ONLY two units with a private patio and grass yard...and we own both of them. The grass area and patio immediately in front of your unit is for your exclusive use.
Directly overlooking the beach and ocean, beside the pool and steps to the beach. Forget your sunscreen or towel? Just steps to your unit. The MOST convenient location in the building.
Completely renovated including total replacement of plumbing and electrical.. Low grade marble floors and bathroom have been removed and replaced with beautiful ceramic tile and granite. Everything is freshly painted including the furniture
Small kitchenette with granite counter suitable for small meals and snacks, 3/4 size fridge, microwave, toaster/convection oven, Pyrex bakeware, mixing bowls, Corelle dishes, bar ware, cutlery, coffeemaker, cutting boards and many other essentials to make your stay enjoyable. Dish soap and towels provided.
The bathroom has a tiled shower with a seat, and hand held shower. The counter is gorgeous black granite with large iridescent Aqua and pale yellow flakes. Storage cupboards under counter, huge mirror. Bath, hand towels and face cloths provided as well as bath mat, soap and hair dryer.
There are two double pillow top beds and pillows with sealed mattress and pillow covers that protect from allergens, pollen, bedbugs, and bacteria. All bedding and quilts provided. Windows have HunterDouglas blackout roller blinds for those wishing to sleep late. There is a large closet with shelves and plenty of space to hang clothing.
Ceiling fan, air conditioner, 32" flat screen TV with cable. Dining table comfortably seats 2 (can accommodate 4). Two outdoor chairs are provided.
The door has a coded entry so no worries about carrying keys.
This is a very quiet unit that is shielded from noise. All you hear are the waves rolling in to the beach and the fountain right outside the door.
An exit cleaning and laundry is provided with your stay. Additional cleaning and bed linens changes are available for a small fee. See your property manager for details.
This is a SMOKE FREE unit. NO SMOKING allowed in the room or outside on the patio and yard. If you are a smoker, do not rent here.

The room was perfect for us! Has all the necessities. Fridge, sink, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, utensils, etc. It has a private grass yard right outside the rear door. It is only a few steps from the beach or the pool. Bus service runs constantly for only 15 pesos per ride. Lots to do nearby. Geoff and Shelia were great hosts! They were always concerned with our comfort and enjoyment. They took us to lunch one day and they even gave us a ride to the airport after our stay. I highly recommend this!

This depends on what your expectations are. On the plus side you are literally on the beach, and can fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing.Ā  Steps away is a decent pool.Ā It is at a quiet end of the hotel zone. The owners and great manager Carmen were very responsive when there were a couple problems. The property overall had its best days decades ago. Ā The room is very basic. It is a hotel room and the kitchenette isnā€™t much of one. Thereā€™s a fridge, a hot plate, a microwave, and an old toaster. Thereā€™s a light smattering of miscellaneous dishes and cups and the table has seating for two, not four. But itā€™s not really a place you can cook for yourself and the property has one serviceable restaurant ā€” all the other food options are 10 to 30 minutes drive away. There were consistent issues with the wi-fi. The outside lawn is a big plus, important to note that you share it with the owners who live next-door, you have a common wall with them, which includes a large frosted glass window covered by a blind. If you are OK with basic accommodations with a stunning view, this can work for you.

Itā€™s a fairly small unit, but the private lawn and view make it very cozy. Convenient store in the complex and another across the street. Plenty of restaurants a short drive from the complex.

Wonderful stay

Can't wait to return to this location. Property is top notch as the beach and pool are right out your door. Geoff and Shelia extremely great host as they welcome you to their property and willing help you with whatever you need. We loved the restaurant on-site. Also, loved the mini mart as it had everything you could need. You would not need to leave this property if you did not want to. We look forward to returning!

Fantastic Retreat

Overall stay was fantastic. Geoff and Sheila were incredibly hospitable. Enjoyed their company as well as their friends Tom and Sherry. The views were phenomenal! Pool area is clean. The on-site restaurant was delicious. Itā€™s quiet and away from all the hustle/bustle/party areas but just a short ride via bus (12 pesos per way) if you care to explore those high traffic/touristy areas. Weā€™re looking forward to staying again!

Owners were very helpful and happily made changes to our accommodation dates when our flight was cancelled last minute. Miriam the property manager was very sweet and helpful throughout the entire week stay. Definitely would stay again!

Great location right on the beach!!! Room was very clean and comfortable! Beer and filtered water were waiting for us upon arrival! Pool and restaurant were top notch and very reasonable!!! Margaritas were great too with fresh lime!!! Great value and quality!!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Very nice pool as well. Kid-friendly and safe. If you are lucky enough to also meet the owners, bonus. Very good people. Highly recommended.

Beautiful five days.. Geoff and Sheila were great. Private area, Stones Throw to the beach, pool and restaurant. I wish we didnā€™t have to leave:) we will definitely be back.

Fantastic beach getaway!

Geoff and Sheila were great hosts and made sure our stay was extremely comfortable. The unit is overlooks the beach and is steps away from the pool with a private patio and small grass yard. The pictures don't do it justice. I can't recommend this place enough!

awesome - has it all, beach , location and pool

very nice place to stay - a simple small complex not too busy. steps from the pool and beach. there is a bar and grill on site so that makes it nice for a quick meal. and couple more places to eat across the street. the owners were home and live next door so they gave us ideas on what to do and where to go, since it was our first trip to cancun. and offered us a cold and much needed beer when we got there. wifi works great we just used the disney app and airplay for movies. definitely worth it.

Right on the beach.

The property is right on the beach. The pool is really close. You wake up to the beautiful sunrise everyday and fall asleep to the sound of the waves each night. It was a wonderful experience.

My husband and I purchased this property as a retirement home to live in six months of the year. We are now both retired. This room was for our children and relatives to stay in when they came to visit. Being as they are so busy now with work and families, we have decided to rent it when they are not here. We went all out on the renovation completely replacing all the plumbing and electrical to Canadian/US standards. New flooring, kitchenette, bathroom, ceiling fan etc. The private patio and yard a wonderful plus.
