Villa Kallergi - Nefeli (450 m2) House for 6, west-central Crete

Villa Nefeli is a 450 m² villa with 3 bedrooms extending on 2 floors and 4 levels with the capacity of 6 persons in total.

It has a large outdoor space of 120 m² with a 33 m² swimming pool surrounded by lush vegetation. Next to the pool, guests can enjoy their meal under the refreshing shadow provided by a trellis.

Inside the villa, on the ground floor, there is a main lounge withoak flooring, leather sofas, a wooden dining room and a piano. At the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, range and dishwasher as well as a WC.

In the winter garden with the marble table, guests can enjoy their breakfast with a view to the pool.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with oak flooring and two iron single beds with its own bathroom and toilet. This room has a balcony with a view to the green garden.

At the next level there are two bedrooms, (one two-single-bed room and one double-bed room), and two bathrooms with a toilet. All bedrooms have oak flooring and fairytale beds made of iron with wooden details, with an endless view to the olive groves, the sea and the green garden by the pool.

At the highest level of the villa, guests can sunbathe enjoying the spectacular and clear view to the olive groves and the sea, whereas in the sunset, they will enjoy the barbecue grill located in the same area

Two levels lower, there is a bath with a spacious Jacuzzi.
At the same level, there is a small gym and a ping-pong table.
In a separate area, the following facilities are provided: washing machine, dryer, ironing system & el. iron

Place was perfect and owners were amazing

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we couldn't be more pleased. The hospitality was over the top and the place was incredible. Demetri and his father felt like family helped us on any request or question we had and were always available when needed. We will be back and so will others I have already told about this place.

Lovely modern villa with lots of space over so many levels

We were very impressed with the amount of space and quality of the fittings in a clean modern feeling villa. That was nothing however compared to the friendliness, concern and huge generosity of the family who own the villa. Such wonderful people make you feel so welcome and at home. Thank you so much for a rejuvenating holiday. We highly recommend that you stay here if you're looking for an out of the way relaxing local experience.

A Little Gem

We recently had the pleasure of staying in Villa Nefeli and it was nothing short of amazing. The villa we stayed in was absolutely beautiful—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The picturesque setting made it feel like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The host was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were warm, welcoming, and always available to offer advice or assistance. Their local knowledge really enhanced our experience. The villa was situated in a charming traditional village square, which made the experience even more special. The village had everything we needed close by, including a fantastic bakery, a well-stocked supermarket, and a local butcher. Overall, our stay was an unforgettable experience. The combination of a stunning villa, a wonderful host, and the charm of a traditional Greek village made this holiday one to remember. Feel free better fit your experience!

Villa Nefeli

Our stay at Villa Nefili was great, the host and his family were also brilliant. We were greeted on arrival by the father of the host, who was really helpful and guided us around the property and the facilities. We were also given some home cooked Greek food on arrival, home cooked by the hosts mother (it was delicious!). Communication throughout the stay was to the right level and we were provided with a great briefing pack, giving details on local Tavernas, places of interest, land marks etc etc. On arrival we also received a huge basket of fresh fruit, wine, Raki and essentials, great after a long days travelling. The Villa its self was well equipped, lots of bathrooms, air conditioning and great sized rooms. Swimming pool and outdoor dining area's were brilliant. Games for the kids too, table tennis, board games and even some reading books (in case you forgot your own). The villa was styled traditionally, so a nice homely feel. Thank you to Dimitrios (Host) and his family for a great stay, would highly recommend to others.

Lovely villa in a beautiful setting

The villa is very spacious and airy .the pool is a great size and there are beautiful views from the roof. The welcoming basket of fruit and wine was an excelllent start to the holiday . There are many great local tavernas and the owner was really helpful with suggestions for the area. Would highly recommend the villa. It easily sleeps 8 as it has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms !

Parfait à tout point de vue

Grande maison très agréable et fonctionnelle avec piscine et terrasse, bien située et au calme pour passer des supers soirées. Dimitris et son père nous ont extrêmement bien accueillis, conseillés et de charmantes attentions nous ont même été offertes le jour de notre arrivée. A coup sur nous reviendrons en crête et chez Dimitris

Grote villa in een rustiek dorpje.

Dit betreft een grote villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Gelegen in een rustiek (en rustig) dorpje. Met eigen zwembad. Op korte afstand zijn enkele taverna's waar je lekker en voordelig kunt eten. Dimitros en zijn ouders zijn erg gastvrij en behulpzaam.

Sejour idéal en famille tout confort tranquille superbe

L'accueil très chaleureux de Kostas et Dimitri à notre arrivée les attentions et présents coupe de fruits vin et frigo rempli pour notre déjeuner et l'impression d'être chez soit durant le sejour! Le petit village de Loutra respire la tranquillité la villa est décorée avec goût et chacun a trouvé sa place , 4 chambres, et 5 salles de bain , la piscine après la journée de visites très agréable et les apperots sur le toit terrasse en admirant le coucher de soleil et la vue mer. Kosta nous a joue et interprète des chants crétois et donne des informations sur les visites restaurants, et Dimitri aussi, nous les remercions pour toute leur gentillesse et comptons revenir très prochainement martine et. J louis amandine Sébastien et Vanessa l'hôtesse de l'air, sans oublié Robert et Arlette amitiés à la famille Kallergis

The most amazing villa

Beautiful villa in the heart of a well situated, picture postcard village. Andreas is the perfect host and the villagers are very welcoming. Fantastic pool, lots of comfortable sitting areas inside and out, roof terrace is amazing with great views and basement table tennis room is so much fun. An ideal property for groups of all ages. 10 minutes from the sea easy driving, access to great beaches all along the north coast and the Arkadi monastery up the road is really interesting to visit. Great taverna recommended just up the road and the bakery makes fab feta pasties (ena miela parakalo). This villa is an absolute gem, make your stay as long as you can!

A fantastic villa on the hill of Crete

We spent a week in the villa in 6. the villa is on the hill, near Retymno (10 mins by car) and in a strategic position in order to visit all the main attraction of Crete (e.g. Elafonissi beach is at 2 hours by car, but consider that the island is very big!) the welcome from the owner was perfect! he waited for us at the villa and offered us some local food. the outside of the villa is the most beautiful thing..we spent nice time in the pool and in the table under the gazebo. the rooms (exept the main one) are not very big but everyone has a private bathroom (also small). the air-condition is in every room which is very important!

Pourquoi revient-on en Cr...

Pourquoi revient-on en Crète ? Peut-être tout simplement parce que l'on s'y sent bien. La gentillesse et le sens de l'accueil des Crétois est réputé mais n'est pas surfait. Le mot gentillesse est parfois un peu galvaudé chez nous mais en Crète il retrouve toute la puissance de la dignité et du respect. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette maison si agréable et bien loin de l'atmosphère de lieux beaucoup plus touristiques. Elle est décorée avec goût et les photos que nous voyons sur les murs lui donnent une âme. Kostas nous a accueillies avec une gentillesse touchante. Il sait allier discrétion et bienveillante attention. Athéna nous a réservé quelques succulentes surprises crétoises. Ne pas rater la boulangerie du village qui propose notamment un délicieux pain à la cannelle. La villa Néféli est à recommander sans modération. Catherine - Claudine - Yvette

Séjour villa NEFELI LOUTRA

Quel séjour agréable ! Loin de l'agitation dans un petit village au charme indéniable, une villa superbe agrémentée d'une piscine très agréable. Et que dire de Kostas... Un accueil à la crétoise, une gentillesse à toute épreuve. J'ai eu un désagrément "dentaire" qui a pu être résolu à la vitesse de l'éclair grâce à l'intervention de Kostas que je remercierai jamais assez! A partir de Loutra, il est possible de visiter à la journée tout l'ouest de la crête et les plages du sud. Pour nous qui aimons marcher, pas de problème, l'intérieur montagneux et éventé de la Crête s'est offert à nous. Pour sûr Loutra est un point de départ idéal. Nous espérons pouvoir goûter à nouveau les satisfactions ressenties à la villa Nefeli !

"La villa est magnifique ...

"La villa est magnifique et extrêmement bien équipée. La piscine, les terrasses sont très agréables, la présence du piano est exceptionnelle dans une location. La maison se trouve dans un très joli village, à proximité de la mer, et sa situation rend la visite de la Crète des plus faciles. La famille du propriétaire est extrêmement attentive, prévenante, généreuse et d''une grande disponibilité. Une adresse idéale."

"La villa NEPHELI est idéale pour un séjour entre amis (3 couples) : confort, indépendance et intimité pour chaque couple, convivialité des lieux communs. Le village Loutra est "en dehors de la pression touristique mais à proximité immédiate des services et commodités. Il est bien situé pour profiter sereinement de la moitié ouest de l''île (nord et sud) et pour bénéficier du calme et de l''animation d''un village crétois type de l''intérieur. Quant à l''accueil, il est exceptionnel. La famille K (Athena, Andréas et Costas) doit figurer au livre d''or de l''accueil crétois déjà lui-même digne d''éloges. Costas est un "être d''exception" dont on espère tous pouvoir devenir l''ami. Il nous a fait aimer les crétois et la Crête..."

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une villa magnifique aux bougainvilliers encore tout en fleurs. Villa très spacieuse, très bien située pour visiter la région. Nous avons été accueillis malgré notre retard par Mr K. , un accueil très chaleureux, beaucoup de convivialité et de disponibilité tout au long de notre semaine."

"Grande maison confortabl...

"Grande maison confortable, bien entretenue et conforme à la description. Espace extérieur petit mais intime et agréable (même commentaire pour la piscine). Les voisins d''en face discutent assis devant chez eux à l''heure de l''apéritif et, certains matins, quelques commerçants viennent vendrent leur production (fruits, légumes, poissons) : vous êtes baignés dans une authentique atmosphère crétoise. Mais ce qui aura le plus marqué notre séjour dans cette maison, ce sont l''accueil, la gentillesse et la générosité de la famille K.! En voici 2 exemples. A l''arrivée, problème d''avion : atterrisage à Héraklion vers 2h30 du matin au lieu de 19H. Donc impossibilité de prendre la voiture de Location. Mais Mr K. avait tenu à venir nous chercher pour nous emmener à la maison...après nous avoir invités tous les 4 dans un restaurant de Rethymnon. Au départ, grève des transporteurs d''essence : plus assez de carburant pour rejoindre notre 2de location dans l''extrème ouest de la Crète. Mais Mr K. est venu la veille de notre départ, vers minuit, pour nous offrir 5 litres d''essence prélevés dans son propre véhicule. Nous sommes donc loin, très loin d''une simple relation commerciale. Et ce climat participe grandement à la réussite des vacances. Alors encore merci à toute la famille K. pour ce séjour !"
