10 bedrooms 10.5 bathrooms. Handicapped accessible.

This is a gorgeous location to host your large family vacation. You'll enjoy features such as central heat & air, large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including 3 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, and two stoves. The large island can seat 15 in addition to the dining table that seats 10. A large great room with flat screen TV is the perfect place to gather for a family movie on a rainy day. The living room TV and the bedroom TVs are all equipped with YouTubeTV and will let guests access their own streaming services. There is a laundry room on each floor for your convenience. Other features of the home include wireless internet, elevator, ceiling fans, tankless water heater, large sun decks with seating, and private walkway to beach. On the ground level you'll find ample seating, grills, and a full bar with water & refrigeration adjacent to the in ground pool. The pool can be heated in the off season for an additional charge.

On the main level of the home is a street side bedroom with one King bed. This bedroom has access to a bathroom with a tub/shower right across the hall. There is another street side bedroom with two Queen beds and a private bathroom with a handicap shower. Down the hall towards the ocean there is a bedroom with two Queen beds and a private bathroom with a shower. Behind the kitchen there is a bedroom with two sets of Bunk beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower.
Upstairs there are two master bedrooms with one King bed each and private bathrooms. These bedrooms have access out to the oceanfront, fully furnished, covered deck. These bathrooms each have a jetted tub and a shower. Down the hall towards the street there is a bedroom with one Queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Across the hall from that there is a bedroom with two King beds and a set of Bunk beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. Street side on this level there is a bedroom with two Queen beds and a set of Bunk beds and a private bathroom with a handicap shower. The last bedroom is also street side with two Queen beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Departure cleaning provided upon checkout. No smoking. No pets. Accommodates 36.

Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors.

Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided.

Fabulous beach house for a large group

We celebrated my motherā€™s 80th birthday at the Pineapple Beach Club. The place is fantastic! We set up tables by the pool and had dinner there twice-magical! Kitchen is very well stocked and wonderful for a crowd. So many nice details about the home

Beautiful House and Location

We had an amazing stay at the Pineapple Beach Club. There were a few things that weren't quite right when we arrived (it seemed like the house was not all the way ready for the season), but it was super easy to communicate to the hosts and they took care of everything as quickly as possible. This house was great for our huge family and was the perfect place to enjoy a week at Ocean Isle Beach

Perfect House For A Crowd

We rented the house for a family reunion and loved it. First time at OIB. The house has plenty of room, beautiful views from both levels, and a short walk to the pier area for ice cream and putt putt golf. The kitchen is stocked with any appliances you might need. We would definitely rent it again!

Perfect family reunion get together

This house has it all, each bedroom has its own bath, lots of social gathering areas for conversation and connection as well as peaceful walks along the beach just out your door. The kitchen has double everything, double refrigerators double stove double sinks you name it fabulous place to gather in the kitchen and connect and cook as a family

Annual Family vacation

Check in and communication was great. This is an annual gathering of 3 siblings and families. Group is 12 - 25. This year we had 13 so the house was MORE than enough.

Great beach house

The house was very lovely- lots of space including a very substantial deck and a nice shaded pool. Refrigerators were everywhere. Appreciated all of the outdoor furniture and games/puzzles. Kitchen could have used more utensils and some plastic kids sets (plates, cups, silverware). Our family ate all our meals on deck - beautiful sunsets every evening and lots of ocean breezes

3 generations - Family vacation

Overall it was a great property! The owners were very responsive to issues. It is a very busy area on the beach with public access beside the property. We had other people setting up large groups of chairs at the base of our steps. lots of foot traffic. The house was awesome but could use some TLC.

It was amazing!

The house and location were perfect. We had 11 adults and 10 children ranging from 2 to 19 and great grandma who does not share her age. I have to give kudos to maintenance. Whenever we called - whether because the fire pit was out of gas or one of the stove tops was acting up - Nick, the maintenance man, was there in 5 minutes. And when we asked him to take a family picture for us he graciously took about 30 on his own phone and emailed them to me.. Nick deserves a bonus! I have rented thru vrbo for years. It has always been a good experience but the maintenance- minimal though it was - was amazing .

Prefer the less crowded days that are not holidays

First trip to OIB. The Memorial Day week-end produced crowds that happily for us were gone by Tuesday. Our location was perfect as was the weather. The kitchen had doubles of everything and easily accomodated all 20 of us. The view could not have been better. The elevator was sketchy, even after a service call, and one of the dishwashers quit working, but service was surprisingly prompt even on the holiday week-end. The decks and swimming pool/surrounding area were very nice. We really appreciated the 10 bedrooms with 10.5 bathrooms. It is time to replace the two gas grills and stairway carpets. More hangars in closets and blow dryers in bathrooms would also be a nice improvement.

July 4th at The Pineapple

The property was in a good location, but was directly beside a public access. We quickly discovered that we needed to have our chairs staked out before 7AM! This was our first visit to OIB and was surprised at how short the beach is compared to other beaches in NC and SC. It was also very crowded. Unfortunately the elevator was not working which was a bummer. The rooms were as advertised and we used all of them! There were not closets in some of the rooms. The living and eating area was perfect. Many seating options throughout. We loved the seating areas on the decks and poolside. Pool was rather small. We encountered some problems when we arrived: there was a leak from the HVAC on the top floor and we were without AC for a couple of days and it was very humid - the management company did have it fixed after a couple of days; there is not a pantry or empty shelving/cabinets for placing non-perishable foods - we ended up putting on floor or on the side table near the kitchen which wasn't ideal with toddlers; there were some appliance issues but the repair guys were very responsive, nice and quick; the pool was not cleaned before we arrived and, since it is next to the public access a great deal of mulch would be kicked up into the pool; the towels provided were very thin and small; there were some other minor issues but the management company was very responsive! We would recommend the home if you don't mind a crowded beach and small pool.

Would stay here again

Great house for our group ranging from 1-84 years. Kitchen with 3 refrigerators and a heavy duty ice maker was a game changer. We cooked in every night and the kitchen and dining areas easily accommodated our group of 13 adults and 6 children. We had a couple minor mechanical issues and all were tended to promptly. LOVE that there are outdoor safety gates preventing our little ones from "escaping". The pool under the deck is really great- it's shaded and a good option for super hot days. The house was clean, but I gave a 4 rating above because the sofas in the living room were stained. One, with a slipcover was pretty ratty. BUT all in all a great trip and would book again. One last thing- the house is next to a busy public access to the beach. Get out there early and stake your spot! That being said, it was easy to have a nice area just steps from the house to relax on the beach. Also, bring umbrellas as pop-up cabanas are a no-go at OIB

Exceeded Our Expectations

Absolutely loved this property! Perfect for the group of women I brought with me. Linda with McClure Realty was incredibly amazing both before and during our stay. The home is new, clean, spacious, amazing views, I just can't say enough about it! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy this beautiful home!

Beautiful place!

The house i0s beautiful, clean, and very well supplied from kitchen items to lots of beach towels. The upper and lower decks overlooked the ocean and clean, white sandy beaches. There are 2 showers on the walkway to the beach and a covered pool where we could escape from the sun. Definitely a 5 star experience!

The property is beautiful and has plenty of room for large groups. The kitchen area is so spacious. And the outdoor area has multiple options for gathering and relaxing. Great place!!

Super nice, well-furnished beach house

Overall, this property is great. We spent a long weekend in December at the Pineapple Beach Club and had a fantastic time. The house is large enough to handle more than 20 adults and 10 kids. The heated pool was extra nice and the kitchen is great too.
