Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, New Smyrna Beach with its thirteen miles of pristine white sand beach is conveniently located 45 miles (one hour) Northeast of Orlando and 15 miles (20 Minutes) south of Daytona Beach. Breathtaking is the only word to describe the incredible panoramic views offered by this fourth floor unit located on the “trendy” north end of New Smyrna Beach. The Golden Arms is located just two blocks away from historic Flagler Avenue’s shopping, restaurants and entertainment. There is something in New Smyrna for everyone.

This unit allows for one assigned parking garage space. Parking is VERY limited at the Golden Arms. Additional parking is on a first come first serve basis and parking passes are required. Trucks and large SUV's may not fit in the garage which measurement 9'2” W x 16' D x 6'4” H.
