It is to live above all to the outside, perfect for everyone that wants to cut out him a vacation in absolute relax the clean air of country and the typical Mediterranean stain breathing. The house offers an pleasant inside, furnished with taste and functionality, and an ample space equipped for lunches to the open one with angle barbecue and firewood oven, covered veranda, gazebo with table and chairs. To the inside a furnished living stay and a kitchen in masonry equipped of every comfort, a laundry, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, one bath with shower. The house can give comfortably hospitality to 5 persons, because other the two bedrooms for 4 persons, has a sofa bed in the living room. The outside totally fenced, prepares an ample deprived parking lot and a beauty private swimming pool surrounded by a furnished solarium and decorated garden.

Wonderful house & ground for a great time on Sicily

The property is located outside Floridia in the middle of trees with oranges, lemons etc. So it´s a wonderfully quiet place but with only 5 minutes driving time to Floridia. The house is well equipped with all you need - especially the outdoor part of the house (terrace, pool, garden) is great for relaxing. Andrea is the perfect host: always supportive for the small events that may happen, providing us with wonderful recommendations for restaurants and food, but always keeping the guests´ privacy.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus, der Pool, die Lage und das Grundstück waren genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Das Grundstück ist schön groß, es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn. Der Pool ist wunderbar erfrischend, wurde auch mehrmals gereinigt während unseres Aufenthalts. Es entspricht alles genau der Beschreibung und der Vermieter Andrea war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat uns geholfen oder Tipps gegeben zur Umgebung etc. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen! Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, aber trotzdem hat man alles Wichtige in der Nähe. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Ganz lieben Dank an Andrea für diese wunderbare Zeit bei dir!

Mooi onderhouden huis

Prima accommodatie, we hebben 8 dagen doorgebracht, heerlijk zwembad om na drukke dag even een plons te nemen. Rustige omgeving verstopt tussen de Citroën, sinaasappel olijf, abrikozen bomen. We geven een 9 maar wel enkele min puntjes. De douche is erg klein om je haren in de shampoo te zetten. De WC heeft een plastic bril die niet te gebruiken was heb hem verwijderd tijden verblijf en moesten het heelaas zonder bril doen. Jammer dat de keuken geen warm water voorziening heeft zou handig zijn op af en toe een pannetje af te wassen. Er is wel een vaatwasmachine met blokjes die je mag gebruiken is zeker weer een plus punt. Eveneens de wasmachine ook voorzien van wasmiddel. Kruiden, broodrooster, diverse koffiezet mogelijkheden met clubs aanwezig.kortom we hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid bij Andrea. Aanbeveling waard als je van een relaxte rustige omgeving houd.

Lovely Relaxing Stay

Lovely property in a quiet, peaceful location. Andrea is an excellent host - very friendly, helpful and understanding! Pool, terrace and gardens are excellent. Villa is slightly dated but well equipped and has everything you need. Good location close to Syracuse, Ortigia, Noto and Ragusa.

Wundervolle Villetta

Das Anwesen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Areal ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und gepflegt; hinzu kommt die schöne ruhige Lage inmitten von Zitrusfrüchten. Für tägliche Einkäufe ist Floridia bestens geeignet. Der Südosten von Sicilia bietet mit einem Mietwagen vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Neben kulturellen Erlebnissen (z.B. Siracusa, Raguna, Catania, Modica, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide) sind beeindruckende Wandertouren (z.B. Cavagrande del Cassibile, Necropoli di Pantalica, Tonnara di Vendicari), viele Strände und der Besuch des Etna möglich. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße auch an dieser Stelle an unseren sehr freundlichen Vermieter Andrea. Der Kontakt und die Betreuung vor Ort war bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Martina & Alex

Katastrophales Benehmen des Vermieters

1. Anreisetag: Wir hatten per Whatsapp ausgemacht wann und wo wir uns treffen. Obwohl wir kurz vor Ankunft geschrieben haben, hat uns der Vermieter nochmal über 30 Minuten in der prallen Sonne bei über 30 Grad warten lassen. 2. Der beschriebene Toaster war nicht vorhanden, wurde aber taggleich ersetzt. 3. Trotz das man uns versicherte, dass uns immer Bescheid gegeben würde, wenn jmd. kommt, traf dies nicht zu. Mehrmals kam unerwartet ein Landarbeiter oder der Vater des Vermieters, um irgendwelche Sachen zu erledigen. An sich kein Problem, aber dann sollte man einem Bescheid geben. 4. Der absolute Höhepunkt war aber, nachdem eine Sonnenliege kaputt gegangen ist. Diese war alt und Marode und riss einfach an der Seite beim hineinlegen. Der Vermieter beruhigte uns und versicherte eine neue zu besorgen. Nach ein paar Tagen nachgefragt, wieder die Antwort, dass dieser eine neue besorgen würde. Wir konnten so nur 3 Ligen benutzen, obwohl wir 4 Personen waren. Gerade für die Siesta störend, da eine Person immer in den stickigen Bungalow musste. Nach 7 Tagen dann riss die 2. Liege! Da hier jetzt meine Geduld am Ende war, bat ich den Vermieter eine neue Liege zu organisieren und für die nicht verwendbare eine Rückerstattung von 5,- EUR pro Tag zu leisten. Daraufhin wurde der Vermieter sehr böse und unterstellte uns diese mit Absicht kaputt gemacht zu haben und das er die Beschädigung von unserer Kreditkarte sich wieder holen würde, wenn wir weiterhin so etwas fordern. ABSOLUTES NO GO ! Was können wir dafür, wenn die Liegen alt und marode sind. Bei der ersten Liege hatte er auch gesagt "Don´t worry. After some years they brake." und hat uns beruhigt. Wir konnten absolut nichts dafür, dass diese gerissen sind, haben diese ganz normal verwendet. Sind nicht darauf herumgehüpft oder sonst irgendwas, sondern haben uns ganz normal auf diese Legen wollen. Wir können von Glück reden, dass sich nicht noch jemand verletzt hat. Hier ein Tipp an den Vermieter, wenn ein Kunde reklamiert das die Liege kaputt ist, dann sollte man diese auch innerhalb kurzer Zeit ersetzen und nicht erst nach dem x-ten Mal der Erinnerung! Es ist doch nur nachvollziehbar, dass ich als Kunde dann sauer bin, wenn nach einer Woche immer noch keine Liege da ist und dann nochmal eine Liege kaputt geht. 5. Die Matratzen waren alt und durchgelegen. 6. Insgesamt waren wir 2 von 3 Wochen gerne da, allerdings war die Summe der Mängel zu hoch.

Traumurlaub in tollem Haus

Unser Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war super! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Außenanlage mit dem Pool einfach traumhaft. Durch die Bepflanzung und den immergrünen Rasen hat man das Gefühl, in einer Oase zu leben, auch wegen der Ruhe und Ungestörtheit dort. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir oft auf Strandausflüge verzichtet haben. Strände, aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die tollen Städte Noto und Syracusa sind allerdings gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Andrea ist sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit. Im war immer dran gelegen, dass wir einen perfekten Aufenthalt hatten. Auch hat er tolle Tipps, wenn es um Restaurants oder Ausflugsziele geht. Er spricht gut Englisch, so dass man auch mal ein bisschen plaudern konnte, wenn er nach Ankündigung über WhatsApp kam, um z. B. den Pool zu säubern. Alles in Allem ein echter Traumurlaub. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.

Topplek voor zonnig Sicilië

Met twee weken zeer goed weer, over de 30 graden, hebben we vooral buiten geleefd. De buitenruimte bij dit huis is dan ook perfect, met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt en altijd wel ergens schaduw. Andrea is een uiterst prettige host waarmee je makkelijk contact legt.als je wil en keurig meld wanneer er iemand langskomt voor schoonmaak zwembad e.d. Uitstekende vakantie gehad en zeer goede plek om Zuid-Oost Sicilië te ontdekken.

Fantastische woning

Wat hebben we genoten van een fantastische week in deze woning. We arriveerden in het donker maar wat een verrassing was het uitzicht de volgende ochtend. De woning is precies zoals op de foto's in een typische stijl wat helemaal in de omgeving en het land past. Helemaal achteraf (ongeveer 10 minuten naar het dorp en de supermarkt) en tussen de citroen-, limoen- en olijvenbomen. Vooral de kids hebben genoten van het zwembad! Vooral buiten veel ruimte rondom het zwembad en op het terras, in een soort van buitenkeuken kun je nog BBQ-en. Bovenop de woning is een dakterras waar je kunt genieten van een prachtig uitzicht. Als ik een klein nadeel mag noemen is het de douche in de badkamer, die was behoorlijk klein. Vanuit de woning hebben we verschillende activiteiten ondernomen. Steden bezocht zoals Ragusa en Siracusa, een natuurpark en de Etna. Andrea heeft ons goed opgevangen en is heel vriendelijk en attent. Ook komt hij tijdens het verblijf nog een keer langs om het zwembad te checken. Fantastische ervaring en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Lovely peaceful villa out in the country.

Stayed here for a week and had a very relaxing time. Pool and gardens were excellent. Inside the villa could do with being updated. ie. Air conditioning and bathroom shower. Other than this it's a nice location close to Syracuse, Ortigia and Noto. These are must visit places within 30 minutes of the villa. Andrea was very helpful and gave us some good advice. Thanks.

Empfehlenswert

Zuerst die Mankos-Dusche ist sehr winzig, die Außendusche nichts für Warmduscher. Der Anbau ist keine Sommerküche,sondern nur ein Grillplatz. Aber-wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt.Es fehlt an nichts. Absolute Ruhe,Andrea kündigt sich einen Tag vorher perSMS an, sein Vater ist manchmal auf der Plantage außenrum und zur Aprikosenzeit auch im Hausgrundstück. Unser Urlaub war viel zu kurz und wir kommen wieder.

Great location, excellent

We spent one week with our 3 kids. Andrea is a great host and make everything easy for us. The house is great and well located in the countryside, very quite. The smell of lemon and orange tree (we were in April) was great. The kids love the swimming pool. And there is a nice Golf at 5 minutes from the house. An excellent week. If we had to come back to Sicilia, we will book again the house of Andrea. For sure.

Super Häusle, super Lage, perfektes Sizilien

Wir haben eine super Zeit in Floridia erlebt. Floridia ist nun keine Stadt, die man besucht haben muss, aber die Lage des Häuschens ist perfekt. Strände nicht zu weit, Etna erreichbar, Pool für die Tage ohne Ausflug. Der Besitzer kümmert sich gut, ist immer erreichbar und beruhigt einen, wenn es in der Nähe brennt. Unbedingt folgende Highlights nicht verpassen und zum Nachlesen im Führer: Cava grande (top, top, top), Noto (echt schön), Syrakus Altstadt (gutes Eis), Spiaggia delle correnti (nicht so voll und schön), Etna Gipfeltour (teuer aber bockstark, unbedingt auch hochlaufen, das bringt es, ist unvergesslich), Taormina (besser als gedacht) und Palermo (absolut liebenswert). das ist der Radius, den das Häuschen hergibt, die Strecken sind nicht zu unterschätzen, aber mit Auto gut machbar. Haus und Sizilienecke einfach empfehlenswert. Viel Spaß und viele tolle Eindrücke

Relaxing!

We had a good vacation in this place. The house is in the middle of nowhere, so you have a lot of privacy. But it is only a short drive to Floridia for the supermarket, the bakery and the stores you need. The garden is beautiful and the swimming pool was perfect. The beach beds were very nice too. The only thing I didn't like were all the centipedes every where around. They were also in the house. They don't do any harm, but you can't walk on bare feet. The area is beautiful and we had nice weather and saw lot of beautiful things. Andrea, the owner, was very nice and helpful. If you want a quiet and relaxing place to stay, you have to go to this house.

Fantastic stay at a great place in the middle of the lemon fields

We have just been one week at this wonderful place. Our requirements were, Pool, no neighbors, quietness, nice place. This place lives up to all of it! First of all, the pictures show the house as it is, nothing more nothing less. It’s very Italian, meaning classic interior, nothing too much inside, but all you need for a place to stay. We were only two persons, but the house is equipped for four, and will serve well for four. But it is the living outside you will pursue here. The premises are situated in the middle of a lemon field, and the lemon field is in the middle of many lemon fields, so really remote, fence around the lemon field and a fence around the garden, no one will enter unnoticed by the residents. The garden area is remarkable, everything is so well maintained, palm trees, green grass, flowers blossoming and the pool area is very nice, always sunny, but if you want shadow, just go to the terrace where there is plenty of place for all. There is also a small outdoor kitchen with kitchen table, barbeque and a pizza oven. We tried the pizza oven and the result was worth the struggle with heating it up, but it’s not an easy task to make good pizzas with open fire next to the pizza. The nearby town is Floridia, but we didn’t spend time there, however we went shopping and out for one dinner, it is not the most interesting town we have seen in Italy, but there are many other town in a short driving distance. The owner is very polite, genuine and trustworthy, a nice person who can help you if you need help, or will leave you for yourself if you wish. If we should come with two recommendations it would be an air-condition unit at least in the bed rooms, it was up to 40 degrees while we were there, and the fan in the ceiling did a good job, but it was still very warm at night. The other recommendation would be a softer bed, this is a personal thing but we have noticed that Italian beds are quite hard, and this one is to the harder side of that, again it is personal how you like your bed. Would we come back? Definitely, we came to have the first week of our holiday to completely relax, and this place is just fantastic for that. We didn’t leave the area for any tourist attractions, but continued 12 more days in Sicily, so we were not in a hurry.
