Welcome to your next Oregon Oceanfront getaway! An extensive remodel and addition makes it perfect for large groups and retreats, with approximately 4800 square feet of space, 6 bedrooms and Craftsman built-in bunks in the Theater Room. It sits on one acre, with 180 feet of frontage right on the Pacific Ocean. You will not find better beach access - your own private concrete steps, right down to the sand! Watch your kids with ease from inside or on the patio; it only takes 20 seconds from the back door to exploring the tide pools and playing in the sand. Altogether, this home can sleep 16 very comfortably, and it has 6 full bathrooms.

-There are 3 Oceanfront King Suites with private bathrooms
-There is 1 Oceanfront Queen room with a shared bathroom
-There is an Oceanview King room and shared bath
-There is another Queen room on the main level close to the Media and Theater Room with a shared bath
-The Bunk room is within the Theater Room, and it has 4 Twin beds with a shared bath
Chefs will rejoice when they cook in this home! The large gourmet kitchen is truly inspired with beautiful light fixtures, quartz countertops, and hexagonal tiles as a backsplash. We strive to keep up on our cooking and baking inventory, so you can have everything you need to make memories and delicious cuisine.

One of the most unique aspects of our home is that there are many different areas for gathering. There is a library with pocket doors for a quiet escape, with 2 leather recliners, leather couches, and a large coffee table. There is a long dining area, with large tables (able to be broken apart) for eating, playing games, doing puzzles, and more. There is a large family room with an electric fireplace, comfy leather couches and ottomans, leather recliners, and many cozy throw blankets to curl up with. There is a bar with a sink located next to the family room for storing wine, mixing up cocktails, and placing pretty bottles on display. The theater room, with three rows of seating, is for watching movies, Netflix, or playing video games on the large HD Flatscreen TV. There is an additional room, the media room, for additional TV watching.
Altogether, there are 8 flatscreen TVs throughout our home. The oceanfront hot tub is also a nice place to gather, as well as the fire pit on the patio, surrounded with many Adirondack chairs.
As a last note, there is 1 laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer. All towels and linens are provided, as well as paper products, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Managers are available for contact through email and text and phone. Very private location with unbelievable views from the patio: spot whales, seals, fishing boats, and sunsets. Ten minutes to Newport -- all the shopping and dining you need.
* We allow Sunday arrivals after 5 p.m. *Monday-Saturday arrivals are at 3:30 p.m. Departures are always at 10:30 a.m.
Notes:
- Absolutely no gatherings, parties, or weddings. Events, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other activities that exceed maximum occupancy are prohibited.
- Each vacation rental is individually owned, and a private home. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at ANY time. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to us directly.
- When you book with us, a hold of $200 will be put on your card starting the day you arrive at our beach house until 7 days post departure. If all of the check-out items on the departure list are completed and no extra cleaning is required, the hold on your card will be released. Reminder: This functions not as a charge where the money ever leaves your account, but a pre-authorized amount by the cardholder that could be retrieved by OPI if extra cleaning was needed after your stay.
