Renovated Beautiful 2 BR Marco Island Beachfront Condominium

This beautiful Marco Island condo is a 6th floor end unit. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition there is a kitchen, living room, and a balcony with a view of the crescent beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and the condo has free wi-fi. The living room features 2 couches, one of them being a pull-out queen sized bed, a coffee table, and cable tv. There is also an outdoor heated pool with lifeguards on duty. The beach is a short 10 minute walk from the condo. Since the unit is on the 6th floor, you can see beautiful sunsets over the ocean from the balcony. The condo has convenient garage parking and also boat/kayak docks. There is also a fitness center that offers a few treadmills, bikes, free weights, and machines. If you enjoy playing tennis, there are several outdoor tennis courts.

Beautiful beach view

When you walk in you are greeted with a gorgeous view of the nature preserve backed by the Gulf. Very comfortable 2 bedroom condo. This condo is on the 6th floor which is high enough to get a view of the beach/Gulf. Most windows and both sliders have very nice hole free screens which allowed plenty of ocean breeze to blow through. The sleeper sofa matress is 4-5" thick foam which was very comfortable, no metal bar in your back. The management team was very responsive to any inquiries we had. When you walk out towards the beach you can go to the right and explore the nature area or go to the left and enjoy a walk past the the nature area. We would stay here again.

Wonderful vacation!

Our stay at Terrys condo was incredible! Thank you so much Terry for allowing us to stay there! Everything is exactly as it is pictured. Although the pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful it truly is. The check in and out process was simple and quick. The only time we had any problems was towards the end of the trip with the tv. I reached out to Terry and within a few hours maintenance was out and had the issue resolved. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is right there at the condo. From the kitchen to beach chairs and towels, it’s all there ready for use. Yes, it is a bit of a walk to the water, but it’s absolutely worth it. When we weren’t hauling chairs and stuff the walk only took about 8 minutes. We were there for two weeks and already are planning on coming back next year!

Property not as advertised

We booked this property based on the details listed about the property that it sleeps 7. We brought 4 adults and 3 children aged 17, 15, 13. The seventh guest was displaced. We called numerous times to tell them that the condo description was not accurate and our family could not stay here for the week without a bed for the 7th person. They eventually brought an air mattress. There were only a couple of washcloths in the unit and we had to ask for those repeatedly. The guest bed was not properly cleaned as there was sand in the bed when our 20 year old and 16 year old crawled into bed the first night. We had not been to the beach since we got in so late (so it was not from them). There was also standing water over your ankles when taking a shower. They did send a repair man the next day and they did fix this. The rental agent told us we could not move because there were no other units available. He then told us to leave and get another place. He also told us that we should have booked directly instead of though a partner site…..he said this was not his problem. We then called the owner and he apologized for misrepresenting the condo. He told us that he would make financial compensation for our inconvenience but we have never received anything and it had been nearly a month since we were there. He also changed the description after we complained that it sleeps 6 instead of the original 7. We have a picture of the original reservation listing and it says “sleeps seven”. We were very disappointed with our stay. I would not recommend this agency or unit! We have been to Marco Island five times and have even stayed in this building several times and have never had an issue like this before.

We did not like that it was half a mile walk to get to the beach. The pool had a monitor that was super strict. No music (even softly played) no food no jumping in pool for kids..etc. We got daily text reminding us to close the blinds by 9 pm and about Marco Island noise ordinance. Upon checking out they expect you to wash all the laundry before you leave. I did 2 loads of towels 4 days into our trip and it cost me $10. We are very clean people but I didn’t go on vacation to do loads and loads of laundry. It’s a nice condo but we won’t be going back there.

A perfect condo!

This condo and views are just as spectacular as the pictures! The modern kitchen has everything we needed for cooking! The fact that the owner even provides beach chairs, cart, coolers, umbrella, toys, etc. was an added feature we never experienced anywhere else! Terry (the owner) is wonderful and was easy to reach if we had any questions! We would highly recommend staying here to anyone who is searching!

Nice view - distant waters edge

Nice view, 10 minute walk to waters edge. Beach is quite full of shells, recommend beach shoes Expect to buy all the necessary items. Rented 9 days but only soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, TP, garbage bags, paper towels for a weekend. Otherwise good time :-)

Great location on Marco Island

This is an excellent property. Newly updated with a well equipped kitchen, two nice size bedrooms with king beds and a spacious living and dining room. Wrap around balcony gives a great view of the beach, pool and sunsets. Property is just steps from sand and a short walk to water, Heated pool is well kept. Great value for your money. The Unit is a short drive from shopping, grocery stores, a great restaurants. Ample parking and the area is very safe.

Teleworking from Marco Island

My husband and I teleworked from this unit to ride out the pandemic for several weeks during the winter. Importantly, the wifi was quick and reliable for email, Zoom calls, etc. The location of the property was great for walks north or south on Collier to restaurants or up and down the beach. The views and sunsets from the balcony were wonderful. We enjoyed using the tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and putting green across the street. The kitchen had been nicely remodeled and had everything we needed. The owner was very communicative and responsive. It was our first time to Marco Island - we will be back!

Amazing condo!

This unit is beautiful: new kitchen cabinets, crown molding, delayed closures on doors/drawers, spacious counters and soft coastal colored walls. The large deck overlooks the pool and has plenty of seating options. Love the unit....would stay again!

Great location, poor unit

The location was excellent. The unit was dated and not clean (including furniture) Mold in the bathrooms. Very disappointing since we paid for cleaning. Unit could use a good painting. Would not recommend this unit.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time vacationing here and the condo was very nice. As others have said it's a little out dated but very clean. The location and view were magnificent! It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but it wasn't bad and we didn't mind it at all. The beach was great for gathering shells, get up early though cause the beach goers begin collecting at the crack of dawn. The shells were beautiful! There was construction going on while we were there, but nothing bad enough to result in ruining our stay, and it was really only kind of bad 2 of the 7 days we were there. I would most definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you for opening your home to us so we could escape the cold for a week.

Beautiful stay in Marco Island

We stayed here mid December /18 for a week. Beautiful property, immaculate! The grounds are beautiful , everything from key pick up to drop off was very well organized and communicated. The condo is very spacious, everything you would ever need is there. Gorgeous view of the pool, ocean and sunsets are breathtaking. Very conveniently located close to great breakfast and dinner spots. We have a perfect vacation and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at the South Seas. This is the second time we have stayed at this property.

A wonderful and relaxing stay. The property is well kept and private. There are many units, but you do not feel crowded. The pool is very clean. I appreciate that a pool attendant is there for most of the day. This ensures all guests follow the pool's rules. The walk to the beach is long but well worth it!

Another wonderful family vacation

We had a fantastic time staying at Marco. There were 20 of us in 4 condos. Some of my favorite restaurants are Crazy Flamingo, Speakeasy, Sandbar and Hoots. If you are looking for a place to stay rent this condo. It has everything you need.
