Beautiful home decorated in a western theme, in a clean and friendly neighborhood. . Located on a large corner lot with a huge back yard filled with palm trees, cactus's, citrus trees humming birds, bunnies and morning quails. ( even some Arizona grass). Patio table seats 6 with over head gazebo lighting. Misters along the back porch, Gas BBQ, propane fire pit and wood burning fire pit with extra chairs, benches and ponchos ( for those chilly nights). Horse shoe pit and cornhole.. "BRAND NEW PRIVATE POOL AND HOT TUB" Dining room seats 8 and breakfast pub seats 2. -+ 4 bar stools. Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including juicer, toaster, blender, crock pot, indoor grill, air fryer, coffee pot and keurig machine. Full size washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a king bed. Master bath has double sinks, separate bath tub & shower and a private toilet with a large walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a queen murphy bed. All mattresses are new and super comfortable... Great stock of extra bedding, bath towels and beach towels for the pool. 2 car garage with an extra full size fridge. We have also included a gas golf cart & 2 mountain bikes (including helmets) for riding around the village. Other misc. items: iron & ironing board, hair dryer, pack and play (baby/toddler bed), high chair. Also included: is a welcoming basket and a case of chilled water... Laundry soap, fabric softener & dryer sheets, dish soap, bar soap, shampoo & conditioner, Paper towels/napkins. Kitchen pantry is full of seasonings, sugar, flour, oil etc.
Also for your peace of mind I have supplied: hand sanitizer, Lysol disinfectant spray and disinfectant wipes.

Arizona paradise

I stayed for two months in this beautiful house, and it was a great experience. The location is ideal, the entire area is new and well maintained with golf courses everywhere. The host was easy to communicate with, responsive, and really thoughtful.

Fabulous long term stay

We booked the property for 4 weeks and loved every moment. The outdoor living space is perfect and being pet friendly makes it incredible. Our dog, Bentley had the best time! Cathy was so generous with a welcome basket that even included a toy for Bentley! Highly recommend this home.

Cathyā€™s home was just perfect for our stay. Everything you could imagine was provided in her home. Outdoor space was great for having Happy Hour and it was just heaven for our small dog. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Cathy for everything.

The property was well stocked and very clean. Loved the backyard with quails, hummingbirds and bunnies. We were able to enjoy the tangerines and limes that were in season. Wished the pool had been heated.

Great Location. Great House. Great Host!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying this property for the holidays. It was truly just the getaway we needed with all the holiday craziness with both our families in the Phoenix area. The neighborhood was perfect for morning walks with our pup and great hiking (Deems Hill) was only 15 min drive away. Not too mention, Cathy was one of the most attentive hosts we have ever experienced. She went out of her way to make sure all aspects of our stay went smoothly. Excited to stay here again on our next visit!

BEAUTIFUL HOME!!! We were very impressed with this vacation home and its location! It was stocked with everything we needed and perfectly decorated !! We even had a gift basket when we arrived that had suntan oil, sunscreen, toothbrushes, toothpaste, coffee and chocolates! But the best was the wine glasses and the bottles of wine!! Western Cozy, Active Backyard, and Supplies Galore!

Stayed for two weeks; The owner was great, responsive, and accommodating. We had ā€œplenty of living suppliesā€ (not all rental homes have) ie for cooking (just needed our main meats, speciality items, and veggies). In addition, lots of cozy sitting and room for relaxation throughout the home! The backyard was so much fun, with pool fountains, horseshoes, and our puppy had plenty of room to run around (large -kept up-entertainment backyard for a family vacation). Location was in a safe and quite community for night walks and shopping was a short drive. Would stay again. ā€œCozyā€

My husband and I just completed a stay at this home in the popular Westbrook area of Peoria, AZ and were so pleased! Cathy, the owner, was one of the nicest and most attentive owners we've had the opportunity to work with in all our years of renting from VRBO! The home was very well stocked with supplies saving us an immediate trip to the grocery store since we were only there a little over a week. Probably the most exciting aspect for me was that the fact the location was so close to where my sister owns a house! I've already booked a return stay if that tells you anything! Great neighbors as well!

Home Away from Home!

We stayed at the Goode home from 10/31/15 through 11/30/2015. It is a very charming home and Cathy went out of her way to make us feel welcome and tend to all of our needs. We loved the patio and large fenced in back yard with fruit trees, cacti and flowering bushes and so did our dog Cricket and our granddaughters when they came over to visit. We enjoyed our family dinners at the table on the patio. This was a place that made us feel at home the moment we walked in the door. Our many thanks to Cathy for all she did for us. Can't wait to go back later this year.

Gus and the Pool

Patty and I brought our Golden Retriever Gus for some fun in the Sun and visit to some family members. This property of Cathy's was perfect. It was clean, huge fully fenced backyard, ideal location and our own backyard pool. The entire process from start until check out there was perfect communication and every request was handled at the highest level. Now for Gus. We were imagined that our 7 year old would run out of the house and dive headlong into the pool with a big smile on his face. In almost our month long stay he walked around the edges, stood and looked at the water and had zero interest in taking a swim. Only once did he stand in about 6" of water on the step for just a minute or two. For the people on this trip, the pool was a huge plus and put our stay over the top. Our thanks to Cathy and we will definitely look to rent this property again.

We feel very lucky to have stayed at Cathyā€™s house.

From the owners description and the reviews written by others who had stayed here ā€“ it was even was better than described. Itā€™s was such a wonderful, welcoming place- itā€™s hard to put into words. The well kept house was comfortable and looked new or recently remodeled. The beautiful backyard had large senora cactuses, palm trees, and orange/lemon trees that were silhouetted every night by the setting sun. The hot tub was strategically placed for star gazing. The first thing we saw was a personalized welcome basket that our generous host Cathy had spent a lot of time on. The house had interesting artwork- and western themed pieces that added a lot to the ambiance. She had outfitted the house with everything imaginable to make our stay as worry free as possible. The neighborhood is a real gem. We were amazed by how quiet it was. We took nightly walks, and saw owls living down the street in some towering pines. When a car did go by, people would wave like we were in a small town. When passing other walkers on the boulevard sidewalks, people were quick to start conversations. It was marvelous being able to work via our laptops from the house or poolside. The patio had a large collection of comfortable patio furniture. When we had questions, our host Cathy was quick to respond by text, and do whatever was necessary to make it work. The house had everything logically organized and contained everything from shampoo to good coffee. We feel very lucky to have stayed at Cathyā€™s house.

Paradise in Arizona

We stayed at the home of Cathy and Ed for a week, April 30- May 7th, 2015. Cathy knows the meaning of hospitality in every form. The home is beautiful, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The patio has an overhang that provides shade even during the heat of the day. We were fortunate to enjoy pleasant mornings, afternoons, and evenings on the patio. The week was particularly meaningful for us as my sister and her husband escorted my 95 year old mother to Peoria via Southwest Airlines in order for my mother to meet her 4 month old great grandson. Our son and his wife became the proud parents of their first child in January this year and my mother was determined to make this trip so she could meet him. The house suited our needs perfectly. The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has every creature comfort you could possibly want in your home away from home. The men were able to enjoy golfing on nearby golf courses. We enjoyed use of the Westbrook community pool every day, which was both walkable or a few minute drive from the house. The large dining room table easily accommodated our family meals when we ate dinners inside. We ate most breakfast and lunches outside on the patio. Since the primary purpose of this trip was for my 95 year old mother to visit her great grandson, we did not take advantage of the close proximity of museums, etc. Cathy checked in with us several times to make sure everything was in order, which it was. The welcome basket, full of goodies, wine, wine glasses, and sun screen products was a special treat. This was an important week that our family enjoyed together. My mother was so happy and she enjoyed the feeling of the warm sun on her back each day that she sat on the patio. We enjoyed the tranquility of the back yard and the sounds of the birds and the wind chimes. We also enjoyed playing darts and ladder ball. (Games available for your fun and entertainment) Thank you so much Cathy and Ed for the use of your beautiful home and for the memories we were able to take home with us that will stay in our hearts forever. Your home is only 5 minutes away from where our son and his family live so we will definitely be back. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!!

Comfortable and Dog Perfect

Cathie was a responsive and attentive owner. This house met all our needs and we appreciated the little green area for our pups. Master bed was very comfortable and overall the home was pretty clean - and I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness. The only "cons" would be that the outside areas could use some updating/ refreshing and the pool is not heated.

Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property for 3 weeks. The owner allowed us to feel right at home. There was such a thoughtful welcome package that we really enjoyed, including our fur baby. The yard was so spacious for us to enjoy time outside. We really enjoyed use of the pool during the warm days. Communication was very thorough and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great price for great property

Had the most amazing stay. Everything was as listed and the owners were off the chain amazing. The stay was so good we purchased a house during our stay.

This house is absolutely fabulous

I stayed at this house for 3 months. The owner, Cathy, is absolutely wonderful! I arrived to a wonderful gift basket and she even surprised me with gifts for my 3 dogs! Cathy has this house equipped with everything. You only have to bring your suitcase. Wonderful pool, hammocks, swing, bikes, golf cart, horseshoes, fruit trees, etc. You name it, this house has it! I stayed here for 3 months while I was going through my cancer treatment and Cathy checked on me throughout my entire stay and was always asking if I needed anything. She is absolutely wonderful! The house is so cozy. Her living room couch is the most cozy couch ever. It is so peaceful in the mornings sitting out on the back patio and listening to the birds. The back yard is totally private and it is so huge. My 3 dogs loved running around all day. The pool is awesome as there is an umbrella poolside with chairs as well as an umbrella right in the water so you can relax in the water under the shade. And the pool bubblers are fun! I felt at home my entire stay. Thank you Cathy for all you did for me. It was so wonderful to meet you and make a new friend!

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

We choose Arizona, a place where the sun ā˜€ļø. always shines! To escape our cold winter weather in Washington State . We decided to purchase a home that was on a golf course, close to good shopping, restaurants, Spring Training and great swimming pools/rec centers. And we have found it!! We absolutely love everything about this property and look forward to when we are able to spend more time here.

When we walked through the doors, we knew this was the one, the flow of the house was perfect. But what really did us in was the back yard, we couldn't believe how big and how beautiful it was. Not to mention the stucco privacy wall around the entire back with tangerine & 3 orange šŸŠ trees, cactuses šŸŒµ and palm trees šŸŒ“ . Also bunnies, quails and all types of birds including hummingbirds.The only thing it needed was a private pool which we just put in late 2018.
