The neighborhood has a neighborhood pool (pool available between Memorial Day and Labor Day only) The large master suite with king bed and private master spa bath on first floor has plenty of room to relax. Another guest room with a queen bed and small bathroom is also on bottom floor. The third guest room, also equipped with a queen bed, and a game room with a futon share the main bath and finish out the bottom floor. Upstairs has one more guest room with a queen bed and a full bath. Full kitchen, dining room, wireless internet, all linens & towels provided. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all of the many perks this home has to offer. Very open floor plan with large living room, kitchen, and dining room make this an entertainers dream. The large deck surrounded by huge oak trees has seating and outdoor grill. Best feature is the Bolivian hammock for relaxation!

Interaction with Guests:
We are always a phone call away and can have as much or as little contact as the guests request.

Just 5 minutes from the NWA Mall for great shopping. 10 minutes from the Arvest Ballpark for minor league baseball.
