This spacious three-story condo is made for making beach memories. With 2 bedrooms featuring private ensuite bathrooms, plus a third bedroom, there's plenty of room for everyone. You'll love the ocean views from the rooftop deck and the convenience of a private attached garage. The garage will house one auto (the garage has arcade bowling machine, aka skee ball).

On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo) — perfect for early risers or anyone who prefers a little extra privacy.

The second floor is all about family time, with an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Lounge on oversized sofas (one converts into a queen sleeper) and enjoy movie nights on the large SmartTV preloaded with favorite entertainment apps (ie, Netflix). The kitchen is a chef’s dream — fully equipped with top-notch appliances to whip up snacks or full family dinners.

On the third floor, the master suite welcomes you with a king bed, private bath. A third bedroom with double bunk beds (4 separate sleeping beds) and a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer make it easy to settle in and feel at home.

The best part? A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop deck where you can soak in panoramic views of the ocean, downtown Pismo, and the nearby hills. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset dinners.

- This home does not have air conditioning.
- No pets or smoking/vaping within 20 feet of the building (thanks for understanding!).

- Bed configuration is: master ensuite has a king bed; the second bedroom has a queen bed; the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds - each bunk bed has three twin beds for a total of 6 separate sleeping mattresses.
