Stay in Pismo

The property was more than we expected, the proximity to the beach and pier were great. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival and the office were helpful when we spoke to them about arriving late. All the above made for a memorable stay in Pismo beach.

Amazing

Property is as close to immaculate as you can get. Lawns are nicely manicured. The condo has two decks that have ocean views and a patio with a BBQ. Very quite location with the calming sound of the ocean. Wonderful location walking distance to the beach bars and restaurants.

Another great beach stay

Over all a great experience. Staff was great to work with and fully explaned everything. The condo itself was awesome!!! Fully furnished with everything, pot and pans, dishes, silverware, extra towels and linen, ect. Was very please with the decor, made you feel like you were at home... thanks to all and we will be back...

I moved to another one of their properties and it was just as nice. The condo was well stocked with the supplies needed for our 2 week stay. Definitely would stay here again.

For the price, the condo needs to be remodled.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we checked in to the Condo, there was soiled paper napkins on the counter in the kitchen. My husband fixed the upstairs bathroom handle on the toilet. The light fixture to go up the stairs is broken. So you had to climb the stairs in the dark. The couch in the living room, has horrible body odor. I had to buy two candles to try and freshen up the place. The upstairs master bedroom screen door kept falling off. The master bedroom TV has a big black rectangle that comes out on the screen, so that it makes it hard to see the picture, until the TV warms up , it goes away. I will ask for a remodel unit next time we stay here.

A very nice place that could use some upgrades

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this particular property for the last 4 years after staying at other places in Pismo Beach. Obviously, we like it. The location of the complex (right by the beach off Pomeroy) can't be beat. There is a nice pool area and a clubhouse to keep the kids busy and there is plenty of room to do all kinds of activities.As mentioned, we have stayed at other properties, including in this complex and the amenities (and the rental schedule) really fit our needs. As we really like this place, I feel comfortable on suggestions to make it better. Towels has been a struggle on occasion. This time there were only four washcloths (we eventually found a fifth one in a kitchen drawer) and more are sorely needed. We have mentioned a few times a carpet nail on the top stair that sticks out and has caught everyone in my family at least once. Last year, I emphasized the carpet and the lack of wifi. The carpet has since been thoroughly cleaned and looks much better. We were told that wifi was going to be installed but the office person may have mixed up the properties. We were disappointed when we arrived and there was none. With my kids getting older, one Internet connection just isn't adequate any more. Some of the furniture, especially the couch are also showing its age.As I mentioned this is a nice property and with just a little more care could be outstanding.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is wonderful. The heated pool/spa facilities were a plus and clean. This unit was found to be very dirty. The carpets were so dirty that it turned white socks black. CVR was very professional and took care of the issues. Definitely recommend the location.
