Future Construction Notice

The Ko Olina Resort is planning future expansion with the construction of two new hotels on the parcels of land adjacent to the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.
• Start Date: The exact start date is currently unknown. We will provide an update as soon as it becomes available.
• Construction Hours: Construction activity may occur Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, potentially generating some noise.
• Beach and Lagoon Access: Access to the lagoons and beach will remain unaffected during the construction period.

Upon check-in, you will be greeted by, one of our Aloha Ambassadors who will escort you to our villa. A property orientation will be also be provided.

Spend your days basking in the sun on Ko Olina Beach, just steps from the Palekaiko, or in one of the four lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. For those with an adventurous side, play a round at the 18-hole championship golf course, embark on a whale-watching tour from the marina or see the many sites the island has to offer. The Palekaiko is located just 45 minutes from Honolulu and Waikiki Beach, and 45 minutes from the North Shore.

The Beach Villas Resort is one of 4 beach front resort properties on Ko Olina. You are within walking distance to the Disney Aulani, Marriott Ko Olina Timeshare, and the soon to be Four Seasons Hotel.

If you plan to explore the island, the best way to get around would be by car. We recommend that you rent a car at the airport. We have TWO parking stalls available with the rental of our condo. Of course you can enjoy your entire vacation just at our resort. There are shuttles and limos available at the airport for your convenience.

A rental agreement will be emailed upon reservation. All prices are inclusive of local taxes (18%). One-time $425 cleaning fee applies.
