The primary home quarters include an open concept kitchen/living room with a lofted bunk room with 2nd level ocean-view walk-out elevated deck. There is a queen bed room with a direct connection to a full bathroom which also connects to the living room. There is a hallway that goes to an entire west wing of the home with a second front door, it`s own queen bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Both the west wing and the dining room open up to the back yard which features a hot tub and outdoor dining with mountain views.

Guests have access to the majority of the house including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a kitchenette, but excluding the basement and a non-conforming 4th lofted bedroom.
