Spacious & beautiful ranch style home w/ hot tub & new propane fire-pit

Oceanside Vacation Rentals is Excited to once again be managing ABC Cottage. This property has a unique ranch-style floor plan with 2 Master Bedrooms with a King Bed. Each Master Bedroom with private bathroom (with a large walk-in shower) located on each end of the house. This property opens up into the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room Area perfectly set in the heart of this home. You will really enjoy all the extras this beautiful 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home has to offer during your stay.

Both Master Suites are spacious & furnished with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds, 4th bedroom with a queen size bed and desk area w/ seating.
The rest of the home has an open concept for Living room, kitchen and a formal dining room. New hardwood floors have just been installed in the home. The living room will lead you out to the back deck/patio area with additional seating for up to 6 to 8 guests. The back patio is partially covered and has a propane Fire-Pit & propane BBQ.
Hot tub is set into the deck, perfect to relax after a long day at the beach. Beautiful backyard has a picnic table and is so private you can enjoy your time together in this quiet neighborhood and fully fenced in yard.

Close to the Beach & Necanicum river - great for crabbing, clam digging, walking the Prom, or just BBQ on the back deck area. With this property being centrally located in a residential part of Seaside with just 1 1/2 blocks off the Beach & Promenade You will want to come back to this home time and time again.

This home will also accept 1 small non-shedding pet may be considered - Pre-Approval to have pet is required at the property. A puppy of any breed/size will not be considered/accepted. The exterior of this property is monitored by Blink Home Security System.

* When putting in your reservation request - please make sure to include the breed, approx. weight, & age of the pet you would like to bring to the property.
There is a $35 pet fee per pet per stay that will be included in your reservation if it is not already. This property also has a $50 Hot Tub fee included in the reservation.

We had a great stay and your place is lovely. My only complaint is that the hot tub was too heavy on the chemicals and the water turned white when the kids were in it. Plus we could smell the chemicals from the deck.

This property was perfect for our family! The kitchen was well appointed- altho the oven did seem to have issues in preheating and the propane tank for the bbq was empty! And communication w VRBO using their app seemed problematic. But we got thru it and had a fun time!

Great Venue

Eight of us came for the Elks Summer Convention. The VRBO was much nicer to stay in than in a Hotel. There was plenty of room for 8 adults plus some visitors. Great fireplace on the back deck. Plenty of kitchen supplies and a short walk to the beach. Games were played, good drinks and food were shared and we had a great time!

Family reunion on the beach

We enjoyed the house so much. It had the perfect layout with two master suite on opposite ends of the house so that my elderly parents could go to bed early well the younger adults could stay up late and talk in the living room without disrupting their sleep. The hot tub in the fire pit in the backyard Were all we needed for entertainment on one of the rainy days and the walk to the promenade and the beach meant that once we got there, we didnā€™t have to use the car at all during the five day stay. The house had all the basic supplies needed to get us started with a big kitchen to cook For all nine of us. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house for families

We had a wonderful stay at the ABC cottage. We stayed with my 3 children and parents and there was a bed for everyone. Two master bedrooms with comfortable beds and large bathrooms was ideal. Fenced in yard for our dog (extra small dogs could possibly squeeze under front fence). Large stocked kitchen and everything was clean and ready to go for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay, the property Management was very communicative and gracious. The property has great amenities and is very clean and well stocked. We had five adults, two kids and a dog and everyone had their own space, it was great! We would definitely stay here again!
