Mi Casa, Su Casa is exactly what it sounds like, a home from home. This is a one bed, one bath 1039 sq foot condo on the middle floor of a 3 floor building, with a large master bedroom with king size bed (100% prima cotton sheets), a good sized living area, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom (bamboo towels) with a walk in rain head shower. 7th night free year round - book for 7 nights and only pay for 6. Stay 7 or more nights and receive a 14% discount on your entire stay. The discount will be reflected as a reduced nightly rate rather than a deduction. Base rate for low season is $270 per night and high season is $350 per night. If you want to stay more than 6 nights, you will see the discount in the per night night rate once you select your dates.

Constantly updated and refreshed with teak patio furniture, hardwood bedroom floor (King bed, oversized chair that converts to a twin bed to accommodate a child), silestone kitchen counter tops, unusual art work, comfy sofas (the larger one in the living area converts to a queen bed), fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make even a thanksgiving dinner.

If cooking is not part of your vacation plans, there are restaurants on either side of the complex and a third option a mile away.

The Retreat has its own 1200 foot private white sandy beach, freshwater pool, gym and tennis court.

BBQs are available on site for your use and the beach has plenty of sun loungers and chairs. Due to it's location, we are fortunate to be able to enjoy year round sunsets from the main beach. Be sure to stay after the sun sets and enjoy the amazing colors in the sky. Spectacular doesn't even start to describe the beauty.

The ocean is just steps away. The condo has dvds, board games, playing cards and books. We also live on Island and have done for 26 years.

We take comfort very seriously and you will find every chair, cushion, bed, towel and linen purchased with that in mind.
