Living room has fireplace, flat screen TV, cable, DVD player, wireless internet. Kitchen well equipped, cookware, large and small appliances, dishes. Dining room table seats 6. Primary Bedroom has a king size bed and TV. Primary bath has jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Loft has a day bed with trundle (two twins). Second day bed is located between the living and dining area. Atrium/Deck with gas BBQ.

Parking for 2 cars, off street, shared garage.

Condo on Ocean View

This Condo is located close to the beach! Itā€™s located on a court which I loved because it wasnā€™t a busy street. This condo has a lot of space, itā€™s two stories, 6 beds!, and a lot of natural light. Everything is pretty much walking distanceā€¦the beach is not even 2min away(on the same street), Hoagies is about 4min away, and cool cat(our favorite spot) is 8min away which felt closer than that.. we didnā€™t have to drive anywhere because everything is close by!

This property is in a great location, very close to the beach. Unfortunately, it was not very clean, and from time to time found ants in the master bedroom. Pillows and cushions need cleaning as well. Kitchen was very well stocked and appliances seemed fairly modern. This could be a nice little bungalow but really needs a good cleaning, upgraded bedding and a lot of TLC.

Nice stay at Pismo Beach

Perfect location. Especially during summer weekends/holidays, so much traffic but from this condo you just walk a couple of minutes to be on the beach. Super for families with kids. Even has 2 reserved parking spots, off the street. There is an external staircase up to the front door. In the unit, there is a bedroom on the main floor, and stairs to another bedroom on the upper level. This could be a concern for the mobility challenged. Things weren't quite as clean as we would have liked. On my bed the bedcover was stained. We had to wash the dishes and silverware before using them. The water had a funky smell, so we bough a case of bottled water for drinking. The property is hosted by a company. You can't talk to anyone in the evenings or on the weekend, unless it is an emergency. Overall, a great location, comfortably accommodates 6 - 7 adults, can add a couple more kids if you don't mind a tighter fit. Really a good price for a large group.

Clean it up and make it smell better.
