Fair Winds is a spacious home that sits on five coastal lots that offers privacy and ocean views from the main and upper level. It is the perfect spot for several couples, or families, to visit as all three areas of this home have their own separate entrance.

You can enjoy the views of the ocean as the sound of the water fountain in the front piazza of the Fair Winds
drifts through the living room window as you lie on the sofa reading a book,
or looking out through the expanse of windows past the deck to the ocean.

This wonderful home is furnished in a comfortable urban style that reflects upscale decor and comfort,
such as a leather ottoman to rest your feet and a fuzzy blanket to wrap yourself in.
While relaxing you can watch DISH television, listen to the great CD system or play games located in the side table drawers.
An electric fireplace will bring warmth and ambience to your evenings in this coastal home.

Thoughtful touches throughout Fair Winds will make your stay special...
there are new comfortable beds, extra pillows, a washer/dryer unit, and hair dryers in every bathroom.
Fair Winds is centrally located at Seal Rock,
which has large off-shore rock formations that are the habitat of
seals, sea lions, sea birds and other marine life.
The Seal Rock State Wayside includes interesting tide pools as well as excellent ocean views and a sandy beach.
This eastside home is within walking distance to this fantastic park.

Living room: Beautiful furnishings, TV/VCR with DISH network, DVD player with movies, CD/MP3 player, miscellaneous games. Electric fireplace!
Dining Room: Butcher block dining table, seating for six.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave & coffee maker, coffee grinder, wine glasses. Breakfast area with seating for two. Everything you would need to make a great meal or BBQ right on the deck through the sliding glass doors off the kitchen!
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, Queen Anne chair.
Bathroom 1: Tub/Shower, hair dryer, stacked washer & dryer.
Bedroom 2: Queen Wrought Iron bed, Wing back chair, TV/DISH network, dresser, antique wardrobe, sliding glass door that opens to the deck.
Bathroom 2: 1/2 bath

UPSTAIRS:

Lobby style kitchenette with dorm refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker.
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, 2 side tables, Queen Anne Chair, sofa table and closet.
