The Poppy House, so named for it's golden bricks and bright red roof, has all the convenience, comfort and character you could wish for in a vacation home. The house is located in downtown Kanab, walking distance from restaurants and shops and several local trail heads for hiking. Recently remodeled, the house is equipped with all new paint, flooring, appliances and furnishings.

Upstairs, the house has two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and one with a queen-sized bed, as well as a full-sized bathroom. The living room has a large flat screen television, complete with Apple TV, Netflix and an enhanced speaker system. The clean, spacious kitchen has been newly outfitted with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, including high-quality pots, pans and knives, a coffee maker and tableware for 12 people. The eat-in kitchen has a table that can expand to seat 6.

The downstairs bedroom includes a king-sized bed plus a daybed/trundle with two twin mattresses, and a sitting area with it's own flat screen television, Apple TV and Netflix. The large downstairs bathroom is complete with a shower and jacuzzi tub for soaking after a long hike.

All beds have high quality mattresses, linens and pillows for your home away comfort. Bathrooms are stocked with travel-sized toiletries, including bath salts for the jacuzzi tub. You'll find everything you need for your morning coffee or tea in the kitchen.

One of the biggest perks of staying at the Poppy House is the large, completely fenced in, grassy backyard. It is suitable for pets, kids, volleyball and other outdoor activities. There is a large, shaded patio with a BBQ and outdoor seating for 4. There is even a 'cattery' should you have a cat sleepover from Best Friends during your stay!

The house is equipped with wi-fi, central heat and A/C, washer and dryer and has possible trailer or RV parking in the back yard.
