This condo is a few miles south of Myrtle Beach in a small beach town without high rise hotels, or large crowds. A real family beach. The condo is on the top floor of a four-floor building, with an elevator. No noise from people being above you. The unit has three bedrooms, and sleeps eight, one King Bedroom one queen bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds. The couch in the living room lets out into a queen bed. You will love the large balcony in front of the living room and the master bedroom. Great for morning coffee or watching a sunrise. At night, with a little luck, you might see a full Carolina moon over the ocean. Like TV, we have a large 48 inch TV in living room with DVD player. TVs in two of the bedrooms. Air conditioning and ceiling fans will keep you cool during the hot SC summer. Free internet service is ready if you need to work or just check out the internet. The condo is bright and cheerfully decorated, cathedral ceiling with sky lights keeps the condo looking like WOW! When you arrive, the beds will be made, and the towels hung in the baths. All you need to do is head to the beach and start having fun. The building has a beautiful, shared swimming pool. which is seldom very crowded. You will be a short drive to Murrells Inlet, the sea food capitol of SC. If you love sea food your ship has come in.
We rent from Saturday to Saturday, arrival time is 3:00 PM and departure time is, 10:00 AM. Our building does not allow pets. The condo is a smoke free unit. If you decide to rent from us, we will e-mail you a renter's agreement with additional information about the condo.
