Like many condo buildings in Florida, there will be exterior construction happening until mid-2026. The work will take place Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This construction is limited to the building's exterior and does not involve the interior of the condos. However, construction noise should be expected.

YOU MUST BE OVER 25 TO RENT THIS CONDO!!! Unit 202A is a 2br/2ba condo located at Dunes of Panama. This vacation Rental is the perfect accommodation for your next family vacation or a couple’s escape to Florida’s Emerald Coast! Our condo is also small pet friendly--up to 2 pets. Panama City remains a top Florida beach vacation destination for vacationers seeking fun in the sun at affordable rates. The amenities and family friendly atmosphere can't be beat.
There are 3 pools to choose from, we also have shade gazebos and 1500 feet of beachfront.
This condo has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and is also nearby most Panama City Beach events, beach rental providers, and famous Panama City Beach restaurants that offer the finest coastal cuisine! Don’t hesitate to book your family vacation to the world’s most beautiful beaches in Florida’s Panhandle!

Dunes of Panama is a family oriented complex with many full time residents.
Dunes of Panama has a zero tolerance regarding the following:
1. Profanity in public areas
2. Illegal drugs, drunkeness or underage drinking (must be 21)
3. Lewd and lascivious acts
4. Damaging property inside unit or on Dunes of Panama property (immediate eviction, loss of deposit, and rental money)
5. Loud radios, TVs, music, children playing on elevator, shouting from balconies

We stayed in 202A at the Dunes of Panama and the property is very well maintained and very well stocked with supplys to cook with,it was just an all out excellent experience for all of us and we loved it very much.

Relaxing family time

Condo was as described, clean and had a great view for sunsets. The building itself does need some maintenance but overall it was a great place to stay.

End of Summer Getaway

We love staying at Mrs. Hart’s properties. Always very kind and love her condos. Dunes is always been our place to go since our honeymoon, with our kids, and still going 12 years later. Great week and great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Well appointed condo with comfy beds- great spaces and living areas with beautiful views! Super clean and wonderful-we had a AWSOME TIME! The owner was very accommodating and helpful- enjoy this wonderful place!

If your staying in Panama this is the place to stay!

This is the first time staying on this side of Panama and wow what a difference. The weather didn’t cooperate but that was ok because the laid back atmosphere made it worth it all. We have a little service dog that travels with us, we felt welcome everywhere we went with her. This is a clean, well maintained place and I can’t wait to come back again.

Awesome vacation spot!!

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a fabulous time. The condo was well kept, nicely decorated and the best part was it was on the 2nd floor. This owner goes far and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Very quiet and family oriented place. The best stay we have had since being in PCB!! Highly recommend. Thanks again Mrs. Susan. We look forward to staying here again.

Great family get away at the beach

We enjoyed our week at the beach front condo. We appreciated that we could bring our chihuahua. The condo was clean and just like the pictures. Loved the nice kitchen. Thoughtfully provided pump soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Also laundry detergent! I would recommend this condo for sure!

Best place ever!

My brother and I stayed here the 2nd week of October and all I can say is WOW! This is a very good location on the beach and the hosts were excellent at answering any questions right away. I love the decor, especially the sea glass back splash. Everything was perfect and I would definitely go back to this location. Elevators are super fast too! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great Condo with a Great Location

The location of this condo is perfect. You can view the sunset from the balcony. The unit was very clean & updated. Kitchen was well stocked. Susan was a great hostess & replied to my questions within a few minutes. We love vacationing in PCB, & especially love staying at The Dunes & highly recommend this unit!

Better than advertised

My family, including our pup “Maverick”, loved everything about this clean, comfortable, well equipped condo. The photos really don’t do it justice. We also loved being on the quiet end of PCB, while also being within walking distance of some great food and entertainment. The complex was clean and easily accessible and features two pools and a tiki bar (with delicious drinks). We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay !!!

Our stay was great! Susan was very prompt with returning all emails . I have rented condos for 30 years and never had anyone leave as many toiletry & kitchen items as she did :) Great balcony view with no obstructions . Thank you for sharing your home with us !

Relaxing and perfect sunset view!!

Pros: easy check in, dog friendly, laundry/dishwasher pods available, pickleball courts, 3 pools, & beach chair service!! Condo was super clean upon arrival (vacuum was available for use which was helpful for our long stay)! Comfortable beds/furniture, great showers, and a full kitchen to cook simple meals.Close to shopping and great restaurants. Felt safe. Cons: elevators sometimes slow or needing maintenance, no hooks in either bathroom to hang towels or swimwear. Guest room could use room darkening curtains.

Gorgeous condo!

My family LOVED this condo! We thought it’s location to the beach and access to the pool was fantastic. Not knowing much about the area of PCB I should have done a little more research. The surrounding area didn’t leave a lot for my teens to do. BUT the condo was clean, updated and very comfortable… and the management was fantastic.

Sunset View!

The condo was absolutely perfect! We spent every morning on the lanai drinking coffee and watching the ocean, and we spent every evening on the lanai watching the beautiful sunsets. We found the positioning of the building to be perfect, we didn't get direct sunlight on the lanai (until sunset time) which kept the temps comfortable to sit and watch the ocean all day. The condo is updated, clean and has everything we needed for a pet friendly stay. We will definitely be back for another visit to PCB and hope this place is available. It was perfect!

Loved It!

We come down for bike week with another couple an enjoyed our stay in your condo. For those that are worrying about it smelling like pets, it does not! Most places we have stayed we were not able to sleep well due to uncomfortable beds. My hubby and I slept in the master bedroom and actually got a good nights rest. Awesome view and nice facility. The owner contacted me on our way down let us know the room was ready and also checked on us while we were there. We will definitely stay with her again and would recommend her room to anyone.

Wonderful place to stay.

We stayed at this unit for three weeks. Great location with wonderful heated pools. Had more than wonderful views of the beach and the gorgeous sunsets. Kitchen was fully loaded with all the essentials that you would need. It was pet friendly and are too little fur babies enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the people on the beach. Great location as well. I would recommend staying at this place. If we were to come back we would surely try to get this unit again.

Dunes of Panama building A is situated near everything--and has a breathtaking view. We loved the spacious layout of the condo. The Dunes property is over 1500 ft of beachfront, so there is room to spread out on the beach. Dunes of Panama also has and on-site snack shop, gym, three pools, playground equipment, grills, shade gazebos, and shuffleboard. It's just a great all around property. There are five buildings at Dunes of Panama. The buildings have space between them, so its not like a concrete canyon. Its a beautiful resort complex.
