Surf Master 204 is a two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo located 1.2 miles north of Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave, as well as an oceanfront balcony, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Three TVs (cable), DVD player, telephone, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two queen-sized beds, plus a sofa bed. Common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, two parking passes, (some covered) seven-foot clearance. This unit is located in the north building. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.
