This privately owned, beautifully decorated condo will sweep your heart away with the first view of the aqua blue green waters of the Caribbean directly off the full size living room. Our one level condo has 3 full size bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with 2 queens, each with a full size bathroom with a walk in shower. Enjoy the large full size kitchen with a dining room that seats 8 or enjoy your meals on the 25 ft. terrace with tables and chairs. Perfect for outdoor dining that overlooks the Caribbean beach and ocean. The Living room features a large Smart TV. Wine refrigerator, fully air-conditioned, daily maid service optional for a fee, bi-lingual property manager available at all times that will help with all your vacation needs as well as help you with contacts in case of any emergency. Come, enjoy and relax with peace of mind that our 26 years experience in Cancun will help make your vacation a trip to remember.

This place sits right on the beach and the view is absolutely spectacular. One could just sit in the balcony and marvel at the beach the whole day.Host Miriam is super responsive and very helpful. We had chefs come to the place and cook sumptuous local meals for us, thanks to Miriam's suggestion.If I had one remote complaint, it would be the water shower pressure, but that is minor. Overall, this place is hard to beat.

Gorgeous place right on the beach with beautiful sunrises! 3 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom was fantastic. Miriam is a brilliant host, so responsive and kind.

Exactly what we were looking for and more!! Our family of 5 had the most relaxing vacation in this perfect condo. The location is amazing: right on the beach with private beach access, outdoor shower to wash off, boogie boards, beach chairs, huge deck with lots of deck furniture, and the pool is great too. The condo is very clean and spacious, and we appreciated every bedroom having private bathrooms with plenty of towels. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Miriam is fantastic and responded quickly to any question we had. We felt completely at home here and are planning on returning. We loved our stay!

Location and host were amazing. The apartment was nice but not great. Water heater broke while we were there which should’ve been preventable because it’s obviously very old and needs replaced, but the host was super responsive and had it fixed the same day. The apartment could also use some extra blankets and pillows. The pillows were the firmest I’ve ever seen. Overall, I’d say it’s a 3 star condo with a 5 star location and a 5 star host. Would book again.

This property was amazing for our family vacation. Perfect size and all the amenities. Filtered water is a huge plus. Private access to the beach was also fantastic. It is farther from a larger grocery store, but it is an easy uber ride. we also liked that is was not in the 'party zone' it was very peaceful. Miriam was very great to work with. She was timely with her communication and was very helpful with all of our questions. Highly recommend!!!

Great condo on the beach

The property was as shown, and made our stay with a family of 7 a great vacation. We loved the view, private access to the beach, outdoor shower, boogie boards, and ease of transportation. We booked a lot of excursions and enjoyed pickup right at the security gate.

Loved the Place, Melinda and Lynette were awesome!

Was the perfect location for us, something for everyone, take short bus or cab ride to party, restaurant zone, also great places you can walk to and in the property...beach is not crowded and soo nice to just walk down to...short walk to rent wave runners and get a beach massage...will look to stay here every time I come to Cancun....

family vacation

The location of this condo is wonderful, not far from the airport, a calm, peaceful part of the beach. The furniture was all clean and comfortable. We LOVED that filtered water was provided both for drinking and the ice maker. We appreciated how helpful and agreeable Miriam was!!!

We had a wonderful week at this Condo. Miriam is amazing! Super responsive and very helpful and professional. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. We loved the beachfront terrace. Watched the sunrise every morning.

This place is convenient to airport, to restaurants and to shopping. It is right on the beach and there is a very nice pool AND a very nice restaurant overlooking the pool/beach.The owners have provided everything: things often overlooked like salt, pepper, shampoo, fresh wrapped bars of soap, trash bags, napkins, some coffee and tea, filtered water beach towels . . . you name it, it is there.Mirriam is perfect. She met us there, she responds to emails instantly, and is extremely welcoming and helpful.We had a great five days and would certainly consider returning.We all highly recommend!

Best spot on the beach!

Wonderful from arrival to departure! Miriam is a five star host with perfect English! She helps with all your requests and is so personable. Love meeting all the neighbors, who are regulars. My family will return to this beautifully decorated, clean, bug free, villa on the beach front. Hopefully soon!

Amazing.

This charming little condo was right on the beach! Our family of 7 felt right at home here. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, dishes, silverware. There were plenty of towels. The beds were fantastic. We felt very safe the entire time. I definitely recommend this place. The only thing I was saying is it is further down on the Hotel Zone, so we took the bus to get to the super market and any dining.

We had such a wonderful stay! This condo was perfect for all our needs! The views are breathtaking and the private access to the beach was so convenient! Everyone we encountered at this complex was friendly and helpful but Miriam the property manager is a gem!! She was so friendly and helpful and responded to any requests and questions so quickly! We would love to return here anytime and will recommend it to our friends and family! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Yes, Yes, Yes!

Very welcoming and management was fantastic. Everything we needed for a peaceful and restful vacation. The condo was spacious, very clean and we enjoyed the spectacular views of the ocean/beach from the private porch. We enjoyed the pool and walks along the beach. We cooked breakfast daily and searched for a different restaurant nightly with delicious foods and good music. The weather was perfect. We are NY snowbirds, so this may turn out to be our winter vacation spot annually. Great time!

Great place with Beautiful views of the Beach

Our family had a wonderful time in Cancun. This condo in Cancun plaza was Excellent for a family of seven. We plan to come visit Cancun many more times in the future and stay at this condo only. The one person that made our visit so special was Miriam the property manager of our unit. She is so pleasant & helpful !! She is the best !! We will see you back in the summer of 2017. Thanks for a wonderful & fantastic time.

Great condo on the beach

Our family stayed at this condo for a week in March 2017. This place has a great location on the south end of the hotel zone. Staying at a condo right on the ocean with beach access was fantastic. We loved the ocean breezes and large patio to hang out on. If you want to cook meals, this condo all you need, including some basics like oil, vinegar, and assorted left behind by previous guests. We took the bus to the "Selecto" a large grocery store in the hotel zone. We ate out at the 2 restaurants across the street; Joe's 19.5 km restaurant (very casual) and Navios ( fantastic food and views right on the lagoon). Highly recommend this condo in Cancun!.

Cancun Christmas 2023

This condo, location, pool and customer service exceeded all of our expectations! The condo is perfect in every way as and had the wow factor of panoramic views of the ocean, big kitchen and common areas and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The bus comes right in front of the complex. The pool is beautiful right on the beach. Miriam our hostess was outstanding from initial contact to meeting us for check in. She was in close communication and even helped us get groceries. Best hostess ever! Thanks Miriam.

Breathtaking

We had a great time here. Beach access is private down a small set of stairs - simple and easy. Restaurant, bar and pool are a short walk down another private path only available to this condo. Our host was second to none: she had a ton of recommendations for us, from restaurants to transportation to guides for Chichen Itza. Miriam also did some grocery shopping for us beforehand so we were stocked with essentials upon arrival. We had 2 teens, to adults, and a 78 year old mom with us, and it was perfect for all. I can't give this place a high enough rating.
