LA CASINA apartment is one of the three apartmentd of IL CASETTINO - Holiday rentals. The apartment comes from the restructuring of the rural outbuildings of the main building, it has been done with care leaving unchanged the characteristics of the original structure, highlighting the architectural value, preserving typical spaces of the rural life of the past, as the manger which became an attractive feature of the living room.

It offers a stay of complete relax and also the possibility to quickly reach the main art cites of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Monteriggioni, Volterra and seaside resorts (Golfo di Baratti, Castiglion della Pescaia, Follonica) and the island of Elba. So nice, so friendly

It's a typical house of the landscape und invites you to feel good. In case of sunny weather a lot trees spend shadow, the nice pool gives the possibility to refresh. Grazia and her husband has given us the feeling to be most welcome.

On the countryside in Tuscany

A great stay in welcoming care of Grazia and Rossano. We had opportunity to enjoy Il cassetino for three weeks in early October. Even if this was late season the pool was kept open for us, which we very much appreciated. The view of the outdoor seating was just amazing -- surrounded by oaks and olivetrees. We enjoyed our steep walks to the little village of Radicondoli with it's small shop, cafe and restaurant. The location is great for daytrips in Tuscany with about one hour drive to Siena, Florence and the sea (San Vincenzo). In all, an excellent stay, thanks to the great hospitality of the hosts Grazia and Rossano. Can we recommend it? -- YES!!!

Een prachtige plek met super lieve eigenaren

We zijn iets meer dan 1,5 week geweest en het was dik genieten! Rossano and Grazia waren heel gastvrij en ook heel attent. Verder was de omgeving heel erg mooi. Het was prima om een stukje te rijden naar een stad want daardoor heb je echt wel de rust als je bij je accommodatie bent. Zeker aan te raden!

Prachtige locatie in de heuvels van Toscane

Als je rust zoekt u in combinatie met natuur, zon en cultuur zit je daar op de juiste plek. Niet zover van Firenze en Siena en prachtige Etruskische stadjes . Het ontvangst ter plaatse is warm en hartelijk.

ein stilvolles toskanisches Haus inmitten herrlicher Natur

Wir reisen als Ehepaar (54 Jahre) seit vielen Jahren in die Toskana. Diesmal nach Radicondoli. Wir erlebten eine dünn besiedelte herrliche Natur. Wir sahen Rehe, Hasen, Füchse, einen Dachs, unzählige Vögel (die wir noch gar nicht kannten). Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus ist typisch toskanisch eingerichtet. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Siena, San Gimignano und Volterra braucht man ca. 1 Stunde. Die Fahrten dorthin bergen bereits viele Fotomotive. Wir haben die Ruhe und das Ambiente so sehr genossen, dass wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Es war eine Freude, dort oben über den Hügeln der Toscana zu wohnen. Einen solchen Blick schon beim ersten Kaffee morgens zu geniessen, ist ein echtes Privileg. Wir waren alle ausserdem total freudig überrascht, dass der Pool schon gefüllt war, auch wenn es zum Baden noch zu kalt war. Aber am Pool in der Sonne liegen - das ging schon sehr gut. Danke an Rossano und Grazia, dass sie so präsent und dennoch diskret für alles gesorgt haben. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen! It was a pleasure to live up there above the hills of Tuscany. To enjoy such a view with your first coffee in the morning is a real privilege. We were all also very happily surprised that the pool was already filled, even though it was still too cold to swim. But lying in the sun by the pool - that went very well. Thanks to Rossano and Grazia for being so present and yet discreet in taking care of everything. We would love to come back again! Era un piacere vivere lassù, sopra le colline della Toscana. Godere di una tale vista con il primo caffè del mattino è un vero privilegio. Siamo stati tutti felicemente sorpresi che la piscina fosse già piena, anche se faceva ancora troppo freddo per nuotare. Ma sdraiarsi al sole accanto alla piscina - è andato molto bene. Grazie a Rossano e Grazia per essere stati così presenti e tuttavia discreti nel prendersi cura di tutto. Ci piacerebbe tornare di nuovo!

Perfekte Unterkunft für den Toskanaurlaub

Unsere vierköpfige Familie hat die 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft von Rossano und Grazia sehr genossen. Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Appartements ist auch für Familen mit Kindern optimal. Siena, Volterra, Massa Marittima, San Gimignano, Parco Fluviale Alta Val D'Elsa und auch Florenz und der Strand Cala Violina sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Vielen Dank an unsere sehr herzlichen Gastgeber Rossano und Grazia - wir haben uns bei Euch sehr wohl gefühlt!

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für den perfekten Toskanaurlaub!

Wir , 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Teenagern und einem Hund, hatten fantastische 2 Wochen in Cassettino bei Rossano und Grazia. Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel Naturschatten, einen sehr schönen immer gepflegten Pool und eine vielfälltige Flora und Fauna. Das Appartement war typisch toskanisch, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu wandern und mit dem Auto hat man auch nicht weit zu den typischen Hotspots der Toskana. Wir danken Rossano und Grazia für Alles, sie waren fantastische Hosts und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Sehr abgelegen und wunderbar

Das Haus ist wirklich fern ab vom Trubel inmitten wunderbarer Natur (40 Autominuten zu größerem Supermarkt). Spektakulärer Terrassenblick! Vogelgesang am Morgen wie im tiefsten Urwald. Garten und Pool sind herrlich. Die Mischbatterie in der Dusche ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die 2 Appartements in dem Haus sind ideal für befreundete Familien. Sehr schöne Woche, Grazie!

July get away from it all

Lovely property and gardens. A real taste of Tuscany. Our hosts were super friendly too. Can’t fault it. My wife and I stayed for a week with our two dogs and they loved it too. Not too far to drive to Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano. The local village Radicondoli is sweet and slow paced. It has a couple of restaurants and a cafe. It also has a small supermarket. About 1.5 km from the property. Would like to go back.

A Rossano e Grazia. Desideriamo spendere due parole sul soggiorno presso la vostra struttura. Prima di ogni cosa vi ringraziamo della vostra ospitalità, cortesia e gentilezza con le quali ci avete accolti. In seguito non possiamo che complimentarci per la cura amorevole che dedicate al vostro "Casettino." Decantare la Toscana e le sue strutture è quasi banale, ciò che è evidetentemente bello resta semplicemente tale, ma nel vostro "Casettino" attraverso le chiacchierate con voi, abbiamo percepito molto di più: passione, amore, rispetto,sincerità ed è questo che ha reso le nostre vacanze diverse. Il "Casettino"ci raccontava di voi e la favola rimarrà sempre nei nostri cuori. Consigliamo a tutti i viaggiatori e a tutti i romantici di farvi visita e di ascoltare nel silenzio della sera ciò che il "Casettino" vuole raccontare. Un affettuoso abbraccio. Grazie di cuore. Siamo veramente felici di aver ospitato Barbara, Salvatore, Benedetta, Pia ed il loro amico a quattro zampe, Mika, un meraviglioso esemplare di pastore tedesco. La loro piacevolissima compagnia già ci manca. Non sono stati solo ospiti, ma compagni presenti, attenti e rispettosi durante tutto il loro soggiorno. Idyllisches Haus im Herzen der Toskana

Man nehme: Traumhafte Lage für Naturliebhaber, Abgeschiedenheit und viel Ruhe - dazu ein tolles renoviertes altes Steinhaus, gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber - fertig ist das Feriendomizil für naturliebende Erholungssuchende. Wir waren 1 Woche zum Wandern in dem Haus. Der Besitzer hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Siena, Florenz und San Giminiano.

Non potevamo trovare un posto migliore

Abbiamo trascorso il ponte del 25 aprile in questa favolosa location e non poteva trovare una soluzione migliore. La casa è immersa nel verde delle colline toscane regalandoci un clima di totale relax e silenzio. La posizione è strategica per visitare le città come Siena, Volterra e San Gimignano. La gentilezza e grandissima ospitalità della Fam. Rossi hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. E' stato davvero un privilegio conoscerli. Non mancheremo di organizzare una seconda vacanza presso di loro. Grazie!

Accueil personnel détendu, cadre reposant dans la campagne entre Sienne et les collines métallifères, gites propres et bien équipés, situé sur un terrain au pied de la colline d'où domine Radicondoli, tout en conservant une vue sur la campagne. Encore merci et bravo à Rossano et Grazia. Tous les parfums et images de votre bel environnement se rappellent à chaque fois que nous utilisons votre huile maison.

"Charmante maison à la ca...

"Charmante maison à la campagne, idéale pour se reposer. Accueil très sympathique par le propriétaire qui loge juste au-dessus et qui fait un très bon vin bio. Vignes et oliviers, commerces à proximité, très belles vues!"
