Yours was the first reservation after the winter break that was marked by heavy rains. When preparing the house, there were no malfunctions in the electrical system. An external electrical cable must have gone bad during the winter. We arranged the electrician but this was your reply which I quote from your email: "the owner has been in this morning, no sure he has mentioned for an electrician to attend tomorrow morning if this is the case, can we kindly ask you to cancel this visit, as we have managed until now and we have decided that will be fine until our departure." Hairdryer, not clean toilet and missing plugs had not been mentioned, otherwise we would have resolved everything within a very short time. I only hear about it only now. We are always available 7 days a week to resolve any issues that may arise. For a perfect water the owner takes care of the pool 2-3 times weekly. The owner stopped his periodic pool care when you explicitly asked not to come anymore. It goes without saying, that the pool care can be agreed with the guests upon arrival, in order not to affect guest's privacy.   You didn't want the intervention of an electrician but asked not to pay the electricity costs. But you forgot to mention that you stayed in the house until afternoon for free as your flight was in the evening. Normally, the cost of one day's rent would apply. This is was your last Mail on the departure day: “Thanks very much again for your assistance and letting us stay longer".

Zunächst möchten wir uns für den willkommen Besuch und Freundlichkeit bedanken! Wie die Gäste bereits erwähnen, sind wir Ort immer für Abhilfe erreichbar. Schade das im Zeitalter der unendlichen Konnektivität keine Nachricht bezüglich der nicht ausreichenden Weingläser kam. Diese wären unverzüglich geliefert worden. Die fehlenden Weingläser wurden natürlich zwischenzeitlich integriert. Biergläser waren und sind vorhanden (s. bitte Wandregal in der Küche über der Spülmaschine). Bei der Einrichtung handelt es sich um aus charaktervollem aus Holz gefertigtem und perfekt funktionierendem Mobiliar. Wir hoffen das es nicht immer anonymes, serienhaft in Spannplanten gefertigtes seelenloses Mobiliar eines schwedischen Herstellers sein muss. Für den als störend empfunden Nachbarhahn hätte ebenfalls eine kurze Benachrichtigung ausgereicht um mit dem Nachbarn zu sprechen um für sofortige Abhilfe schaffen zu können. Alle obengenannten Punkte wurden uns während des Aufenthalts nicht mitgeteilt und haben es erst am Abreisetag erfahren. Schade. In der Sommerzeit kann es beim zirka 1 km entfernten öffentlichen Anwesen zu Feierlichkeiten kommen, wo man u.a. auch teilnehmen darf. Regelgerecht dürfte die Musik ab 01.00 Uhr nicht mehr gespielt werden.
