Situated right between downtown St. George and Zion National Park, Coral Springs Resort is an ideal location for anyone wanted to explore southern Utah or wanting a relaxing Vacation. Within minutes, guests can visit Snow Canyon, Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs. After a long day of hiking, climbing, or zip lining, the luxury of Coral Springs will welcome you home to a relaxing pool, in the hot tub or in front of the fire.

For non-hikers, St. George and Cedar City offer Spas, shopping, and one of the renown theater festivals in the country. Golfers discover the incredible scenery of Coral Canyon Golf Course or Sky View, both located less than 10 minutes away; though you need look no further than Coral Spring Resort to find activities that will suit couples or an entire family. The resort has tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools and spas, and work-out facilities. Unit sleep up to 10 people and have oversized master bath suites and raised Jacuzzi tugs and granite countertops.

Great stay

Very pleased. We love staying in these condos. Only thing was windows could have been cleaner when we arrived. There were handprints on sliding doors and some furniture a little dusty. Small things, but they show the care that is being made.

Nice space, great for families

We stayed here while doing a national parks tour for our kids' spring break. The apartment is spacious and lovely. We are a family of 4, but the home could comfortably accommodate two families. Our kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs and we enjoyed having a home base from which to take day trips to Zion and elsewhere. There's a gas station and grocery stores nearby. Each apartment has its own balcony/outdoor space - and although there were other families in the building, the space is designed in a way that each unit still feels very private. I liked that this apartment was on the ground floor and our kids could walk out the gate and down the path to the pool and clubhouse.

This property is in a great location. It needs some attention. The light fixtures and bulbs don’t match. It needs paint. The linens and towels are old. The window treatments are old. The rugs are old and need to be washed.

Pros & Cons

Pros: host replied quickly and courteously. Place clean and beautiful. Beds very comfy with quality sheets pillows and extra cozy blankets. Indoor and outdoor pool great only one unit block over. Two covered parking spaces. They also provided a pack n play and high chair which was awesome. Uncontrollable Cons: wifi/ internet black hole. You had some service in the morning but after 6pm no phone service, no laptop service, and the streaming service was unusable. You can't control the upstairs neighbors but the kitchen chandelier vibrated loudly and pretty easily. Water pressure was awful in both showers. We thought it was maybe because we were using both at the same time but it made no difference. In talking like I didn't wash my hair because I could barely get my skin cleaned off in the dribble that came out. Controllable con: maybe we were the last ones in a long line of visitors but they inadequate stocked items like wash cloths, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and paper towels/napkins. It turned into quite the process to find more that was supposed to be stored in several places. But the host was quick to respond about it so that was good just pretty annoying when we had no extra trash bags etc. Overall a pretty good experience.

Beautiful property excellent location

Fantastic jumping off point for Zion and plenty of other hikes in the area. Very comfortable accommodations. Loved the available indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs and workout facilities. Super convenient for provisioning. Would stay again.

No Sleep.

The condo was wonderful, but the master bedroom's mattress was worse than a super cheap motel, so we got no sleep. Also the first bedroom TV didn't work. Other then those things the place was very nice.

This condo is spacious with great amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis court. It is close to several fantastic, family-friendly hikes. The owners are quick to respond and are willing to help make sure your trip is just what you want. Our only negative was a noisy family upstairs, but this is not the fault of the owners.

House was great! Location was perfect for our family of 4 to do day trips to Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim. I only have two complaints. The washer is very unbalanced. Tried to adjust the feet, but that didn’t work, tried to wedge cardboard under it. That didn’t work either. At times it sounded like it might tip over. The master bathroom shower drain is extremely slow to drain. Other than those to minor things, the house was perfect. Thanks for sharing

Great location for Zion - Great resort amenities - Roomy condo!

My husband and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary hiking in SW Utah. Staying at this lovely condo within the gorgeous Coral Springs Resort completed our trip with an exclamation point! From the start, our experience with the owner was smooth - from booking, parking, check-in/out, everything flowed seamlessly. The very minor things we didn't like, we could easily change (unplugging the glade scents, purchasing Kleenex, needing to clean the patio table) and certainly didn't detract from our enjoyment of our stay. The condo can accommodate a large family and has a very comfortable open, airy layout. The patio is large and birds abound! We grilled delicious steaks on the gas grill. The laundry facilities in the unit were very convenient. After a long day of hiking, we loved soaking in the outdoor Jacuzzi spa and swimming in the refreshing outdoor pool. The weather was so warm & perfect that we didn't need to use the indoor swimming pool. Earlier in the week we had a chance to workout in the Fitness Center which was well appointed. The drive to Zion was approximately 30 minutes; the drive to Bryce Canyon was close to 2.5 hours. Both parks are extraordinary! Snow Canyon State Park ( in St. George) was stunning - and we thoroughly enjoyed the hiking there as well. We'd return in the future!

Beautiful, clean, and fun!

We had an early spring break this year, so we chose this property for its indoor pool, in case the weather didn't cooperate. It was clean, and roomy enough to accommodate our group of 10 - 5 adults and 5 kids. The only drawback was that the grocery store was 10 minutes away, but we only needed it a couple of times, so it wasn't a big deal. We had a great time and will definitely consider staying there again!

We enjoy Southern Utah and all the amazing adventures it has for families as well as couples. Coral Springs is one of the most gorgeous resorts and the amenities are five star. We hope to enjoy this beautiful area for many years to come and create fun and happy memories with our family and children.

St. George is rich in its outdoor activities as well as in the arts. The Tuacahn Amphitheatre is one of the best in the country and in the state. There is a wide range of activities for everyone and this property has a timeless beauty and sophistication unique to the outdoors and red mountains that surround it.

We fell in love with this property because it has a great location to the places we love to visit like Zion National Park and Sand Hollow State Park. We also love to golf at the best courses in Utah and because of the Year Round great weather we can enjoy it 365 days a year.
