The Annual snowfall in Steamboat averages over 333 inches and the term 'Champagne Powder' was coined here. Steamboat offers almost 3000 acres of skiable terrain from the beginner to the hardcore. If summer is more to your liking, try mountain biking on some of the of outrageous terrain or kayak the roaring Yampa or fish on one of the many rivers and creeks or just hike around in one of the National Forest trails in the area.

Suzie and Tom and Steamboat Lodging Properties represent a small number of homeowners who wish to share their homes here in Steamboat with guests who want to enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer. Wonderful condo on the slopes!

Beautiful accommodations that left nothing to want. Truly a ski-in/ski-out condo, although you need to work the arms a bit to get to the downhill areas. Only negative was the walk up the hill from the base lodge and restaurants for non-skiers and after hours.

Great condo

Plenty of room for 5 adults. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. The hot tub was a nice perk at the end of the day. A short walk (for snowboarders) or short flat cat walk and you are on the runs down to the gondola. Arriving back to the condo was the same, was able to get within 50-100 yards of the condo before needing to walk…not bad at all. Overall a great value condo for the location.

Great place, great owners

This is the perfect spot for two couples and 2-3 teenagers or kids. The condo was very clean and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality kitchenware. This is a ski-in/out, which is very convenient. You do have to walk or skate around 100 yards to get to the slope, but not a big deal. We had a couple of little maintenance type things come up, as you would expect, and the owners were 100% on top of it. Great experience.

The Perfect Condo for your Ski Getaway!

We could not have been happier with our rental experience. The condo was specious, clean, and incredibly convenient to the slopes. It's a ski-in, ski-out dream with room to park two cars, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and three full baths. You can't beat the location, and the property managers, Suzie and Tom, were the absolute best with their responsiveness and help in preparing us for our Steamboat Springs adventure. We will most definitely be back! 5+-stars across the board!

Fun location!

Great location - close to the slopes! Ski in / ski out was fun...ski in was a bit challenging with the melting snow... Our view into the valley was exceptionally cool. Kids loved the hot tub! Tom and Suzie left great snacks, wine, lotion, and great recommendations for ski rental and restaurants. Really liked the 2 level layout - kids could sleep upstairs while we hung out on the first level.

We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this condo! We have rented from vrbo for many years and these owners were by far the most accommodating we have experienced! The location was fabulous. While we were able to ski right up to the door at the end of the day, there was a very short trek for ‘ski-in’, but I would still consider the location to be ski-in/ski-out (unlike some of the vrbo locations that boast this huge benefit). The garage did not accommodate our full-size pick-up truck but fortunately we were able to find parking just a few extra steps outside the door. The condo was very clean and terrifically stocked! Thanks Tom & Suzie for a fantastic family ski vacation in Steamboat!
