We also checked the main room TV after your departure and were unable to find an issue, but we’re sorry it gave you trouble during your stay. We’re also sorry the closest elevator was out for much of Saturday. The elevators are maintained by the HOA, but we understand how frustrating it can be when the nearest one is unavailable, even with other elevators on property.
