Villa, Golf And A Pool

Due to association rules we can only accept monthly reservations. The 2300 sq ft luxury villa built as a builders model in 2002 is located in Cedar Hammock, a gated community in Naples Florida. It sits next to the 6th green at the newly renovated (2014) championship Lewis/Azinger Signature golf course.
Located nearby is a beautiful renovated 20,000+ clubhouse complete with health club, pool, Har-Tru lighted tennis courts, bocce ball courts, formal dining and lounge, aqua-driving range and pro shop. Located minutes away is downtown Naples with wonderful restaurants and shopping, and the Gulf of Mexico, beautiful beaches and a pier is nearby. The community has 50% of its land set aside as preserves. There are beautiful lakes, biking, jogging and walking paths everywhere.
With a western exposure, the tastefully decorated home includes everything needed to help you feel at home.
The 2 bedroom home includes the main living area, a kitchen and breakfast area, a dining area and a spacious living room. The den is complete with a desk, chair, and a fold out couch if another bedroom is needed. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and semi-private access to the guest bathroom.
The villa includes a large master bedroom with outside access to the pool and a view of the golf course. The private attached bathroom has a separate bath and tiled shower. A large walk-in closet is also located within the bedroom. The den, living room and master bedroom have smart TV's and dvd players located within the entertainment centers. Internet and landline telephones are also available.
Towels and linens are also provided. The unit includes A/C and an attached 2 car garage.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the appliances and necessities for personal use as well as entertaining. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer with water/ice dispenser, microwave, toaster, blender, and several others.
A dinette nook is located next to the kitchen area with a separate laundry area. The kitchen has a full view to the formal dining area and living area.
An entry on the east side of the house is screened with wicker furniture. The screened lanai and pool are located on the west side of the home where you can relax and enjoy the evening sunset. A newer gas grill, patio furniture, beach chairs and 2 Trek bicycles are available for your use.
