Property was exactly as pictured and described. Very spacious rental..very accomodating.. had issue with safe upon arrival but got it fixed right away. Overall very nice place had all the requirements of home . Security was ezcellent

We had a fantastic stay at Las Cúpulas! The townhouse was spacious, clean, secure, and in a great location with easy access to Playa Ballenas, restaurants, and everything in the Hotel Zone.Host Daniel was outstanding. His communication before and during our stay was excellent, providing detailed information about the condominium, check-in process, and local recommendations that made everything easy.A special thank you to Alexandro at the security gate. He was the first person to greet us every morning, always welcoming us with a smile and a few words of wisdom before we headed out on our daily adventures. He truly made us feel at home.Our group of four couples had an amazing week, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

There is a charge for the use of electricity. However, front door and sliding doors have big gaps where hot air enters and cold air leaves. Which takes away from the use of cold air!The privacy curtains are thick but you loose access to your view. So its either privacy or view and people can see directly into bedroom and house. No sheer curtains or blinds. Bottom floor bedroom smell like mold and laundry room smells like amonia and mold. The use of AC is a necesity. That bathroom shower water pressure is horrible. Starts minimum but decreases a whole lot! Toilet water pressure is bad. Must flush multiple times and hold lever at least like 10seconds for ALL the water to flush. Cups were sticky.Wall downstairs by back door has mold. I would not recommend again. These areas need owner to fix. Decoration is beautiful. Beach proximity is a 5-8mnt walk.If you use this house for your vacation, plan to not use the bottom bedroom. Smell is very strong!

Very close to the beach. House has chairs, umbrellas and towels. Security was on site 24 hours and very friendly. Stores and restaurants close by as well.

We loved staying at Daniel's condo. It was clean, as described, and it had great proximity to the beach and several convenience stores. We also enjoyed the private and neighborhood pool. 10/10 would love to stay again. Thank you, Daniel!

House was as expected - beautiful and plenty of space for our group. Great location and bonus that the house had a pool. Walking distance to beaches and a short walk to many restaurants and the bus stop, which we took to the nightlife area. Host was responsive and condo staff were friendly. Great place!

Yes, the place is part of a gated, well maintained courtyard. The area around the deck and pool felt like a nice little secret garden. We appreciated the roomy and tastefully furnished main floor and the nice balconies overlooking the courtyard. With four bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, it allowed us to share the place with our daughter and husband.

I cannot say enough good things about Daniel the host and his beautiful house in Cancun. He was always available to answer any questions we had and the house is exactly as described, plus the amazing beach is at the most 40 steps from the front door and there was no issue feeling safe in Cancun as the house is in a gated community with Security always on duty.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need to have a great stay in Cancun! Check in was very easy, security staff were helpful, and the host Daniel was very responsive and accommodating. There was even a water dispenser with two bottled water jugs provided, which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this lovely place!

We had a great stay ! The place was spacious , clean, and equipped. The location is perfect to get to different attractions. Convenient store and a great taco place in walking distant. Very safe with 24 hour security. Beach access available but a decent walk.

Place was great for a large family! The beach and nice restaurants were about a 5 minute walk as well as a corner store/pharmacy and a massage place. A huge supermarket was a 3 uber ride away. It had everything we needed to cook. The stairs are steep/narrow, so limited mobility people might have trouble. But the main floor has a room with 2 beds that worked perfectly for our parents.

The staircase is standard, and of course it may not be suitable for someone with reduced mobility; however, as you correctly mentioned, the main level has a complete bedroom with its own private bathroom. This is also the main area of the house, where the living room, dining area, kitchen, and terraces with BBQ are located. I’m very happy to know that you had a great time. Great location

The house was perfect for our large extended family of 12. The location was perfect as we were feet away from a pharmacy, a minute away from the each, a few minutes walk to the bus, as well as a few restaurants within walking distance.
