Charming villa with private pool near Lloseta, Inca and the wine region of Binissalem:
This cosy Mallorcan home, full of charm and perfect for a peaceful holiday, is located just 650 metres from the picturesque village of Lloseta, a town known for its authentic character, stone houses, renowned theatre and excellent local gastronomy. Very close by is Binissalem, famous for its prestigious wineries and long-standing wine tradition—an ideal area for guests who enjoy wine tastings, vineyard visits and the genuine rural atmosphere of Mallorca.

Just 5 km away lies Inca, one of the most important towns on the island after Palma. With a wide range of services, shops, restaurants and its emblematic weekly market, Inca is a strategic location for those seeking convenience and good connections while still enjoying a peaceful environment.

The central location in Mallorca makes it easy to reach any point on the island: the beautiful beaches of Alcúdia Bay and Pollença Bay are around a 30-minute drive away, including popular destinations such as Cala Sant Vicenç, Port de Pollença, Playa de Muro and Port d’Alcúdia.

The property is distributed over two floors.

The ground floor features a spacious dining room with fireplace, a cosy living area, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch and pool, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with bathtub.

Outside, the villa offers a private and relaxing atmosphere with a fantastic large swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a ping-pong table and a porch perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. A mobile barbecue and several chill-out areas complete the outdoor space, ideal for enjoying Mallorca’s Mediterranean climate. The house and pool area are not overlooked, ensuring total privacy.

The centre of Lloseta is less than a five-minute walk away, offering cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and all essential services. The surroundings are particularly quiet, with only the typical sounds of the Mallorcan countryside in the background.

Great location

We enjoyed the Finka so much. It was well located to see everything on the island. It was also very well supplied; many kitchen items to use, second refrigerator was really helpful for our large family, LOTS of plates and glasses, and we really appreciated the pre-inflated pools floats when we arrived. Pool was beautiful and clean. Owners were responsive and very friendly.

The villa is just gorgeous! Fabulous outside area with fantastic pool area with plenty of shade (needed!), that we rarely left. Teens loved the table tennis and appreciated the excellent WiFi. Really well appointed bedrooms, living room (which we didn’t use) and kitchen. Location is great.. we’re non-car drivers and accessed from Palma Airport by bus and train (less than an hour). Used the train to visit Inca and vineyards. Brilliant holiday.

Wir waren schon das 4te Mal in der Villa Tugores, 2x im Juli/August, 2x im Oktober. Es war immer ganz wunderbar. Die Vermittlungsagentur Planet Villas ist absolut zu empfehlen, die Kommunikation extrem gut. Chary ist super hilfsbereit und Rückmeldungen erhält man immer unverzüglich. Der Eigentümer des Hauses, Toni, ist super freundlich, wenn doch mal was ist, hilft er sofort. Er ist absolut diskret, man merkt ihn kaum, auch wenn er ab und zu mal den Pool reinigen kommt, meist so früh, dass man selbst noch schläft. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, bis auf Hühner und Hunde ist kaum was zu hören. Die Lage in der Inselmitte ist für uns immer klasse, man ist in Alcudia in ca. 30 Minuten, genauso wie in Palma. Für uns die perfekte Lage, um individuell die gesamte Insel immer wieder auf's neue zu erkunden. Das Haus und der Pool ist nicht einsehbar, der Pool ist ganz fantastisch und schön groß. Tolle Sitzgelegenheiten, Außendusche, Tisch-Tennisplatte, die von uns immer genutzt wurde. Im Haus selbst gibt es drei Schlafzimmer, eines unten und zwei in der oberen Etage, Es ist eine schöne spanische Villa, die im Sommer die Kühle im Haus bewahrt. Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind mit hochwertigen Klimageräten ausgestattet, so dass für einen guten Schlaf im Sommer gesorgt werden kann. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht! Im Vorraum zur Küche gibt es noch einen zusätzlichen großen Kühlschrank, in dem man Vorräte lagern kann, wirklich großartig, und für Sportfreunde auch ein Hometrainer :). Es fehlt an nichts. Immer wieder gern! Vielen Dank für die unkomlizierte Betreuung und die damit verbunde tolle Zeit, die wir jedes Mal verleben können.

Wunderbare schöne Finca, mit richtig tollen Pool. Die ganze Anlage sehr sauber, innen wie aussen Vermieter war sehr angenehm, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. An sich ist die Finca sehr ruhig gelegen, man hat jedoch nächtliche Beschallung durch Hunde, Hähne etc, was aber bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum hörbar ist

Die Finca ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Die gesamte Raumaufteilung und Terrassenanlage mit Pool ist sehr schön vorgenommen und relativ leicht zu finden. Die GPS-Daten lotsten mich zwar zu einem Haus, das etwas vor dem eigentlichen Domizil lag, ein perfekter Service von VILLASPLANET machte es uns aber leicht, das Objekt doch zu finden. Wir genossen die Abgelegenheit, auch die Nähe zu INCA war sehr von Vorteil, weil wir nur wenige Fahrminuten zu den Supermercados entfernt waren.

wir haben wiederholt 2 wunderbare, ruhige und erholsame Urlaubstage auf der Finca Son Tugores verbracht. Da wir unseren Urlaub bereits mehrere Male auf der Finca verbracht haben, war bei der Ankunft alles wie gewohnt. Sauberkeit ist hervorragend - Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch daheim an Komfort gewöhnt ist. Der Pool wird mehrere Male in der Woche auf Wassequalität und Sauberkeit geprüft, so dass ein erfrischendes Schwimmvergnügen immer gewährleistet war. Wir freuen uns darauf auf der Finca bald wieder schöne Urlaubstage zu verbringen. Fam. Hagenlocher

Maison agréable, au centre de l’île proche d’une voie rapide donc parfaite pour la visite de l’île.

We loved our stay at Son Tugores. It was a great location, with Lloseta within a 10 minute walk with lots a of interesting bars and restaurants and supermarkets The house is really well appointed with all the amenities you would expect. We spent most of our time outside - the pool area is great, there is plenty of seating and a large table for you eating outside. The owner came to check the pool and was very friendly and gave us advise about the local area. Highly recommended

First of all, the pros.The villa itself is lovely, bigger than it looks with a fantastic pool area. It's set in a very rural location, but only ten minutes walk into Lloseta. It was all very clean and the owner came to check we had everything. He told us he or his daughter would be coming in a few days to check on the pool, which was obviously fine So far so good.However, the two double beds squeaked so much turning over woke us all. We found putting two blankets between the bedframe and mattress helped a bit, but tbh for the amount we were paying I'd expect better.More importantly was the fact on one day we woke up to find a gardener wandering around, no warning given. Another day the farmer was pottering about and on a third day workmen who were replacing fencing were actually using our drive to cut fence wire! All had access to our gates and it meant that we couldn't leave our two teenage girls there alone while we went exploring as they felt too uncomfortable.We did mes

Should be a 5 star, but...

There is LOADS to love about this property. It's clean, in a good state of repair, the aircon in the bedrooms is fantastic, the patio is perfect, the pool is really clean, there aren't many mosquitoes. Furthermore, it's about 200 yards from Lloseta rail station, so you can travel into Palma 4 times per hour for shopping trips. The bakery is 100 yards further, as is a small supermarket. it's an easy drive to Inca for the big supermarkets, which are on this side of town. And beautiful views of the mountains. So why not 5 stars? There are a couple of minor tweaks which would sort this. Firstly, there is almost nothing in the way of kitchen supplies. In most villas, there is salt, pepper, some spices, oil, vinegar, washing up liquid. Even bin bags. But in this one, almost nothing. The owner told us that people don't want these, but I doubt that. Secondly, there isn't aircon downstairs. But a fan would make a great difference on the evenings when the air is still. But this is so close to being 5 stars. We'd definitely rent it again.

The best villa we have rented in all our years of travelling through Europe. Very clean House, well maintained. Lot of privacy and not very far from the quiet beaches of Formentor. Very friendly owner. And the villa is fully equipped also the swimming pool was great and a very silent airco. We had a super stay. The staff of Planet Villas is also very helpfull, they are ready to help for all the questions you may have.

The welcome was warm and genuine all questions were answered and nothing was too trivial to be dealt with. Throughput the stay support was given if needed. The owner obviously is proud of his home and ensures it offers comfort. He should be proud - it is a wonderful home we could share for our stay. Fabulous time was had by everyone. Thank you

Sehr schöne und große ländlich gelegene Finca

Die vorhandenen Bilder sprechen für sich: wunderschöne Finca, für 6 Personen gut geeignet. Sehr sauber, prima Pool, genügend Platz (und Liegen), um sowohl in der Sonne, als auch im Schatten( Veranda, Bäume) zu faulenzen. Die Einrichtung ist nicht luxuriös, aber völlig ausreichend, bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten( z.b. viel zu kleine Kaffeemaschine!) Sehr gute Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen, schlechte Matratzen. Das Haus ist nicht ganz leicht zu finden, man ist aber in wenigen Minuten sowohl in Lloseta, als auch in Inca. Auch Palma und Alcudia sind über die Autobahn in ca. 20 Min. erreichbar. Wer sehr lärmempfindlich ist, sollte allerdings vorsichtig sein, da typische ländliche Geräusche wie Hundegebell oder frühmorgendliches Hahnengekrähe sonst stören könnten. Auch die Flugzeuge sind nicht zu überhören. Wir ( 6 Erwachsene) haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Finca jederzeit empfehlen.
