Beautiful 1 bedroom in Frisco. Near Lake Dillon and Summit County Bike Path!

Thank you for your review, we always appreciate our guests letting us know about their experience in the properties we manage. In this case, we would like to respond about your issues. First, the heating system chose to malfunction at the time of your stay, this is not an ongoing issue. Because the heat is common to the entire building, we couldn't just call a plumber to fix it. We had to contact the building manager, a company over in Dillon, and they checked it out and called a plumber to repair it. Unfortunately, this took a little time to complete and it has been taken care of. Second, we were unaware of any problem with the sofa bed but we will take a look at it and recommend replacement to the owners if necessary. Additionally, the sofa bed is something that we might have been able to fix during your stay and for future reference, we would greatly appreciate the chance to fix it for you while you're here but we can't do that if you don't let us know about the problem until you check out. To anyone reading this review, it's 100% centered on not getting the refund they "required" and has nothing to do with the condo itself. It's a very nice place with a great location and we have had many happy guests stay there. There was too much heat during this stay. There is one heating system for all of the condos in the building. We only manage this condo and do not have access to the heating system so we worked with the building management company to get the issue resolved. Contrary to the review, this is not a recurring problem in the building, it was an isolated incident. We also checked the sofa bed again and were not able to find any problems. There was a piece of memory foam out of place but we smoothed it out. The larger issue here is behavior. Luckily for us, we don't have many guests that behave like this but we're at the point where rude comments and barking orders at us just isn't going to be tolerated. We are trying to help and doing everything we can to make everyone happy. We totally agree that this guest should receive a refund and we tried to work with them to resolve it (amounts listed above are not correct) but obviously they didn't even listen to the offer.
