A luxurious detached villa with a private pool, large sun terrace and surrounded by a substantial perimeter wall. 50% of the guests staying in the villa have booked a further holiday. The main bedroom is en-suite with bath/shower and contains a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. All beds have pocket sprung mattresses and quality linens. The second bathroom has a large marble tiled walk in shower. Marble floors throughout the villa give a cool and clean feel.

Villa was just as advertised. Clean well appointed and well maintained. Only gripe would be entrance gate to complex. Using a code was fine but it held up people behind us and we saw some cross faces. Fob would be better but prone to being lost. BBQ wasn’t cleaned by last guests but didn’t use. Clara responded really quickly to a small leak and it was fixed within the hour. Great place would definitely go back

Really good villa, spacious, comfy and well equiped

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was really bright and clean and we found everything we needed, the different eating areas, pool and terrace are excellent, especially with the mountain behind. It's a quick and cheap taxi ride into town or to the Marina where the restaurants are excellent, we'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic villa and pool

Had a very relaxing 10 days at the villa La Carabela. Beautifully furnished with everything you need. Extremely quiet and peaceful. We hired a car from AutoReisen, recommended by the Owner. You definitely need a car to get to Playa Blanca where the restaurants are. The weather was lovely and we spent most days by the pool. Had a trip on the ferry to Fuerteventura - definitely worth a day trip. Would highly recommend this villa.

The villa is within a gated community and the location is pleasant and quiet. On arrival we were met by 2 ladies who explained the facilities and answered questions about the local area. The kitchen was a good size and had all the normal appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. There was a separate laundry room. The villa was clean and everything worked, including all the lights - no dud bulbs!. WiFi speed was fast and the television offered a large number of channels (some English language). The pool was a reasonable size and was enjoyed every day. A car is required as there are no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. The weather was excellent during our stay and we had a very pleasurable time.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in Playa Blanca

Schönes Haus mit Pool (nicht einsehbar) in einer ruhigen Anlage, sodass wir gerne drei, vier Tage am Pool verbracht haben. Ankunft und Abreise waren sehr unkompliziert - Vermieter war sehr kulant: durften später als sonst auschecken. Kommen gerne wieder!

Super pour vacances en famille

Villa parfaite pour vacances avec nos deux enfants. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. La villa est spacieuse, bien décorée, fonctionnelle et confortable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et même pour le barbecue. La localisation est idéale, dans une résidence sécurisée à proximité du parc de timanfaya et des belles plages du sud (voiture indispensable cependant) La piscine est très agréable mais bémol, on nous a demandé 15€ par jour pour qu’elle soit chauffée a 28 degrés ce qui n’était pas précise dans l’annonce. Le contact avec la personne qui nous a remis les clés était parfait également, la personne était très flexible quand à nous heures d’arrivée et départ. Bref, un très bon séjour !

Confortable, tranquila, moderna y bien equipada

La villa tiene espacio suficiente para alojar a 4 personas de manera cómoda, los espacios interiores son suficientemente amplios. El equipamiento es muy bueno, la villa y sus alrededores son bonitos y están bien cuidados, y son representativos de la isla. La comunicación con la propiedad fue siempre excelente y fueron en todo momento comprensivos y flexibles, adaptándose a la perfección a nuestras circunstancias. Altamente recomendado!

Schöne Villa

Schöne Villa außerhalb von Playa Blanca. Auto ein muss, da die Villa recht abgelegenen ist. Innenbereichen ok. Außen recht verwohnt. Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt mit sehr sehr viel Chlor. Innenreinigung und Bettwäschen- bzw. Handtuchwechsel gab es leider auch nach anderthalb Wochen nicht. Ansonsten eine ruhige Lage. Wenn der Nachbar nicht gerade stundenlang laute Musik hört. Aber das kann überall passieren. Rundum eine schöne Anlage.

Lovely villa in a quiet safe neighbourhood

Signor Gonzalo was extremely responsive when I was booking this property, answering all my questions promptly and clearly. As we were arriving late he offered that we could even send a shopping list. The lady who met us at the property, Inma, was very helpful and showed us around. I had mentioned to Gonzalo that my Spanish wasn’t great so she brought with her an English speaking companion too. She had done a great job with our shopping list. The small fee for this service was well worth it, as it meant we could just unpack and relax in the heated pool and make a quick dinner instead of having to go out to get groceries for dinner and breakfast. The nearby supermarkets close at 9pm so worth keeping in mind. The day time temp was low to mid 20s (pretty average for Feb) so it was lovely to have heated pool for a small daily fee. We were out and about most days visiting volcanoes, caves, beaches so we enjoyed coming home into a quiet residential area. A car is useful to explore the island anyway.

Nice villa but no morning sun due to the location - beds ok but other seating not very good - also no English television- we thought they had Sky! Bit far from centre so would not be back at this area even though it was quiet & peaceful

Très belle location avec un coté humain exceptionnel

Comme les années précédentes nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une propriété extrêmement agréable à tous points de vue (déco, propreté, agencements, tranquillité, ménage en cours de séjour...). Nous avons apprécié les nouveautés (chauffage de la piscine, téléviseur haut de gamme, machine à café à capsules). Une mention particulière pour l'accueil toujours très sympathique et en particulier à INMA .

Rundum wirklich toll!

Realität entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Hausübergabe am Urlaubsbeginn sowie am Urlaubsende auf die Minute genau. Einweisung in das Haus war ebenfalls ok. Reinigung von Wohnung und Pool wöchentlich.

Belle villa de charme dans un cadre révé

great place to stay

We stayed there for a week which was very memorable. First time to Playa Blanca area, really good with lots of great beaches, cycle paths, volcano scenery and Montana Roja walk on our doorstep. House a bit out from Playa Blanca, we had a hire car but Local shops and restaurants within 10 min walk via a few shortcuts on Calle Irlandais. Villa was luxurious and everything worked, no need to call Gonzalo, pool was a real luxury which we made the most of. Weather was great, what more would u want! Overall, brilliant!

Clean, welcoming, great communication.

The villa was fantastic! Spacious, exceptionally clean, well situated and welcoming. Totally peaceful too! We hardly heard any noise at all! A 10 minute stroll to shops and faro park strip. Perfect for us, a family of 5 with 3 children. Beds were comfy and linens were nice. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed. (Only thing I’d love to see are plastic children plates/bowls) Gonzalo was very responsive and we were met at the villa to be shown the ropes. Again very helpful. I would have loved the pool to be heated but I cannot complain as it was still perfectly okay to swim in just a tad cold at first. The welcome pack of water and wine was a lovely touch too! I would without a doubt return to 35, La Carabela. We had a fabulous stay! Gracias!!!!!
