Located on The Foothills Golf Course in the quiet community of Ahwatukee in Phoenix Az, this custom built 2600 sq ft home with a 3 car garage features a foyer with massive columns, large eat in kitchen w/centre island and tile counters, 3 sided fireplace and soaring ceilings with a skylight. The south facing backyard has a large salt water pool, built in BBQ and an outdoor fireplace. Easy access to golf, shopping, biking and restaurants. (will not heat pool for months of Dec & Jan, extra fee for heated pool remainder of months, must be requested upon booking)

Great pet friendly home!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The home is in a great neighborhood. and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The backyard has comfy furniture by the pool and plenty of sun and shade. We enjoyed the golf course that the home is on and hiking in the nearby foothills. The owner’s communication was prompt.

Christmas Visit

The property was as expected and very clean and easy to get to off the 202 freeway. The only disappointment was the pool was to be covered so that wit would be warmer. It was unusable and therefore I would not rent this house again at that time of year.

Beautiful Ahwatukee Foothills Home

If you need/want to stay in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, this is the place. Beautiful home, spacious, well and beautifully appointed, conveniently located (especially with the Loop 202 now competed) and pet friendly (which was huge for us)! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook your home meals. The backyard grill is nice. Pool would be awesome in the warmer months. Great neighborhood. Owner was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. Very convenient coded locks on the main entrances. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Ahwatukee.

Fantastic stay

We stayed here while relocating from Indiana. It’s right in the golf course in a very quite neighborhood. The property owner is very communicative throughout the stay. The house is close to major highways and you can get to downtown Phoenix within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away for some peace and quite but if wanted can make it to any event in the valley in short time.

Quiet Bliss

Our 3rd year here for an April stay! It’s so quiet and private yet close enough to everything! We enjoy walks through the beautiful blooming neighborhood (in April), golf, Tempe Town Lake boat rentals and that whole Town Lake area.The house is really close to an awesome high-end outlet center and a casino. The home has everything we need to live comfortably, and the pool is the best❣️

Month long vacation

First of all Paula was a great host, helping answer questions prior and during stay. But in all , there weren’t many. The house is as good as advertised. Great house in a great location.

Love It! 2020 and 2021

We stayed here a month last year and again this year. Hoping to make it 3-in-a-row! Of course, the pool is AWESOME, looking out over the golf course. We live evenings on the patio by the fireplace and cooking outside with the grill there. It’s such a nice, quiet neighborhood, but it’s a short trip to fun and games. We knew Scottsdale was cool, but now we’ve discovered downtown Chandler and downtown Gilbert for cool restaurants, cocktails, shopping, TopGolf, real golf, and more. Thanks to our host, Paula, who makes everything good!

Roomy and nice

Great south Phoenix location. Pool was nice, but watch out for those straying golf balls as the home is on the Ahwatukee Foothills golf course.

Paradise for Social Distancing

We LOVED our 5-week stay in March/April! The backyard pool was heated perfectly, and we enjoyed watching the golfers play through. The golf course (officially an “essential service”) was open during the whole quarantine, so that helped us keep our sanity through the pandemic. We enjoyed quiet mornings on the patio and quiet evenings around the outdoor fireplace. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. The owner has done a great job of furnishing the home with everything we needed, and all 3 beds were comfy cozy. We hope to return next spring but without COVID-19.

wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was a terrific space to spread out and relax, and we just loved the neighbourhood-so close to everything, including hiking, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Lovely 3 bedroom home with gorgeous pool area

Overall our experience was quite favorable. We are snowbirds and made this our home for two months. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. I walked daily enjoying the scenery and feeling safe at all times. It is a short drive to shopping, restaurants and other amenities. The house is spacious. We had overnight visitors several times and were very comfortable. We all could be seated around the dining room table which was a plus. The pool and patio area is gorgeous. We spent a lot of time outdoors. We learned quickly to be aware of flying golf balls. The owner was quite responsive to all our inquiries during our stay. The only downside was the furniture in the TV viewing area. We found the two chairs uncomfortable to sit in for the length of time it took to watch a movie. The couch in that area was comfortable, but nearly impossible to get out of for us older folks. I would definitely recommend this home.

Beautiful, spacious, and clean home.

This property is even better than the pictures! It is a large, open home. Very clean. We stayed for ten days and were able to unpack and feel very much at home. It is in a great neighbourhood, beautiful and very quiet. We enjoyed walks in the mornings, and a 20 minute walk will take you to a Safeway, Starbucks and quite a few other handy businesses. It backs onto the gold course so it feels very open. The master bedroom has lots of windows and a door out to the backyard. We stayed over Christmas and had the pool heated. The first few days the outdoor temps stayed around 15 to 20 celsius and the pool was wonderful! After that, Phoenix didn't cooperate and temperatures dropped to 0 celsius and of course the pool was a bit too chilly. Which was too bad because it is a nice sized pool in a great backyard. Lots of patio furniture. There was lots of bedding and towels. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans to use in the kitchen. Great selection of glasses and wine glasses and plastic glasses for outside by the pool. Paula was great to work with and we had no problems. She is very organized. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect for our family!

We stayed at this home for 3 months while we remodeled our home. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed, even comfortable beds which is extremely important to us. Paula was great to work with! We loved the view of the golf course, especially at night during the lightning storms! Paula, thank you for sharing your home with us!

Winter Paradise

We stayed and this beautiful property for 2 months and it was heaven. The house was perfect for our family when they were there all there (10 of us) and our kids / grandkids loved loved the pool. Beautiful neighbourhood, great for walking and close to drive to amenities and shopping. We will definitely go back again. Everyone who stays here, will enjoy this beautiful home.

Away from the snow and cold!!

We enjoyed this beautiful home for half of February, and all of March and April 2016. This home is very well maintained and is accurately represented with the photos on the website. We loved staying at this home, using the outside area - pool, fireplace, and eating area, and walking in the quiet, friendly neighborhood. Staying at the house is carefree - Paula (owner) has pool maintenance personnel visiting each week, landscaping is neatly maintained, and a pest control company visits each month to prevent unwanted visitors! Paula was wonderful with all communication - any questions that we had were addressed immediately and she wanted to ensure we were comfortable and happy with her home - which we certainly were! We would highly recommend this home to other travelers!

Lovely Home!!

It was the perfect home for us to start out in Phoenix. It was beautifully furnished throughout and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool area and the BBQ and spent a lot of time out there. Beautiful Home!

We really enjoyed this home. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious yet so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with everything new and the beds were awesome. Outside we loved the covered patio and built in BBQ which was great for entertaining friends, and the patio furniture was perfect. Though the pool was too cold at this time of year, it added to the relaxed setting overlooking the golf course. We would certainly love to stay there again as its close to everything we enjoy! The owners were also very helpful with any questions we asked!

Great stay!

Paula has the property fully furnished with style. The patio furniture was fantastic to relax and read for the afternoon. The location was exactly what I was looking for. A quiet neighborhood. Great for a walk. Close to shopping and great dinning.
