2 bedroom, 1 bath corner unit in a duplex that is just over 1 block from the beach. Living room comes with large smart TV and Wi-Fi with comfy couches and a bit of an ocean view looking down the street toward the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher as well as clothes washer and dryer. Dining table that seats four in the eat-in kitchen that is part of the open-layout living space. Updated bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed and smaller flat screen TVs with Roku in both bedrooms. Gated patio with BBQ.

Single car garage, driveway for an additional car.

Dogs considered on a case by case basis, requiring a picture for approval and subject to additional fees if approved.

We overall had a great stay. The stove looks really old. We were going to cook but we were too hesitant to use it. We didn’t realize we needed to bring our own hand soap for the bathroom so we had to run out and get some. We left it for the next guests. Also the heater is broken and we changed/updated the clocks for the next guests. Again, overall a great stay. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach.

Clean home - close to the beach

Comfortable home for a short stay in Pismo. Close to shops and the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Family trip to Pismo

This property worked great for us. The TV has very limited choices and no local channels. The Internet never worked for us in either unit. The units are a little worn, but it was clean and comfortable. The location is amazing and walkable to the beach, pier restaurants, and it was a single story building. There were steps in, but you could go in the side door and only have 2 steps in. Overall it was a great little place

Comfortable beach house

Nicely updated beach house with great access to the ocean and surfing, cinnamon rolls just down the street. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was great, but the kitchen is older. We didn't cook, so it was no problem though. Great wifi access and a TV in every room. The garage parking was a real plus.

Loved this place!

Everything perfect. Just delightful. Comfy beds and sheets. Adorable layout. Traffic noise front bedroom but that did not bother us a bit. We are definitely coming back!

Pulling up on the beach and unloading gear was great. Driving up the coast to see the elephant seals was a highlight for my grandson. Walking the beach was my favorite. The house was great and we really appreciated the updates.

Has everything you need, walk to everything in Pismo. Parking is great, a big plus for this area, garage and spot. Nice small yard for the dogs. Traffic noise is a factor, but all the other positives mitigate it. Loved staying there, highly recommend. Staff at Coastal are fantastic.

Relaxing Vacationing Quality Time

TV's, washer & dryer, kitchen items, bedding and towels. All you need to bring is your clothing and food. We enjoyed outdoor patio with BBQ. The only thing I would like to see for next year is a cheese grater. I wanted to make hash brown potatoes. I couldn't find a grater to use. I bought one to take for next year. Thank you!See you next year.

Clean place to stay with lots to see. One thing the battery went low and started beeping at 4:00 in the morning. Other than that it's a very clean place. We enjoyed our stay there for the past 5 years.

Reviewer Comments: This home is in a great location, easy block walk from beach and downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Nice open concept floor plan and appointments, clean, good parking -- had just about everything we needed. Patio was perfect for outside relaxation and dog space. We were very happy with this accommodation, would definitely stay again, and would recommend it to others. Only wish it had handicap bathroom and easier-to-use TV set up.

The walk to the beach and to the great famous Splash Cafe. It provides everythink that we need. Very clean and organized a great family vaction spot. It has been the perfect spot for us year after year. We will be back next year.The only one thing I would love to see next year is an ironing board.Thank you,Gary & Mary
