CONDO VISTA DEL MAR--SEASIDE CONDO-3 BR - SEA VIEWS, POOL, SAND BEACH, SNORKEL

Named CONDO VISTA DEL MAR because of fabulous panoramic views of the sea. Located at CLUB NATALE---a small 4 condo unit resort with a short 2-3 minute walk to a sand beach to swim, snorkel, kayak, fish or lounge. It has SPECTACULAR PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS, and superb SNORKELING & DIVING right off the beach, plus a great INFINITY POOL!. The reef-protected , pristine beach swimming area enables your ”own ” calm water quadruple Olympic size pool! And even some fish-viewing snorkeling!

Please note that due to management changes, the cafe/bar is no longer available, and because of higher sea water levels due to climate change the beach scenes are signifcantly different from the video.

The condo is FULLY FURNISHED and equipped with- on-site laundry with washer/dryer, all kitchen necessities, including stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, cookware, dishes, eating utensils, pantry items, such as tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, and other items left by previous guests, plus a complimentary 5 gal jug of bottled water. It has quality, comfortable furnishings, air conditioning and fans throughout, plus BIG SCREEN CABLE TV. Free Wi-Fi internet service is available in the condo and in the pool, patio areas. Linens and bath/beach towels are provided. Change is weekly or by special request. It's five balconies provide space for relaxing and enjoying the sea breezes and magnificent views-- three overlooking the Caribbean sea and two overlooking the lush forest. It has THREE BEDROOMS and 2.5 baths —for up to 5 guests plus an optional 6th guest upon owner approval. The master bedroom has a queen bed; 2nd bedroom a double bed, and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.. Children are welcome. The condo is non-smoking except for the outside balconies. Pets are accepted upon owner approval.
Common gathering or activity areas include the 3rd floor roof top terrace with its spectacular panoramic 180 degree viewing area--nice for Happy Hours. The resort's spacious pool and lobby area offer space for lounging and BYO drink or food
Please note that the condo is located on the second floor, so a one floor stairway walk is required for access.

. SNORKELING GEAR---guests are advised to bring or purchase their own snorkeling gear, though some limited gear may be available. Kayaks may available for rent from a neighboring resort. Resort staff are available to arrange for a guide to escort you by boat or kayak to the nearby off-shore reef areas for fishing or snorkeling--among the best on the island. On calm days the "house reef", a named dive site known as Connie's Dream, is accessible for snorkeling or diving directly from the shore. Essential to bring hard sole swim socks or dive booties to traverse the coral in places. Or, you can kayak to this reef as well as to another close snorkeling/diving reef, Marilyn's Front Porch. The well-known dive and snorkeling spot, Mary's Place, is nearby via boat ride. SCUBA DIVE SHOPS are nearby. Be sure to use BUG SPRAY when at the beach due to sand flies--- esp. on calm days

The resort area is a SANCTUARY for endangered iguanas and features vibrant mangroves. As a NATURE PRESERVE it is oriented to eco-tourism. As such the natural sand beach is kept clean and tidy, but is manicured only occasionally, as needed, The beach area has lounge chairs.

The general ambiance is a QUIET and SERENE setting. If you are looking for nightly parties and music, this is not the place for you. The resort is about 30 minutes away from the major tourist and party areas, such as West End and 40 minutes from popular beach at West Bay.. Some guests are anxious about the 0.7 mile gravel road to the private location. However, significant road repairs were made in 2019, and even in the event of heavy rain, the medium and smaller cars are able to navigate the terrain of the road.

Our PROPERTY MANAGER and OWNER are not on site, but are available by phone 24/7. All guests are offered a "meet and greet" service for a fee at the airport or ferry terminal and escort from the arrival terminal to the condo. Transportation costs to and from the condo are the responsibility of the guest. The Property Manager is available to serve as concierge to set up tours, dive packages, help with grocery or other shopping runs, or other island trips---at very reasonable fees--- as well as guide for restaurants and tourist activities. Caribbean meal catering , private chef services and massage also can be arranged.

The LOCATION is great---- just a 10-12 minute drive east of the airport or 5 minutes from ferry terminal---in a quiet area away from the crowds of West End and West Bay, and out of the busy cruise ship area, yet within decent driving distance to shopping and all the island's best spots.. A rental car is advised to explore the many sites on the island—though taxis are readily available, and quite inexpensive, especially if flagged on the main road.
Some guests have expressed anxiety about the 0.7 mile gravel road to the private location of the resort. However, the road was significantly improved in 2019---BETTER LIGHTING, IMPROVED GRADING AND GRAVEL So, even in the event of heavy rain, the medium sized and smaller cars will be able navigate the road without concern

Note that a PRE-ARRANGED CONDO CHECK-IN is required by contact with the Property Manager at least several days prior to arrival. This is ESSENTIAL as there is no 24/7 reception desk at this small resort.

Also, please note that pricing varies as it is seasonal and is based on the number of persons booked. The listed base rate is for up to 4 persons with an additional rate of $7 per person per night for more than 4 persons up to the maximum of 5 persons or 6 with owner permission.
