The carpet in the bedrooms were kinda bad. One set of towels per bedroom is not acceptable. Minimal toiletries available. The house in general is a bit tired looking. For the amount of money paid, it didn’t feel high end at all.

Amazing amenities

This property was perfect for our friend- reunion. There were so many activities for everyone on the property and the surrounding area. The beds were really comfortable and enough bathrooms for all 20 people to have their own space.

Large property

We had 5 couples and plenty of room both inside and out. Enjoyed the Pickleball court every morning and the outdoor covered patio was great for morning coffee.

Terrific Property in Palm Springs/Bermuda Dunes!

The property was exactly as advertised! We have utilized the property two years in a row for work conference in Palm Springs, and could not have had a better experience. The property owners were in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were enjoying our time using their home. Highly recommend!

Good spot for big group

We liked this venue for our annual senior golf outing -- well located in proximity to the courses we played and the house was very good in all respects. With a pool table, ping-pong., pickleball court (which we didn't use) and other amenities, we had a good time. No problems with this rental and good communications with the staff.

Amazing stay in beautiful PS!

We are no strangers to PS and always look forward to our next trip back;) this time, three sets of parents took 13 teens (mostly seniors celebrating their spring break) for a week long getaway. Immediately, the spacious spread of the house, the comfortable amenities, pool, pickleball, ping pong and game room was a HIT for our crew. Checkin/out went without a hitch and the owner/manager were available on text thread when anything came up. Would def consider coming back! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great Family Weekend Get Away Home!

This house was lovely! We had enough space for our whole family to sleep, hang out and relax. The beds were comfortable and the common space with the kitchen was a great place to hang out and play games and have meals. The jacuzzi and pool were very nice and the property was quiet and you couldn't hear the neighbors. The location was convenient to many locations in the area. Awesome house!

Loved our stay!

Awesome house, great location, plenty of room. We had 16 (9 adults, 7 children) and had more than enough space. Words do not give justice to how good a time we all had. Thank you my man Jeff, the property manager. Super responsive, professional and a friend. Great experience all around!

House was great for a large family gathering. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the pool, spa and other amenities. The house is large enough that everyone can have their own space if needed. TVs in every room and comfy beds.Improvements could be made in kitchen supplies. For example, there were no mixing bowls, measuring cups, saucepans, and minimal serving utensils. There was only one tiny cutting board but we were brought a large one within 5 minutes of calling. We probably could have called for the rest also but we managed as is.The manager needs to double check cleaning as we found some used cups under one of the beds. The carpets also are in need of a good steam cleaning.Overall, we will stay again if our travels take us to the area and we need a large house.

Great Gathering place

Great large property with many rooms and useful areas to use. Very responsive owner and property manager. Great location and safe area. Water heater was off and few took cold shower before we fixed it. No coffee maker or coffee until they Brough us one. Kitchen amenities could be better. Bathrooms not as clean as expected. Many rooms had Carpets stains.

Thanks Hossain! We enjoyed having you! And yes having 9 true bedrooms is awesome for a large group. Family first always! And the new Pickle Ball court can be used for basketball or volleyball. Very usefully area outside. We run our pool pumps 24 hours a day to keep the pool sparkling clean. We got Rut of the coffee maker due to Covid and replaced it with a Keurig. Sorry for the cold shower. We replaced the water the same day! And added a back up water heater! It will never happen again! Carpets will be cleaned next Monday! We clean them 4 times a year. Just went to home goods and purchased new plates, pans, and cups! There is a Home Goods around the corner. Next time feel free to buy what you need and I’ll Venmo you the cash.

Bermuda Dunes

We enjoyed the stay. The instructions for the use of the spa and pool were not easy to follow or execute. However, the property manager was prompt in assisting us. We found locking the property difficult. We were unable to gain access to a key in the lock box and thus were forced to leave the property unlocked while we were away. This gives rise to our lower rating on the check in process above.

Thanks Rod. You guys were great! We have a State of the art Jandy pool system. We are able to control the pool and spa via our phones. The house also has a flat screen panel that allows you to control the pool /Spa anytime from the living room. As in all pools and spa you cannot turn the spa and the pool heat on at the same time. The pump either circulates water to the heater via the spa actuators or the pool actuator. We have just installed a new wall iPad which has a YouTube video on the Jandy pool system. In addition We have also installed a new wireless control pad for the garage door. The maids left the The key on the counter but we want to go keyless for less headache in the future. We are experimenting with a number coded lock deadbolt on our other houses. However the battery life is 1-2 years. Our other houses also have a Lutron system that allows us to turn on and off the lights and open the garage door Via our phones. We will be purchasing a new Lutron radio-r 2 system and a control 4 system this month for this house. This will allow a keyless front door lock and allow us to open the garage door on your arrival. The garage door keypad will allow your family and guests to enter the house anytime. Lucky we are in a 9-house 20 acre gated community with 24 hour security and in the last 10 years I’ve never had one thing taken from any of our 7 houses in the gated community. Our gated community is only for short term rentals so security is paramount.

Good CLEAN fun......awesome!

We travel together as a large family, so some houses just don’t work for us. This house was perfect! We had enough parking and the living space was never crowded. It was really clean, which was perfect, seeing how the first thing we usually have to do is clean the house. Not this time. Just show up and relax. We had a couple of questions about the stereo system (only because I couldn’t get my kids out of the pool to do it) and Chris responded immediately. He also checked in to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Class act rental! Thanks

Great place!

Beautiful house! Lots of space for a large group. House is well stocked in kitchen, towels, etc. Pool is great. Pickleball court was wonderful! Easy access to owner who is very responsive.

Perfect for our Golf Tournament

We couldn't have found a more perfect property for our annual golf tournament. The house was as great in person as it was online, it was close to everywhere we wanted to be, and it felt really private. I would definitely book this place again!

Great property - as advertised

Annual golf trip for 8 guys - house was great. Easy access, quiet, patio fire pit, spacious, whatever we needed. Everyone could hang out together in the common areas, but also quietly retire to their rooms whenever the night winded down.

Amazing place for a family of 17 birthday celebration

This property was perfect for our event. Ping pong, pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, bocce ball pit, outdoor TV and sitting area provided so much to do. The house is much bigger than expected and with all 17 people we never felt crowded. The layout was perfect. Rick and Dawn were great to work with when booking our house. They made great suggestions and were very responsive and accommodating as we bombarded them with questions and requests. During our stay we had constant access to Chris the property manager who responded to the few things we needed quickly. Chris even responded to my desperate text, days after we left, looking for a left behind belonging. He found it (not easy) and mailed it to me. All the personal contact we had throughout the renting and lodging process made the experience perfect. The house has a very well equipped kitchen with a lot of silverware, glasses and dishes. There were two kitchen areas and two sets of washers and dryers. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There are a few things that can be improved that renters should know. Two of the beds are queen size not king as advertised. There was two very worn pickle ball paddles and one ball. We bought a set and loved playing. I am sure if I called Chris or Rick would have gotten us some but I did not call. Pool ques were also very worn/broken (did not call about these either). There are TV's everywhere but some had no signal so were not watchable. Unfortunately one was the outdoor TV (we attached a laptop to view sporting events). Overall great experience, great house, great people to work with.

Corporate Retreat

Property was great for our purpose (corporate retreat) - meetings in the morning and recreation in the afternoon. The host was great - responsive and accommodating. We only had 8 people at the property - we could have had way more - it is an expansive house and property that gives people excellent common areas and areas to have some alone time as well. Would recommend this highly.

More effort needed

The house is large and lovely. However, greater attention should be paid to keeping the carpet clean and making sure various appliances are in good working order, rather than making renters endure the problems of such things as a leaking freezer, a broken vaccuum, a non-functional microwave and carpets that have seen their better days. These items should be checked regularly and kept in good working order prior to the arrival(s) of renters. We weren't the typical (Coachella) crowd, so these things probably meant more to us than a bunch of partiers. Still, they should be the manager's responsibility on a regular basis so that renters aren't faced with nonfunctioning items upon arrival. Also, people should be able to use both the pool and hot tub concurrently, so the heating system probably needs augmenting/correcting. We enjoyed having plenty of dishes and silverware, comfortable beds and nice-smelling bedding. All TVs seemed to be working well, too. A short cue stick would be helpful in the smallish pool room. We loved cooking on the stove and the eating areas were very accommodating. Another helpful suggestion: stock teflon spatulas so pans don't get scraped and scratched by metal ones, as has obviously been the case. It might be nice to know ahead of time that the manager has a key for walkers to use in order to exit the gated area. Thank you.

Golf Getaway

9 friends from all over stayed at The Cordoba this past weekend for a charity golf tournament at the JW Marriott. The Cordoba was set up perfect. Property manager Chris was awesome; always available for any questions and helped turn on the spa. We will definitely book Laguna Seca again, much better than hotel rooms for our group.

My stay

Bedrooms were enough space for 7 couples, not enough bathrooms for each couple to have to themselves. Shower head in master was not as clean as i would have liked but the property overall was nice.
