Great place to spend our FSU family weekend. Good location, very clean and spacious, full kitchen. Enjoyed the pool as well! Check in was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

City Oasis

Once you are on the property, it's hard to believe you are right in the city. The setting is beautiful. We had our beagle with us and she enjoyed exploring. The yard is fenced, but the gates stay open so I had to keep her on a leash. We were able to squeeze into the yard parking with our truck, but it is difficult. We used Uber when we went out. We met them at the front driveway so it was no problem. The cabana was very clean. The furniture was not super comfortable, but it worked for the short trip. It is early in the season for the pool, but I imagine it is wonderful in summer.

Game day head quarters

We arrived to meet a very friendly Stuart, checked us in and gave us a run down on the property. Very private and we felt very safe. We were in town to watch the Tigers beat up on the Seminoles, great game! The next time I use VRBO I will ask how they receive their TV stations. Stuart is on Ruku and Sling; I use Direct TV in my house so it created a bit of a learning curve. Still able to watch most of what we wanted. Well stocked kitchen, clean single bath room with all amenities. If we find ourselves back in Tallahassee we would stay here again. Thank you Stuart for a lovely stay. Charles and Stephanie Crook

Very nice escape

We were in Tallahassee helping our daughter move and truly enjoyed our stay. The pool was a nice escape after working through the hot afternoons. Stuart was very accommodating and saw to it we had everything we needed. Having a fully stocked kitchen was an added benefit. I would definitely recommend this for future stays

Great location, friendly host

The property was very clean, well maintained, and conveniently located. The host, Stuart, was friendly and accomodating, not intrusive and very responsive. We were only there for the weekend and the weather was uncooperative for us to be able to spend much time outdoors (summer in Tallahassee!), so we didn't get to use the pool but it sure looked inviting! Overall everything was perfectly fine, with two minor caveats: the bathroom is really tiny and the parking situation less than ideal, especially in wet weather. The path from the cabana to the parking area would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues, it's unpaved and on a bit of an incline. (Having issues with my knees, combined with the damp weather made going to and from the car a bit unpleasant, but it was only for a couple of days so not a show-stopper. I didn't ask for any accomodation for that, but if you have mobility issues, be sure to mention it to the host.) The neighborhood is a quiet, residential area and the property itself is very private, which I loved - you're not directly on the street or too close to neighboring homes. At no time did it ever feel "unsafe". Overall a great place to stay for a couple, with easy access to shopping and restaurants by car. Thanks to Stuart for the hospitality!

Tranquil hideaway

The owners could not be more gracious and accommodating. The two units I had the pleasure of visiting were appointed well, with all the comforts of home and then some. Magazines, full kitchens with a compliment of utensils, cookware and silverware. They even leave individual snack in a cute for for your arrival. The area is convenient to shopping, restaurants and an easy hop to FSU. I highly recommend this listing and I'll be back when I travel to Tally again.

Winter break

Very comfortable apartment in beautifully kept area with large pool . Within an easy walk to restaurants , bars and downtown . We really enjoyed our week there . Stuart (the proprietor) couldn't be more helpful & was always available without being intrusive . Will return if we're ever in Tallahassee again !

An In Town Paradise

You can't improve on perfection! Stuart and Robin have created an oasis of beauty and tranquility right in the middle of Tallahassee's Midtown, equally suited for work or total relaxation. The bungalow is newly remodeled and they' re thought of everything. Very spacious with a full kitchen, cable TV and wifi. Their pool is right out your door, luxuriously landscaped with flowering plants and mature shade trees the songbirds enjoy in profusion. The quiet neighborhood is excellent for walking with top stores and restaurants all around. Most importantly, Stuart and Robin are great people and consummate hosts. I'm going back as soon as I can.

Our return stay.

We returned for our second stay!It was wonderful.We went swimming in their beautiful pool around 9:30pm and we were all alone.Find that kind of privacy anywhere else.Again the accommodations were perfect!If your on your way to Tallahassee,for any reason,this is the spot.We plan on returning for two football games in the fall and are looking forward to staying again at Georgia street.Can't wait.

Tallahassee Cabana

Truly a slice of Tallahassee paradise... this beautifully landscaped property has it all! A lovely basket of goodies welcomed us to our "home away from home." Our poolside cabana was spacious, clean, and nicely appointed. Cabana features include high speed internet, premium cable, a well appointed kitchen, glorious views of a tropical paradise, and abundant, comfortable living space. The cabana is part of a magnificent "compound" that includes a sparkling pool, sauna, lush tropical plantings and private parking. The property is conveniently located in the Midtown District within easy walking distance to beautiful parks, trendy eateries, the FSU and FAMU campuses, and the state capital. The thoughtful attention of our hosts ensured perfect accommodations and an overall pleasurable experience. We even had guests who joined us and thoroughly enjoyed the newly renovated bungalow that is also part of the compound. Our host and hostess were perfectly wonderful! Thank you, Robin and Stuart, for sharing your home with us.

Best Deal In Tallahassee

My daughter (FSU Sophomore) and I stayed together for eight nights in this beautiful cabana. Staying there is even better than the photos! The neighborhood is safe. Everything you need is close and the best part is that you are downtown but feel like you're at the beach! Staying here, allowed my daughter to have a break from the dorm and I had time to make her favorites meals and bake! In between her demanding schedule, I stayed by the pool reading while she worked on a paper. Robin and Stuart made us feel so welcome and it's like we've known them for years! Thanks so much for opening your home to us! We had an unforgettable time together.

An oasis in the city!!

What a wonderful spot!

Extremely clean,close to everything,quiet & charming.The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. We stayed in the pool bungalow and loved it!Next time we want to stay(already booked)in the chalet.Five minutes to the capital and F.S.U.We could not have been happier during our stay and highly recommend this property.Five stars all the way! 1

Wonderful Stay!

My Husband and I stayed in this Cabana for a week and it was even more charming than the pictures online! It is very quite and private, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts could not have been more helpful and accommodating to any questions or requests we had. The next time we are in the Tallahassee area we are definitely booking here again!
