This spacious and opulent unit was just updated with wood grain tile floors in the master bedroom, living and dining areas, kitchen and master bath, fresh paint and trim throughout, a new side by side large capacity washer and dryer, new bathroom vanities and a completely renovated kitchen with all new cabinetry and granite countertops, recessed lighting and under cabinet lighting, and brand new stainless steel appliances! This chic coastal retreat also includes a bar area complete with a separate under-counter ice maker and plenty of counter space, where you can tap into your inner mixologist and create delicious cocktails for you and your guests! The dining area offers a new dining table with seating for 6, plus additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.

The 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms are designed to afford you and your family some much needed rest and relaxation on your vacation! The master suite is a true oasis, boasting a plush king bed with Sealy posturepedic mattress set, ensuite bath and beachfront balcony access! opens to the gulf front balcony, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and even dine al fresco while taking in the picturesque vistas of the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. The 2nd bedroom features another king bed and the 3rd hosts two fulls, affording comfortable accommodations for up to 8 throughout. The guest bedrooms also offer LCD televisions, attached baths, premium mattresses, high thread count linens and luxurious bedding!

Great Condo

Nice condo with great location and magnificent view. We could walk to restaurants and the Flora-Bama. Each bathroom has access to a bathroom. Really enjoyed our stay.

Sun and Fun in Spanish Key

The property was great. The pool was perfect, and the beach location was outstanding not too long a walk. The property we stayed in was very nice. Our family would go back, and in fact will go back in the future. Great show team!

The condo was great. Clean and we had everything we needed. We loved the pool and how short of a walk it was to the beach. Along with the runway after you get off the boardwalk. Very helpful for pulling wagons down! However some of the property rules that were enforced (one being no beverages, including Stanley type cups with only water, 3 feet from the pool or in the pool) were not posted anywhere we could find. Parking was also inconvenient. Otherwise it was a beautiful week and we had a wonderful time with family. Thank you!

Great Getaway!

This condo is the perfect place to getaway from the hustle and bustle. It was extremely easy to check in and get started on a great vacation for my family. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities that had been stated in the description. The beach area was fantastic and the beach chair attendants were at the top of their game, we needed for nothing. The hot tub was out of service being repaired, but the indoor pool was very warm and allowed for the kids to play on a rainy day. We will definitely be back!

Not a pleasant experience with the owner of this condo

While the condo itself was nice, our stay was unpleasant since we were informed only AFTER we had booked, that the pool was going to be closed during our visit. Upon arrival, we also found that our bedroom windows and half of our balcony were covered in plastic because of the same maintenance work closing the pool. After contacting the owner to be compensated for our inconveniences (we had children excited to use the pool), the owner refused to compensate us in any way. We went with 3 other couples and their children and each of the other parties were compensated for this huge inconvenience. The compensations ranged from a 10 to 20% refund offered to the other parties because of the pool closure. Our owner claimed our condo was updated so he didn't have to compensate us. All of the other condos were reasonably similar in design and decor to ours...and 2 of the 3 other condos compensated didn't even have their windows and balconies covered in plastic like ours was. Many days we couldn't even open our balcony door to let air in because of the work being done right outside of unit. We find it very unreasonable to think that we paid the same amount of money as a family who would've had full use of the normally beautiful pool and who had full use of a balcony to lookout over the water. Additionally, we were also quite unhappy with the very small supply of kitchen accessories provided by this condo. The other parties that stayed in this building had cupboards stocked plentifully with kitchen accessories, while many of our cupboards were bare. We would NOT recommend this unit. We've stayed in numerous condos across Florida and have never experienced issues with an owner as we did with the owner of this unit. This owner should re-evaluate how to deal with his customers.

Very nice unit, but...

Unit was pretty clean except for the bathrooms. Every toilet had black mold? in them. Showers were not clean in corners and jacuzzi tub in master bath had not been cleaned at all. No hot water in lavatories in master bath. Finally got underneath and found in had been cut off. The service call I made for the washer/dryer was excellent. Man stayed about 4 hrs, but got both of them working. Both beds in middle bedroom have broken or worn out box springs. Need replacing.

Vacation 2017

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well equiped with all necessary items. We had plently of room. The coffee table in the living room is a little too big, for it takes up a lot of the room. A smaller round coffee table would be great, especailly with the small babies. They got several booboos from the table cause they are just starting to pull up to things. The rain was a little disappointing, but got to spend alot of quality family time in a beautiful home away from home ! Thank you Spanish Key 305 !!

Lovely, relaxing, convenient

My family of three adult daughters, two sons-in-law, one almost two year old granddaughter and myself reluctantly packed and left today. We used the pool, the beach, the hot tub and sauna. Everything was clean and and as described. The beds in the third bedroom, which I shared with one daughter, however felt and sounded like camp cots from my long gone youth. One other suggestion would be more than bare minimum of bath towels. Those two minor items did not spoil our stay. We had a great family bonding time vacation.

I recomend The Crab Trap for a fun evening

My family stayed at Spanish Key #107 on June 26 thru July 2nd. The condo was very clean and roomy. We have been vacationing in the Perdido Key area for 12 years and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
