Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our visit to "Don't Worry" was great. The unit was clean and the pictures were accurate. The only 2 points I would add are that the outdoor furniture needs to be updated and the area rug in the living room could use cleaning. The unit was well maintained, the location is great and the complex was very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Tyler at Stubbs Real Estate was excellent. Always friendly, helpful and prompt in responding to questions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Don't Worry Beach Happy SONG 13 lived up to our expectations 100%. Being handicapped and needing easily accessible entries and no steps as I have mobility issues and use a walker, this condo met all my needs. Parking and elevator access to condo made life so easy and added to enjoyment of stay. SONG 13 was furnished and equipped with everything needed to feel like a home, and the views from our lanai were amazing. Surfers in the morning, sailboats and paddle borders in the afternoon and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Very peaceful sitting out on the lanai - private, quiet, and no unwanted noises. Just the sound of the ocean! Enjoyed dining out at Pizza Port, Chart House, and a few other tasty local restaurants. A special thanks to Stubbs rental staff - Kevin, Taylor, and Sebastian. We thank you so much for assisting us with our needs which truly enhanced our stay. You all are so kind and caring, and go the extra mile in giving real customer service and making our stay so great! We will definitely rent from Stubbs again in the future and have recommended you to many of our friends.

Great condo with beautiful ocean views

The ocean views from both the master bedroom and living room were breathtaking. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a pleasure. The property offers sports facilities like a pool and tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. Highly recommended for families who enjoy cooking at home. We had a great time and would consider returning without hesitation.

Fabulous view! A very comfortable condo.

Close walking to beach, all the amenities needed. We enjoyed staying in, cooking meals and enjoying the ocean view. Kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked. Great underground secure parking. Convenient location.

We’ve been renting from Stubbs for the past 12 or 13 years. This year’s condo is lovely and the photos are very accurate. Over the years, we’ve had outstanding service from Stubbs. They have always responded quickly and fully to any issue we’ve had. The staff is so friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. Perfect

This place was perfect for our family vacation; this condo did not disappoint! It was well stocked and had pretty much everything we needed and more. The view is amazing. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and several great places to eat. This little part of Solana Beach seems way less crowded than other San Diego beach communities that we have stayed in. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Condo in Solana Beach

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Beautiful views, all necessary kitchen items, and short walk to beach and playground. We really loved this place, and ended up staying an additional week. Also, the property management company, Stubbs, made the process seamless and were always responsive and helpful with any questions.

Excellent place

We stayed with 2 young kids. The amazing views and sound of the waves gave 2 tired parents a welcome reprieve! The pool and Fletcher beach with playground keep our 2 kids very happy. The apartment is lovely and easy to manage. There are not any toys so bring your own. There was a couple of step stools plus a booster seat that made life easier. There is a very bright light outside the front door that shines into the bedroom that cannot be turned off so if you have kids bring some black out blinds! Overall fantastic location, highly recommend staying here.

This year as with all the previous years has been an outstanding experience. The caring folks at Stubbs Vacation Rental have been way over the top in doing anything and everything to meet our needs For example, 2 years ago the unit we rented had a plumbing issue and we had to leave. Tyler and Jennifer found us other accommodations within the complex and moved all of our belongings not once, but twice. I have often commented that if we were renting a VRBO or AirB&B we would have been on our own or headed back to Michigan. I would not consider any other rental resource in the San Diego area.

Wonderful location-Needs TLC

This is in a great location -5 minute walk to beach. It’s a big hill or stairs but totally manageable as well as unavoidable given you’re on the bluff. We loved our patio view. Beach rental for umbrellas is cheap and on the corner. We loved walking to dinner and got breakfast a few times at the Naked Cafe. If you like Mexican food drive to Rudy’s. The place needs to be cleaned and have items replaced. Our feet turned black due to the kitchen floor and the sliding doors to the balcony are literally falling apart. They filled with webs and bugs too. Patio furniture is in need of an update. Kitchen was very dirty. Crumbs and splattered food. I expect clean given we pay for it and are asked to leave it clean. It was very disappointing. Bathroom had hair in shower and on walks, sheets had holes. The rental company was nice and tried to remedy the clean but their crew must. It understand what clean means. This rental is not typical in that you are asked to dump all food. This means the basics such as condiments and such are not in the fridge. If you are cooking you’ll want to buy that if needed. We appreciated the chairs in the closets and truly loved the location. I

This location was great and allowed us the relaxation we were aspiring for.

This location is amazing. My family and I can’t wait to visit again. There are so many fun eateries and restaurants within walking distance. Easy beach access as well. We spent a lot of time at the pool which was very clean and well manicured. The condo was perfect, had everything we needed and served the purpose of our vacation.

Great location and amazing ocean sunsets.

Very spacious and comfortable two-bedroom unit. Good for a family or two couples sharing. Very well-equipped kitchen and as a very pleasant surprise pantry had all kind of spices and various cooking aids such as vegetable oil etc.. Unit is on the ground floor, but it is elevated so ocean views are perfect. Access to the beach is a shirt two blocks away. Many shopping and dining options all around and list of restaurants provided with the information by the realty was very helpful. Very much enjoyed our stay and looking for coming back in the future.
