Powder Run condominiums are located right at the base of Deer Valley Resort. You can easily walk to the lift or catch the free city shuttle to go out for dinner or shopping on Park City's Main Street.

This nicely appointed condo has all the comforts of home as well as one of the most convenient locations in Deer Valley. The common area parking garage has convenient elevator access to the second floor of the building where unit B-21 is located. The layout is all on one floor so your tired legs will not have to worry about stairs! The entry area has a coatroom with cubby holes for all of your ski gear and then enters the kitchen area. The living room has two decks with stunning views of Deer Valley Resort and its beautiful mountains. The second and third bedrooms share an access hallway off of the kitchen while the Master bedroom has a separate access through the entry hall.

Living Room: High beamed ceiling, floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning with gas assist), 50” HDTV with HD service, Blu-Ray DVD, CD, surround sound stereo, plenty of seating. Great mountain views from the two sliding glass doors and two decks. Queen sofa sleeper in this room.

Kitchen: Recently updated with stainless steel appliances. There is an island counter/bar with sink and dishwasher separates the kitchen space from the dining area. Very well equipped for cooking meals.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 6, with bar stool seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed and single sleep sofa, Flat screen TV/DVD, large closet, adjoining full bath with double vanity.
Second – Queen bed, TV/DVD, shares bathroom with third bedroom.
Third – Twin bunk beds with a trundle, TV, DVD, shares bathroom with second bedroom.

Hot Tub: Private to condo, located on deck. Winter only.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry room.

Air Conditioning: No

Garage: Common parking garage with elevator access to the condo.

Amazing location

Everything about the property exceeded expectations, but the highlight of the property was the proximity to the Deer Valley lifts. While not a ski-on/ski-off location (and did not claim to be), I found that this property was in some ways more convenient than some of the slopeside properties I have stayed at in other ski resorts! The short walk combined with Deer Valley's free ski-valet made this one of the most convenient experiences we've ever had.The only thing that was slightly inaccurate about the listing is that the bus stop is not right in front of the building as advertised. The property was in-between 2 stops but both were not inconvenient to get to. One of the stops is the main stop at Deer Valley.The management company was also very accommodating. We had early flights into SLC on the day of check-in and late flights out on the day of check-out. On both days we were able to store all of our bags and ski-gear at the office which was very helpful!

Convenient location but BEWARE this management company

Reviewer Comments: Property was very conveniently located and--while it could use updating and kitchen was miniscule--met our needs for a short stay: comfy beds and clean hot tub on balcony. HOWEVER, management company was totally UNPROFESSIONAL. 1) Did not reply to email sent in advance of rental. 2) Only employee at office at 4 p.m. was teenager who gave us envelope with key and sheet of driving directions but nothing else. We arrived at unit door with bags + groceries to find an electronic keypad on door in addition to physical lock, but no code had been provided. 3) No one answered 2 phone #s on directions sheet; even looked up company online for more contacts but no other numbers were available. We drove back to locked office and tried "emergency #” posted in window. Still no answer and no return call. We would have had to spend the night in hotel if management co. housekeeping staff in adjacent office had not seen us and offered to help. They were terrific, especially maintenance man (Saul?) who drove back to unit with us and, after phone calls, produced a code to get in. 4) Management NEVER returned any of our distress calls reporting a lockout!! Must not listen to VM. 5) To make matters worse, when I called during business hours to report the problem, rep never apologized, just said, “OK, perfect” repeatedly as I gave her details. CLUELESS! 6) Stacked washer/dryer was unusable because dryer door would not open, was blocked by louver door disguising closet. Repair person had to come shift appliance to make dryer accessible. In sum, I would avoid any property managed by Alpine Ski Properties.

Great location at the base of the mountain

Excellent location, condo had a great layout, and the hot tub was a plus. We really enjoyed staying in this condo and would rent it again.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to lifts! Condo lacked some kitchen items (no colander, only 1 saute pan, no spices/sugar) but we made do with what we had. Plenty of silverware/plates/cups....Nice views of slopes, good hot tub and decks. Would stay here again. Easy after hours check in...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a gr4at stay in Powder Run B-21! It’s location and floor plan are top notch. It is a bit outdated but nothing worth caring about of a ski trip. The location made it worth it. The staff at Alpine were excellent and helpful. My only complaints were lack of little touches to make the stay pleasant. There were no hot tub towels so we had to use the bath towels and wash then to then shower. Usually units with hot tubs provide towels. Also ,there was insufficient toilet paper and no spare garbage bags. Overall, however, it was great and we would happily stay there again!

Great Spot!!

From start to finish, this has been one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever had. Gena and the team at Alpine Ski Properties answered our every question, even doing a mini-resupply midweek and procuring a crockpot for us. We had plenty of room to spread out, a short short short walk to the Snow Park Lodge lifts, great views, easy access in and out. Would definitely rent again!

Great location!

Good property, but even better location. Perfect distance to the slopes and to the St. Regis. Right by the first parking lot at the base of the mountain, next to Snow Park Lodge. It is not 2.5 bathrooms like the website description says. Just 2 bathrooms. Also could have been more clean upon arrival. Overall, the location made up for anything that lacked in this property. Great vacation!

Good stay

The condo was big and clean and we enjoyed our stay. Would have been easier if the door could be unlocked with a code or the key was left in a secure box on the doorframe like other condos. This would have saved a trip to the manager’s office.
