Villa 50 meters from the white sandy beach and the crystalline sea of ​​Budoni

I'm sorry to read your unpleasant feedback on your time spent at the Villa. However, I would like to respond to your feedback in the following points: 1. I am not an agent but I take care of the management of the family home. The management of the villa is purely a family-run. 2. The description of the Villa is totally in line with the VRBO website and the photos can fully confirm it. I would "never" publish a wrong description or upload any photo that do not reflect the reality. 3. Since the villa is located a few metres away from the beach, there is a come and go of people, therefore it is normal that during the period of July and August (HIGH Season) there is more movement than expected. Please also bear in mind that, it depends on the type of holidays that guests want to have. Many guests prefer to stay a couple of meters away from the beach with the “freedom” to come and go to the Villa whenever they want, by parking and forgetting the car during the entire holidays. However, many other guests prefer to stay far away from the beach and be more in contact with the nature and the silence. 4. Unfortunately, I have to admit that this year was really a particularly “hot” year and the temperatures were significantly higher than normal (I even don’t recall such heating in the last 10 years). From “Day One” I provided two fans even the description in the advert stated that, there was NOT any air conditioning in the Villa. In order to avoid such situation in the future, I have already contacted a technician in regards to the installation of a new Air Conditioning System which will be available starting from next year. The villa description on VRBO will be updated accordingly. 5. Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to give you, some my feedback on your stay at the Villa as guests, therefore it could help as well some future owners to have you as a guest: When you booked a few months ago, you only sent me a booking request for two adults. A few days later, you contacted me because you forgot to add your 2 children to the booking request. I honestly found it very strange but even two additional people has an additional cost, and I should have asked to pay for it. But I did NOT ask you any additional cost of having two more guests. Upon your departure I found some proved damages, but even in that case I decided not to submit any request for claiming the damages. Furthermore, although I had provided you the recycling calendar, asking you several times to follow it meticulously. Upon your departure, you left several smelly rubbish bags and boxes accumulated throughout the entire period of your stay. Without forgetting at the end, the “poor” hygienic conditions you left the villa. Best regards, A
