Beautiful Ocean Front Condo with Pool, Balcony and Elevator Access!

Our newly updated condo at Windjammer 316 is just a cut above the rest. Not only its oceanfront, it's also a corner unit, so you have splendid views in three directions. And it's got three bedrooms in an elevator building, with splendid sunrises and sunsets. Perfect!
If you're used to a " beach casual" a style of decorating, you'll love the ornate furnishings in our living and dining area. Plush sofas (one of which converts to a bed for two) dress up the cool tiled floors, while a large HDTV with DVD player waits in front of royal-red drapes. The room is flooded with the sunshine from windows in three directions. You will also enjoy new patio furniture.
The formal dining table is just beyond the living area, with carved and padded chairs, handsome centerpieces, and a large sideboard. Whether you're cooking a homemade feast in the well-appointed kitchen or simply transferring the takeout from cartons onto plates, the meal will look special when served in this setting!
The dining area offers lovely views of the Intracoastal Waterway, located just to the west of the Windjammer complex. Our condo is located on a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic and the Intracoastal, so no matter whether you like rolling surf, quiet waters, or a bit of both, you can find them just yards away! Every bedroom here has a view . . . not to mention the oceanfront deck, with casual seating and dining space!

Beautiful views of both the ocean and the Matanzas River. Condo was clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. Plenty of seating in the living areas for the whole family. Loved the extra couch and dining nooks. Teens enjoyed having their own rooms/tvs. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Two Weeks

Our vacation was wonderful. This roomy condo with comfortable furniture helped to make it better. The views of the beach were wonderful. We love staying at Crescent Beach, and this condo was the best we have rented yet.

Great spot

The condo was perfect! Loved that it was right on the beach and the intercoastal. The beach was gorgeous and quiet. The pool was nice and clean. We really enjoyed the quieter area. The condo was well equipped and comfy.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is nicely updated. The main living areas are bright and open. We come to St. Augustine every year and stay in an ocean front condo. I loved this particular condo because of the small table and chairs in the nook with beautiful views of the intracoastal. The kitchen was well supplied for the light cooking that we did, including a dual purpose coffee machine. The one thing that didn’t like was the pool being on the intracoastal side of the complex. Lastly, we had issues with the Wifi the first couple days and were not able to use our computers. I couldn’t find any way to submit a concern in the guest portal, I sent an email that was never returned. I could have called in but it wasn’t a major concern for us, we just put away the computers for the week and enjoyed the beach.

Fantastic view

The condo is very spacious, clean and right on the beach. The only small issue is the size of the showers. They are very small and a larger person would have a difficult time managing in them. For a week it was ok but longer would not work. The furnishings were up to date, the kitchen and dining areas were nice as well. Close to many great dining choices. The beach was never crowded but do bring some type of beach umbrella for shade as there are none to rent. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Horrible experience.

When we arrived late Sat. Night, there was a horrible smell and a fan running on high that could not be turned. Got stuck in shower - had to be rescued. Extra blankets in bedroom of daughter with fan on high smelled like body odor and worse. Had to vacate during fumigation. V-trips did not care. NEVER AGAIN

Lovely relaxing place for a family vacation

We couldn't ask for a more beautiful location and view! We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. We even saw a turtle and dolphins from the ocean view balcony!

We had an absolute wonderful stay!! The condo was extremely clean and was furnished beautifully. The only issue that we had was getting into the condo. We were not sure where to go and our door code was incorrect. It was an easy fix with one call to the helpful manager. We definitely hope to return!!

Lovely comfortable property

We have stayed in this unit before and enjoyed, now it has.been updated and it lovely. Still very accommodating for a large family. Kitchen is very well equipped, all the conveniences of home with a view that's just what the beach is all about. The only negative was the unit was not cleaned well at all, however when we got there, at check-in time, cleaning crew was there and said they were running behind so maybe they felt rushed as we were waiting to get in unit.

Unexpected

The area of beach and intercostal was beautiful with the ability to see sunrise on the Atlantic and sunset on the Intercoastal Waterway. The unit was old and depressing with urine smell in both bathrooms. Bathtub was out of order, no cable tv, no telephone service. We feel like victims since we were charged much more than previous visits.

Beautiful condo, awesome views

The condo was great. Awesome views of ocean and plenty of room for us. Had a problem with internet service, so we had no WIFI all week. Reported it but it was never fixed. Hard to entertain small children without a TV. Other than that week was great.

Great for large group

I've always loved the Windjammer have stayed in several different units over the years we had a large group this time and this unit was extremely accommodating and comfortable for a large unit not the most updated unit but definitely very comfortable and family friendly for a large group we so enjoyed our stay in this unit. We always have family dinners on vacation and everything you need is in this kitchen. If I had one negative thing to say is the view from the patio is obstructed lightlt by the condos next door

Family Vacation

Great location. Beautiful view. Condo is great for family. However , if you have trouble walking the steps to the beach are challenging. The furniture is quite dated and heavy making the living area quarters seem small and at times cramped. We have stayed on this beach for the last 5 summers. Love this area . Vacation pros good to work with. We will definitely use them again for booking.

Windjammer 316

The condo and location were wonderful. Many days the beach only had three or four umbrellas on it, not crowded at all. The condo itself was not as clean as I expected, there were items left under the bed, behind night stands and under the vanities. The tub and showers needed scrubbed prior to use. Vacation Rental Pros offered to send a cleaning lady, however we took care of it our our own. The comforter in the master was stained with lipstick in several places as were the pillow shams. The kitchen was amazing. Overall, it was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.

Very nice vacation condo!

Our vacation was awesome and alot of that has to do with our rental condo. It was very convenient, clean and spacious. It was exactly as described. We will definitely return and would use VacationRentalPros. There were a couple of unnecessary fees, but overall it was worth the money.

There is a heaven on earth

The weather was exceptional, the beach is my favorite in the USA. The unit was not as clean as 2013 and the dryer took 2 days to be repaired. But the week was glorious !!!!!

Spring vacation

The rental condo was wonderful and the view was beautiful. We had such a wonderful time. My two boys enjoyed the beach, tennis court and pool. I highly recommend this vacation rental to my friends and family. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation. Jessica

Wonderful Vacation!

We really enjoyed our vacation at the Windjammer unit 316. The beach was beautiful and we had a great time fishing in the evenings from the pier. The furnishings in the unit could stand to be updated but other than that we had a great vacation and will certainly be back to the Windjammer! Vacation Rental Pros made booking our vacation a breeze!!!!
