Summer house in tranquil location, ideal for families or groups of friends

The finca 'El Prat' is a Majorcan stone house on a 1000 m² plot in rural surroundings amidst numerous gardens with orange & lemon trees. The swimming pool with exterior shower offers you the desired refreshment in summer.
In front of the house, under the covered patio area & on the terrace near the pool you will find enough tables & chairs, set to small ensembles, for your use. Sun lounger invite to relax and parasols offer the required shade.
The ideal occupancy for the house is with 6 person. The street to the house is still far enough away so that there is no traffic to be heard. The slightly narrow entrance to the property is accessible for small cars (max. VW Golf). Larger vehicles must be parked on the street (approximately 100 m away).
A lane to the plot located above the El Prat is used at times by the owner when he needs to water the trees.

Beautiful finca on the outskirts of Soller

We stayed at the finca for 8 nights with our adult children. Having stayed in Mallorca for over 20 years, we all agreed this is the nicest property. It has the most beautiful gardens and pool area with views of the mountains. Soller is accessible on foot around 15-20 minutes walk. The kitchen is super well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The showers and bathrooms are great. We ate twice at La Tranuntana which is reasonably priced and does great grilled fish.Uli was very kind and helpful to us. We would love to return! Thanks for a wonderful holiday

Just lovely!

Wonderful place. We were 5 adults and two children and the place was spacious enough for all. The house is located just outside Soller. You can walk there in 25 minutes. There is a baby cod and high chair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Wonderful finca

We really liked this beautiful old finca. The finca is in a nice rural location within very quick and easy reach by car to both the town and beach. It’s well equipped with everything you need. The garden was wonderful with the plants, outside seating areas and pool. The owner was very helpful too. Thoroughly recommend it.

30th wedding celebrations

Beautiful! I can’t say a bad thing about it. Ulrike was brilliant all the way through. The property was a beautiful authentic stone built villa dating back many many decades, set on a South facing slope amidst the mountains, with an amazing swimming pool. The inside of the villa was cool, even on the hottest days, with lovely tiled floors. We didn’t hire a car, instead relying on buses and taxis, plus walking. 15 minute walk to Agromart, a lovely little farmer owned shop, fully stocked with fresh fruit and veg, meat, cheeses, cereals etc etc. Also a 15 minute walk to. Spar. Centre of soller is a 25 minute walk.

Like Staying At A Friend's House

Uli made us feel so welcome and was a pleasure to deal with right from booking. The true beauty of this house is that it feels like a home rather than a holiday rental. There is so much crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment, you'd never get around to using it all. The two bathrooms are spacious and well equipped, the living areas are fab and lovely to relax in to escape the midday heat. The pool is beyond lovely both for swimming and relaxing in, as are the gardens. There is a shed with everything you could want for the outdoors, from pool noodles and ball games to parasols and seat cushions. We didn't hire a car as our aim was a week of complete relaxation, rather than zipping around and found we'd made a good decision. Soller itself is a gorgeous little town, pretty and chilled. The La Tramuntana Restaurant is the closest place to eat, it doesn't look that appealing on the side of a main road, but the food was great, so very useful if you don't want to walk into town. We also loved Cas Carreta in Soller, a hidden gem with decor so dated it's almost back in style, but the food was undeniably great both times we visited. Any cons? We would have appreciated aircon in every bedroom, but understand the limitations with that and Uli has provided plenty of large fans instead. The neighbour's TV was ridic loud at times, but never constantly and they were otherwise very quiet. We came away feeling relaxed and happy to have stayed at the house, thank you Uli!

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Auch Uli hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gibt in der Küche alles was man braucht und sogar 2 Flaschen Wasser wurden für uns eingekühlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein!

Wir wussten natürlich, dass man zum Strand in Port de Sóller ein Stück laufen muss (oder mit dem Auto fahren). Auch in die Stadt (Sóller) ging man ein Stück, aber genau das wollten wir auch. Die Finca war in einem Top-Zustand und die Außenanlage ein Paradies. Jeder konnte, wie er wollte, Schatten oder Sonne haben und der Pool bot aufgrund seiner Tiefe auch bei Temperaturen um die 40 Grad noch Erfrischung. Wir werden gerne noch einmal hinfahren. Ach ja, apropos fahren, wir empfehlen einen schmalen Mietwagen.

Beautiful Villa in a perfect setting

The online pictures don't do the villa justice, it really was beyond expectations. The villa is in a delightful location in the foothills of the mountains overlooking Soller and is within easy reach of the town centre. The owners have gone to enormous effort to think of everything that you might need for your stay, would definitely book again.

Fabulous and homely

We loved this home as it had really everything you needed. It was a stunning property, the gardens and pool were kept so clean and organised and I was constantly in aw of the beautiful plants and mountain views. There is an outdoor shower and different spots to eat outside which was fabulous. The house internally is in the style of old mallorquin but the owners of the home have updated it with everything you need, automatic light switch, lights everywhere, Air conditioning in the bedroom ( Which really helped in August and it is so hot)... and the kitchen is just so cute and organised. Everything felt clean, considered and organised which we loved. There was absolutely everything you could need for cooking. The only concern we had ( To be honest) was the very steep stairs with no railing, which for children who dont grow up with stairs was a bit nerve wracking for us mainly during the night. Other then that the home was very sweet and lovely.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wunderschöne gemütlich verwinkelte Finca in ruhiger Lage [Soller]; Inneneinrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. 2 Bäder top und gepflegt. Pool, Patio und Garten stilvoll, gemütlich, auch Abends. Hühner gackern fröhlich auf Nachbargrundstück (angenehm!) Rundherum zum empfehlen. Anmerkung: Leider Heizung in Küche defekt (April kühl); ein guter Grillrost im Patio wäre schön.

Beautiful house and garden; stunning mountain views.

We enjoyed a relaxing family get-together at 'El Prat.' The house is spacious and characterful and we loved being in the peaceful garden, with sun, shade and pool. We stayed for one week and didn't hire a car - we could easily walk to a supermarket and Soller town centre and also explored further afield (Port de Soller, Fornalutx and Deia) using good walking paths and excellent, cheap buses. Uli welcomed us warmly, kindly offering us a lift from Soller town centre and showing us around the house. We would love to stay here again.

Great holiday

Just back from 10 days and it was a superb villa in a great location. Andreas keeps everything in order and was exactly as described. Uli meeting is before hand was a good help also. Would recommend this property to all our friends.

Lovely place near Soller

This place is really beautiful. The property is kept well and the outdoor surroundings are amazing. The garden has it's own supply of lemons and oranges and we got freshly squeezed juice every day. Soller is a 20 minute walk away. Good hikes closely. Use komoot app to locate them. A few things to be aware of. Only aircon in master bedroom. Would recommend to add this in the other bedrooms as well. Some noice from neighbouring dogs. Otherwise truly great.

Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang auf der Insel Mallorca.

Diese Finca bietet alles was man zum Entspannen braucht. Ein gepflegtes Umfeld mit Pool, mehreren Sitzflächen (Sonne, Schatten), Aussenkoch- und Grillstelle. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien zum Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten vorhanden. Einkaufen kann man sehr gut in Sõller. Ein Auto wäre nicht nur für den Einkauf von Vorteil sondern auch für die Ausflüge. Wir waren in Palma (30 min entfernt) und in der Bucht von Déia (20 min entfernt). Am goldenen Hochzeitstag unserer Eltern sind wir mit der Traditionsbahn von Sõller nach Port Sõller gefahren, um dort einen tollen Tag zu verbringen. (Bootfahren, Baden, Shoppen, essen und trinken). Die Finca liegt am Wanderweg nach Cala Turent. Diese Wanderung ist sportlich und führt über Olivenhaine und ca. 600 Höhenmeter nach ca. 10,5 km in eine idyllische Badebucht. Für das leibliche Wohl wird dort in einem herrlich gelegenen Restaurant gesorgt. Dort kann man auch das Wasser für den Rückweg mitnehmen. Wir können diese Ferienfinca für einen Familienurlaub sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Finca mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir haben 10 Tage mit unseren beiden jugendlichen Kindern hier verbracht. Die Finca ist bestens ausgestattet, der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und die Übergabe absolut problemlos. Wir können die Finca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
