**BRAND NEW RENOVATION AND GORGEOUSLY DECORATED**

324 "Powder Haus" is a well-appointed and gorgeously decorated middle unit 2 bedroom and 2 bath.. Powder Haus features a king master with marble vanity en suite. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk, and flat screen smart TV. There is a spacious second bath with extra storage. Unit features a ski closet in the hallway and a special boot closet in the hall of the condo to keep those boots nice and warm in the winter. Brand new quartz finished kitchen with a large refrigerator, dining area, and coffee bar. Kitchen has everything you need to relax, prepare wonderful meals, and enjoy your vacation. The kitchen and dining room lead into a beautiful open living room with electric fireplace, 50 inch smart TV, and a brand new sleeper sectional. Washer and dryer are in the condo and ready for your use. Condo also includes fast high speed internet and cable. Powder Haus sits atop of Sugar Mountain's best ski slope Oma's Meadow. This condo is ski in and ski out. The balcony features wonderful bar stools with bar counter to sit above the clouds, and enjoy the views of skiers, mountain bikers, hikers, and the wonderful mountains. The new clubhouse with an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room is now open for our guests to enjoy. The property also has tennis/pickleball courts and outdoor grilling in nice grassy areas.

My favorite part was how completely stocked the kitchen was! Only complaint was that the coffee maker didn’t work but as soon as I let management know, I was brought a new one right away. My family of four loved our stay!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for ski in / ski out. Parking was easy. Hot water was a challenge for 4 people. Plan accordingly. Heat worked great. Washer/Dryer was a plus. Great view of mountains and Omas run from porch. Overall all the place was clean but dishes and bathrooms could of used some extra cleaning. I would stay here again. No need for contact with management during our visit. They kept the road up to the mountain clear as well as the road within the community.

Beds were comfortable, although don't plan on pulling out the sofa bed - it's terribly uncomfortable (but as a normal sofa to sit on, its great). Condo was quite warm, even though it was freezing outside. We struggled for a bit to figure out how to turn down the heat - think we finally figured it out. Kitchen was good, everything seemed to work. I would stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect!! Step outside and there was a ski lift! We were disappointed in the cookware. Food was caked on them, some pots were so old and beat up they immediately needed to be thrown away. Recliners were stained and there was something caked all over the pillowcase in the master bedroom. For the amount of money we spent for a 4 day weekend, we anticipated it would be better! Thank goodness we brought our own pots/pans and paper plates or we would have had to eat out every meal.

We needed a place last minute and this property was available thankfully !! It was clean , the beds were so comfortable ! Easy parking, nice view.

Clean and nicely appointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was fairly easy to get into as there we only a few steps on the sidewalk and maybe 8 or 10 steps up in the interior stairwell. Paint and furnishings were in good condition. Kitchen had most of what you would need but there was not a chef knife which made salad prep a bid difficult. Cupboards were a little over stuffed making it hard to get things at times. Plates, cups and utensils were plentiful. The porch had a very nice view of distant mountains and the top of the ski slope. Since we stayed off season we did not have neighbors most of the time and we never heard sounds from other units. While the unit is not super modern, it is obvious that most items have been upgraded since it was built. There were no spare trash bags in the unit but the office kindly provided them when we asked. I was fine with the bedding but my wife thought they were a little to firm for her. We felt comfortable in this unit and would stay here again.

We have shared our love for Sugar Mountain with many family members and friends over the years. The staff is very friendly and helpful and remembers me when I call each year to make our reservation. The area is quite and clean and a wonderful place to unwind from the hectic busyness of daily life. There are a variety of things to see and do around the area, something for everyone. Sugar Ski is the perfect location. We love it here.

Another Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Sugar Ski & Country Club last year and decided to stay again this year. Our condo was cozy and comfortable and soooo very convenient for skiing. The ski rentals are right there for even more convenience. I like the fact that we can walk right out of the condo to the slope and start skiing. No, packing all the equipment in the car, driving to the slope, parking, then having to walk a long way carrying all your equipment, or waiting on a bus. You do have to go buy your lift ticket once you get to the bottom of the slopes. When you want to take a break or get lunch you just ride the lift up to your condo. Doesn't get any more convenient than that. The condo itself had 2 bathrooms, everything neccessary to cook and eat in. There was even wood already waiting for us in the fireplace. Additional firewood is sold right there at the office. Everything was clean and well maintained. We loved it! We didn't visit the pool area last time but we did this time. Very nice! The pool was well heated, the hot tub was awesome. All very well maintained. Another great thing about these condos is that they provide a locked closet outside your door to store your equipment in. The staff is very pleasant. Check in is quick and easy. They even give you a goody bag with shampoo, lip balm, lotion, etc. My son left a new pair of glasses there and they kindly mailed them to us, at our expense of course, but we were happy that they helped us get them back. For us, this is where we will continue to choose to stay. It has everything we need and prefer. If I had to find one thing that could make it better, It would be for them to sell lift tickets at the ski rental shop. Other than that, I can't think of anything that could make it any better.
