lots of sturdy locking doors so we felt very safe. They have an alarm system but we never used it. A bonus is the housekeeper Cecille, She did such a great job of taking care us. She is a super sweet lady. This property exceeded our expectations in every way! It truely made our honeymoon that much more special. I would without a doubt stay here again. Huge Thank You to the owners for sharing this gem with us! Sincerely, Joel and Lori

Cant explain how great this place is! Owners super helpfull with planning & answering questions. For the person with a critical eye, they will see a home with thought put into functionality, practicality, & logic combined with good taste. A very well run Villa in paradise. * * * * *

We designed and built Fletch's Cove in 2001 while we were living and working in Sint Maarten. For over 17 years, John ran his architectural firm, J. Fletcher Biggar Architects, designing and constructing custom residential, multi-residential, and commercial projects on Anguilla and the neighboring islands of Sint Maarten/St. Martin & Saba. Carol worked for a real estate firm selling and managing properties. Together we share a wealth of knowledge about building and renting properties in the Caribbean and the States.
