Stay close to home with access to the on-site pool and a private fishing pier for a relaxing retreat. Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony overlooking the pool! Kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances and has everything you will need to cook a delicious meal. Located close to the business area & Isle of Palms County Park; you are walking distance to restaurants, shops, fishing pier & laundry facility (located across the street).

We had a wonderful stay for our son's recentball tournament! The unit was clean upon arrival. It was stocked with extra linens and lots of dishes. There were plenty of supplies left for washing dishes and extra trash bags. The location is perfect!

This was a great place to stay. Loved that is was a block from the beach and and easy walk. It was aslo very easy to get all over the Charleston area from here. The place is a little dated and could use some up grades but had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning and 4 of us could spread out.

Reviewer Comments: We only had three full days on IOP, but this place and Island Realty made it so much better.Easy walk to the beach and local shops (Circle K was a bummer because the polar pop machine was broken).We walked to the butcher shop, fish store, Coconut Joes, the surf shop and other places.Condo was comfortable and quiet.Make sure to get up to watch the sun rise on the beach at least once.If you are Catholic, catch Mass at Stella Maris on neighboring Sullivan's Island.Will definitely be back and use Island Realty!

Comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located.

Good location, across from park, a block’s walk to the beach, and easy access to shopping and the mainland. The building was dated and well worn. The unit was clean and comfortable but no frills. No hair dryer or Kleenex for example. Kitchen-wear were odds and ends, but completely adequate for us. We called the property managers on a few issues and got a rapid response.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved how close this unit is to the beach, literally across the street. We also enjoyed the access to the fishing pier and ability to walk up Ocean Blvd to some great restaurants. Though we didn't use the pool it was nice to have available. The unit itself was adequate. My main concern was that there was no place to put groceries. All the cabinets were full. Also keep in mind that this is a 2nd story unit so you will have to carry everything up and down. Overall, I would stay again. Island Realty is easy to work with too.

Lovely, clean and close

The unit was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook. There was an automatic ice maker which was nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was perfect for our extended weekend. Unit was very clean, bedding comfortable and plenty of towels. Unit overlooked pool and was a very short walk to beach and shops, restaurants.

Over all a good place to stay

This place worked well for my husband, two grandparents, and our teenage son pretty well. It is dated for sure with some funky decor and paint job, but the location is great because you can walk right to the beach, the grocery store, bike rental shop, and coffee shop. It is super conveniently located if you want to pop over to Charleston, Sulivans island, ect.

The location was nice

The location was nice because it was jus across the street to the beach access and park. We have stayed on the island several times at different locations. For the needs of quick access to the beach this was nice. It’s an older building so the noise on the room above was heard even into the late hours of the night. So that was annoying but the walls are thin.

Great Vacation on IOP

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always a good experience with Island Realty. Have been renting with them for many years. This year we brought niece and nephew with us. They had a great time fishing from the pier, sunbathing, going to see the Angel Tree, etc. When we think "beach" we always think IOP. The staff at Island Realty are great. Sent someone to help us with the TV right away. We have stayed at several Oceanside condos. While some of them are more updated than others, they've all been clean and comfortable and just a short walk to the beach, the pier, grocery store, fish house, etc. Plus, the condos have two bathrooms and two bedrooms for accommodating traveling guests. Will always stay here when coming to Isle of Palms.EnDMe

Great location but could use some updating

The beds are not very comfortable and are very small, they definitely got the cheapest beds possible. The shower handles are falling off, the trim is getting kind of moldy; the shower rings are rusty. Just overall needs some money to be put into it. Even updating the faucet fixtures would be a step forward. There weren’t extra paper towels or extra trash bags so we had to buy some. I just think it can be improved. But the location is perfect.

Great location in Isle of Palms

A lot of great things about the property. They had chairs on site to take down to the beach. Pool view, and easy to get to. Beds are a bit stiff and the dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice. It was not a big condo but for myself and my daughter and her best friend it was perfect. It was older than some I’ve stayed in but cleaner than most. It may have not been right on the beach but it was close to everything. When we go back onto Isle of Palms I will for sure be booking with island Realty and staying in the Oceanside condos.
