Hawaii style fully furnished one bedroom condominium with two baths, full kitchen and assigned parking. Our secure building has an elevator, pool, and BBQ for your comfort and enjoyment.

You'll enjoy a home away from home with Hawaiian decor. Private wireless internet, and cable are provided at no additional cost.

Spend 'endless time' watching spinner dolphins, whales, outriggers, SUP paddle boarders, surfers, swimmers, kayaks, para-sailing, cruise ships, and the glass bottom boat tour the bay.
Watch the many parades along Alii Drive, or just chill out listening to the sound of the ocean.

Lounge on our ample teak furniture appointed lanai enjoying the fresh ocean breeze, or take a stroll down Alii drive to enjoy any number of world cuisines including local seafood upscale or down home at one of the many varied restaurants just minutes from your door.

Don't forget about the hundreds of Kona coffee producers that supply our local coffee shops and restaurants. Experience the freshest most unique world renown coffees our island has to offer. The Hawaiian Chocolate company produces chocolate grown here on the island barely 5 miles from your door. Match that with the Vanilla Bean farm in Honokaa and you have gourmet Hawaii style at your fingertips.

The secured entry allows resident only to pool, elevator, BBQ grills, and parking. Furnished with King bed, pullout sofa, Murphy bed, WiFi, privacy blinds, glass top stove and in-unit washer/dryer.

Walk to an event, or walk a few yards and feel the sand between your toes. Watch the body boarders and surfers try their skill on the same waves you'll see and hear from your lanai.

Enjoy easy walking distance access to local events such as the Ironman World Championship, Hawaii International Billfish Tournament, Independence Day parade and fireworks as well as the New Years parade and fireworks. Parades run along Alii Drive directly in front of this condominium.

Visit the open air market and shops just down the end of the block.

Great stay! Great location, nice sized unit. 3 beds, two baths, in-unit laundry, reserved parking, ocean front view, what else do you need? Yes, it was a bit warm when we arrived, but if you open the doors and let the air flow through, it cools off just fine. For sleeping at night, there are ceiling fans and floor fans provided. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thanks!

Wow! The view is amazing!! The location is great as we could walk to shops, restaurants, the beach, and the pier. The condo is comfortable but we spent most of our time either out and about or on the lanai.

The location was excellent! Enjoyed people watching while we were in the condo. So well appointed. W didn't need for anything. The security of the building and close parking was a big bonus. The pool was amazing. We had a friend over for a visit who lives on the Island and she absolutely loved the place. Great time!

Heart of Kona and recommended

Great location. Loved hearing the waves and people watching. Friendly feeling as guests extras were left including sunscreen, spices in kitchen and plenty of dish and laundry soap. There was hardly any toilet paper which must have been an oversight. We were there 15 days. Bed needs replacing. Overall, I loved staying here for the location and free parking which is a huge ripoff in town these days. I recommend.

Enjoyed our 6 week stay!

We have stayed in this unit a number of times over the years. And yes as you can see from the pictures it’s a little dated and could benefit from some updating, but the location is/was great for us. Noticeable this visit was the increased road noise from past visits, mainly from locals with loud vehicles, from both exhaust and extremely loud music. We travel with a sound machine so not a huge issue at night.Jonus the property manager is excellent and very friendly and responsive.Overall we would recommend this unit.

Great location and view

The condo is showing it's age, but is clean and comfortable. Much larger than it appeared in the pictures. The lanai looks down on the beach and is great to watch the sunsets from. The patio doors were difficult to open.The kitchen had everything we needed, but we didn't prepare any meals while there. Even though it didn't have air conditioning, the fans provided kept it cool. If you require a dark room to sleep in, you may find it challenging as exterior lights that are on all night shine in through the beroom window even though there is a shade on window.The location is great. There are lots of restaurants and shops that are in easy walking distance. If you are renting a car, it is close and easy to get on the highway that runs N/S.

Mesmerizing view!

Stayed 6 weeks. The condo was very nice and located in a great area. Lots to do! But the most amazing thing was the view! The lanai is about 100 feet from the ocean. You see the most amazing sunsets!

Fantastic Location

Loved the location, in the heart of Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. Had an issue with the TV and it was corrected right away. Appreciated the attentiveness. Would stay there again. Highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great trip

Great Access to the Queens Race

Location was convenient. Mattresses could be updated. Property Manager entered uninvited unaware that we had checked in. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location! Good communication with property manager

I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness, b/c cleaning service forgot to wash towels from previous renter. This was remedied quickly by property manager. This location is great for all in-town activities, & access to paddleboard/kayak rentals. There is no A/C as stated, but we didn't need it; ceiling fans in every room, & on lanai work great. You are literally across the street from the ocean, & breeze is beautiful. Street below can get a little noisy at times, but I found the sound of the waves drowned out street noise. We slept with lanai doors open (screens secured), every night. Property owner has made several upgrades since our stay just 2 weeks ago. Will definitely return!

Great Location, great view.

The property is as promised. The communication was awesome and the location to the restaurants and shops can't be beat. Then there's the view. It's a great view of the point by the Royal Kona to the left and a tropical view into the bay to the right and an expansive Pacific Ocean right down the middle. The condo has everything you need including a kitchen and laundry facilities that my wife and I didn't use but were grateful it was there if needed. I would like to stay here again next visit to Kona.

Forced to sleep with open slide door the property listing should specify NO a/c. Bed sheets had stains couch was dirty we placed towels in order to sit down front door rug melted in to ground where it has never been moved. Everything very damp in there. Great location but use money you charge us for a deep cleaning. Verbo no help to us we were forced to stay or lose all our money. Never again

Great overall place to stay. Furniture could use a deep clean or replacement but place was clean. Cant beat the location. It was exactly what i was looking for and price was great for location. My only issue i had is that vrbo erased my booking i coyld only receivve messages so only info i had was on search. When messaging iwner to explain he seemed annoyed. I asked for address so i could find condo and he never responded. Again vrbo erased my booking due to an email issue. I was on phone w vrbo 3 times before leaving and could not get issue resolved. I only found condo by looking at booking photos. Again not owners fault vrbo did this, just wish communication was a little better. I did really enjoy the stay

Loved the location, very convenient to restaurants and shops. Safe.The lanai was wonderful for watching the waves and relaxing. The place could have used a good deep cleaning, couch needs cushions replaced.

Wonderful view and location

The apartment is right on the ocean yet on a busy street which can be quite loud at times so I recommend sleeping with ear plugs. Then it's perfectly fine. The kitchen is amazingly stocked and there is all the beach equipment one needs available in one closet and many books too! The cleaning is basic, the vents were dirty and the lint catcher in the dryer was also dirty and full of lint. The washer is quite loud so use only during the day as courtesy for the neighbors. Both washer and dryer work well. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped with towels in all sizes and bed linens/bedding. Great elevator, minimum stairs from parking lot and the designated parking spot is shaded in the afternoon which is great as the sun beats hard on the concrete. I strongly recommend purchasing a sun visor for the car if you are renting one. No need for A.C as there are great ceiling fans and standing fans also the flow of air through is perfect when one opens the front door with a the storm door locked and the sliding doors to the lanai/patio. Great lanai! The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the pier and the King Kamehameha hotel beach that anyone can access for swimming or snorkeling. It's also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, it is so centrally located... We will definitely choose this apartment again when in Kona. We were quite satisfied with our stay of 8 nights. Thank you to the owner for his hospitality!

Love this condo

This is our second year to rent this condo and hope to do it again next year. It is not overly modern but very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the Murphy bed. It is well equipped with all that we needed. Experienced 2 wonderful spinner dolphin shows from the lanai. Had a problem with the lock box but Jonas was very patient and I finally learned the secret of opening it.

Overall good stay

Overall this was a nice place to stay in Kona. Conveniently located to lots of shops and restaurants and also centrally located for checking out things to the North and South of Kona. The only disadvantage of the location is a lot of noise from the main road in front. The unit is spacious and technically has three beds if you want to spread out. My only other mild complaint was the lack of a few basic household items like paper towels and laundry detergent (detergent wouldn’t have been an issue except we were asked to start laundry before checking out).

The condo was not clean when we arrived. There were no paper products when we arrived. The condo is extremely dated and could really use not only updating but also some repairs. There is also no air conditioning which we were unaware of. However, the owner was extremely helpful and came directly to our aid to clean the place. He brought the paper products with him and was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. The location is everything with this property! It’s right in the middle of everything in Kona! The view from the lanai is SPECTACULAR! If I owned this property I would do minor updating and some repairs, including whatever sparks in the breaker box when you run the microwave. I would get rid of the carpet and curtains because it’s too moist inside this condo. The lack of air conditioning wasn’t that much a problem really. The weather was great and we kept the lanai doors open. There was a lovely sea breeze! Overall we had a great time this vacation!

Place with a view

Other than traffic noise, it was nice. Sliding doors heavy to move. We actually spent most of our time on the lanai. We didn’t use the kitchen much and couldn’t work the tv. The pool area is also very nice but we didn’t use it either. We are seniors so it was nice to have an elevator. Pretty much just as advertised. Property manager was very nice and helpful.
